    Phad Kee-Mao

I ordered the Phad Thai and Phad Kee-mao, both dishes were on the drier side and could have used more sauce. I also ordered a level 2 spice and it was quite spicy so be wary if you cannot tolerate spice. The prices are good but not sure if we would order from here again.

Coconut drink (i didn't give the justice it deserved) I took photo late but it's so good

I love this food truck and the owners they are amazing and kind when asked about spice level 1-3 2 was actually spicy and I love spicy so choose one if u can't handle spice much I can't imagine how 3 is but it is very good!,Her service is 10-10 she even let us try samples of some drinks I 100 recommend coconut drink as someone who doesn't like coconut things because I can't stand artificial drinks of it I can say it's 100% natural I can taste real coconut and loved the chunks only coconut drink I will drink!

When we first learned of a new food trailer park coming to our neighborhood we were excited! Even more so when we saw a Thai food truck! Since day one Qui's has been excellent! As you can see from the photo she always serves really big portions so you have plenty to last! Spice level is good even on the low end. 1-3. Can't imagine the 3 although I'm sure someone prefers a lot of spice. Another great thing is once you go you'll be remembered by name! Just as if you are part of the family! I'm not sure why the map has a different location ( maybe she has two spots?) but I get her food from her trailer off Old San Antonio Road definitely come give it a try! P.S get the Thai Tea!

When we arrived at the truck, we were greeted by the sweetest lady. She took down our order (pad thai) and our names and how spicy we wanted it to be (1, 2, or 3). I wasn't sure what level I should choose so I went the medium route with a 2 and I tell you what, I'm sure glad I didn't go for a 3. The spice level on a 2 was pretty spicy, but not to the point where it was unbearable to eat but it did leave me going for the water after a couple of bites or so (I'd get the 2 again). The actual flavor, irrelevant to the spice level was amazing, some of the best pad thai I've had in a minute! The noodles were done perfectly and had amazing texture! The chicken and tofu, in the pad thai, was also very tasty. The place they are currently parked at has plenty of parking and seating for when I gets less hot out! Overall, would recommend, great food, great location, friendly owner!

When I arrived at the address, it was 3 food trucks, thinking it was one of them, I knocked and nothing. I called the truck back and he told me they moved addresses and google wont change it. He gave me the correct address- an additional 15 minutes away and said "everyone knows our new address", I'm not sure who "everyone" is. How are you supposed to get new customers?! When I arrived at the truck, the guy did not apologize or make me feel any better. He wasn't nice or welcoming and kept blaming it on google. HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE! When I got home, I was pleasantly surprised by the chicken plate. The chicken was great, rice was flavorful and the side salad with the lemon vinaigrette was a huge plus. However, the hummus was very nutty and the pita bread was flat and not warm. The correct address is in yelp, not google or Apple Maps!

This is located in a cute little food truck park. The people are very nice. I got the falafel plate…read moreand we also got the beef kebab plate. I love a good mediterranean salad but this place's dressing wasn't it for me. The beef kebab was very well seasoned and the rice is very yummy. I think I've been blessed with having good mediterranean food so this was just okay in my opinion. The pita was dry and the falafel was too big and mushy inside with not enough flavoring/seasoning. I also would have liked the falafel plate to have rice instead of fries simply because the rice was so good and the fries were so lack luster. Overall this is a very average place but perhaps I ordered poorly.

I haven't been able to eat a corndog since becoming pescatarian 10+ years ago, so having a veggie…read morecorndog was a highlight for me! I first tried the Corndog Company at Blues on the Green. I was confused when they asked if I wanted honey drizzled on it, because I have never heard of this combination before? I declined, and also because I knew I wanted to dip in ketchup. The crunchy batter on the corndog is SO good! Thank you for making a veg option. I saw them at the COTA amphitheatre for a concert and had to get one again. Nice people and great corndogs!

If you look up "Cheap Thrills" in the Oxford English Dictionary,…read more The definition is "Fried Oreos at the Corndog Company in Manchaca, Texas." Nothing else describes the concept of Cheap Thrills so well. And let me tell you, I was 100% thrilled. * * * The Corndog Company is a total gas. It is located on the grounds of the Watering Bowl, a state of the art dog park that has everything dogs or their owners could want. The Corndog Company will sell you single hot dogs chopped up into little pieces to give to your dog. I have no doubt this is 100% thrills for the dog. There is a dog grooming truck - which is more for the owners than for Fido. There is a huge yard to run around with other dogs - and there is a tiny side yard for small timid dogs who don't want to rough and tumble with the big dogs. There is a lovely bar with coffee as well, to keep the owners sufficiently lubricated and mellow, or caffeinated and perky. There is a large screen where the guys can watch their football game. The actual dog park has old growth trees and plenty of shade. The Texas landscape is easy on the eyes. * * * But to my mind, the Corndog Company food truck is the star attraction. The corndogs are everything you could possibly want a corndog to be. If there is a Pantheon of Corndogs, these corndogs go in it. The dogs themselves come in five flavors - but I honestly don't think the actual hot dog under that corn bread makes a whole lot of difference. Once it is wrapped in that corn bread, and then drizzled with honey and then covered with mustard or catsup or sweet habanero mustard, the dog itself could be whatever. Actually your corn dog will be more than drizzled with mustard or catsup or sweet habanero mustard. The holes on top of the dispensers are cut large. The dispensers will blast out your mustard or whatever like a fire hydrant. Expect to be wiping off your dog with your French fries. Also expect to be visiting your dry cleaner the next day. The corndogs are good enough however that even with an Atlantic Ocean of mustard on your corndog, that corndog will still taste incredible. The honey they put on the corndog before you start messing with the condiments is a huge component of what makes those dogs good. The cornbread itself is absolutely positively divine. The corndog itself is also absolutely filling. I am used to corndogs being somewhat of a shabby skimpy snack. These will fill you up big time, let there be no doubt on that point. * * * Dessert can be either Fried Milky Way or the Fried Oreos. I haven't tried the Fried Milky Way ... But the Fried Oreos are 1000% Decadence on a stick. The Oreos kind of melt inside turning them into a cookies and cream granular filling. The inside of your fried Oreo sort of looks like caviar Most of what you get is the cornbread coating with hot comforting chocolate and vanilla cream inside. Cornbread with hot comforting chocolate and vanilla cream inside is a good thing. Never mind the Oreo melting. I melted. I didn't want to be anywhere else on the planet. * * * I am just as happy not to own a dog. I don't have to walk it at night. I don't have to come home to feed it. I don't have to play blame games over whether the dog or the humans were responsible for passing gas. But if I am going to go to the Corndog Company, I do NOT want to have to bring my dog along. Who wants to pay attention to a dog when your eyes are closed and you are flying around the universe because you have just had legendary fried Oreos?

The Best Pad Thai ($18): Thai-style stir-fried rice noodles with egg, dried sweet radish, chili, garlic, crab meat, bean sprouts, and chives, topped with fried tempura shrimp, crispy shallots, tobiko, peanuts, and lime. I love pad thai, and this version delivered! The flavors were quite concentrated, so I recommend mixing the noodles thoroughly before eating. While the shrimp tempura was crunchy with a nice batter, I personally prefer the traditional proteins -- beef, chicken, pork, or tofu. BBQ Brisket Clay Pot ($19.50): A Thai-Chinese style clay pot featuring garlic, ginger, smoky brisket, onion, mushroom, Thai jasmine rice, green onion, sweet soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce. The combination didn't quite work for me and I wasn't a fan of the flavors, though my husband absolutely loved it. It's not as flavorful as the pad thai so we had to use the sauce they provided.
