I have a 2019 Tacoma Off Road and Carlos D. over at Go Big helped me solve suspension and tire…read morerubbing problems I started to have and was offering solutions that suits my set up and driving needs. I worked with Carlos throughout this whole process and I'm glad I did because he knows his stuff and the details when it comes to suspension systems. His customer service work ethics are 10/10. I needed a rebuild of Icon 2.5 coilovers and some new all terrain tires. After the rebuild, the shock itself started leaking and Carlos told me to bring it back asap so they can fix it at no charge and make it right. At that time I decided I needed some new tires and they set me up with the new Falken AT4s. After the installation of new tires, alignment, and rebuilt shocks, i started having tire rubbing issues from the increased tire size. Carlos offered a re-alignment to increase the caster even more from what it was originally set at to try and minimize the rubbing at no charge. The alignment was done and the rubbing came back when driving on certain roads so Carlos said to come back again. At this time, he offered to realign again at no charge, but also recommended a cab mount chop to alleviate the problem for my suspension system and tire size specifications. I decided to take his recommendation and went with the chop. I'm glad I decided to go with the chop because it made the most sense and they did a great job with the welds and paint job. I appreciate Go Big's work and shout out to Carlos for his dedication to making the job done right and offering solutions when things don't always go as planned. The solutions Carlos offered were cost efficient but also the right solutions for my driving style and set up. 10/10 customer service and 100% I'm a returning customer. Thanks Go Big!

I had all the information on pricing and went in yesterday morning to a very busy service department. I was introduced to Gilbert and handed him an older key fob I had that needed reprogramming. At first Gilbert and his service technician said transmitter was not working but I insisted it was a perfectly good transmitter that I had misplaced years before. I was told I'd need a new one but that it wasn't in stock until the next day. I was worried and disappointed because I needed to work my evening shift last night. Gilbert said he'd do his best to get my transmitter ASAP and he DELIVERED. I was told 3pm-4pm I got it back by 2pm! So impressed with the commitment and the extra effort to get my older transmitter ALSO working and programmed as well! So while it was not fun spending $$$ on a piece of plastic and mini mother board chips, the dealership is CLEAN, OPEN SPACED and very structured as well as somewhat friendly. The service advisors are busy folk so they can be short and they the point but as long as they remain professional and take pride in providing excellent service I'm going to support their business and possibly get my next GM or otherwise car model here... I'm thinking late his year or next year. Having worked in the car dealership industry I am impressed with Paradise Chevrolet's pricing and consummate performance and reliability when I need them. Same day service on a relatively complicated situation? Impressive and reassuring. (There's a vending machine for your snacking needs in their waiting area if you get hungry)
