The beverages were really good and pretty. Loved the mystery book packaging too. The pastry was soft. The service friendly

Cute ambiance very welcoming. I got the matcha latte which was good but not anything special or different. I would try their speciality drinks.

I was so excited for the ceremonial grade matcha latte and was totally drawn in by the dark green matcha on the poster but what I received in return was more oat milk than matcha. The green of what we got was completely different than advertised. Such a bummer cuz I was looking for a place in FW that knows their matcha but alas it was not here.

Food (4/5): The Chocolate Mocha was great along with the egg+cheese croissant and cinnamon bun. Service (4/5): The barista was very friendly, laid-back, and helpful when ordering. Atmosphere (4/5): Relaxed/chill vibe, definitely matched the Magnolia/South Main aesthetic. What I liked best: The chill vibe of the location itself.

I've been waiting for their shop to open, and I am so happy it is now up and running! Great coffee, big space, friendly service. You couldn't ask for more. If you're lucky you can catch them with beans in stock as well.

Really good coffee... Super smooth. They also serve egg bagels and pastries, but we haven't had them yet. See the menu for a few breakfast options. Outdoor seating is available, in addition to the tables inside.

Breakfast sandwiches, cookies, donuts, bagged animal crackers, fig bars, graham crackers and a fridge full of drinks such as Mexican coke and Topo Chico's you can buy. I am obsessed with Strawberry Matcha and the salted caramel was good. Walk to counter to place order with Barista, ambience is cute, industrial. Coffee was about $7.40 from memory 100% woman owned and local - a new favorite spot

Ostara Coffee is a solid addition to Near Southside. The new space features a stylish green tile countertop and ample cafe seating that backs into "The Skinny" micropark, creating a relaxed vibe. Natalie Willard and Valerie Mejia are amazing craftspeople and make drinks to order. I enjoyed a very nice cappuccino and a standout Cafecito potato breakfast taco in a beet-dyed tortilla. Pastries such as the Strawberry Triangle from Guanajuato Mexican bakery were also excellent. Overall, a great spot for a leisurely morning. Worth a visit!

A woman who runs a coffee shop is brewing more than just coffee; she's brewing community, connection, and creativity. All women... all pink... and I'm here for it. Who doesn't love exceptional coffee with freaking pink breakfast tacos! We came on a Sunday and were pleasantly surprised to find Panchos pinche pizza was set up! The interior is vast and they are getting the patio set up for additional seating. Great coffee, great vibes, and great ladies. It's a yes!

I've eaten a lot of tacos in my time. But some bites have a way of humbling you. This one did. I ordered the street tacos with barbacoa. Corn tortillas layered with melted cheese, another tortilla laid gently on top, then crowned with rich, slow-cooked meat. Simple ingredients, intentional hands. The first bite landed heavy -- comforting, soulful, and loud in all the right ways. These tacos slapped harder than Babe Ruth sending one out of the park. And the real kicker? The smile on her face as she watched me take that first bite -- the kind that says, "I told you so," without needing to say a word. She knew she was right. The service matched the food -- warm, polite, unhurried. That small-town kind of kindness where you're treated like you belong, even if it's your first time through the door. No rush, no attitude, just genuine care. Some places feed you. Others stay with you. Taqueria Temo does both. I'll be back.

Not the typical salsa you're used to getting for free with chips. It has a little more spice, which I liked, but keep that in mind. Service was amazing from the moment we walked in the door. A slight oversight. No biggie. The chips and salsa were good. Salsa is puréed and tasty. A bit of a kick but not over powering. The chips are on the "thicker" side. Preference for the lighter crispier chips though. I've been wanting to try this place for a long, long time. We literally eat at the Indian rest, Namaste Grill and bar next door and it's the best of the best. When I saw the TikTok reviews I knew I recognized the restaurant and couldn't wait to try it. I inquired about Taco Durangos. And she seemed confused but showed me that they did have "fried crunchy tacos" and directed me to the picture on the front. I asked if I could get one chicken, beef and Pork. She's said NO that they were only available in Beef and Lamb....uggggh. I ordered one with just beef to try it. It's a birria taco...it was good. I like the crispiness of it but normally not a fan of the dipping sauce served with the taco. That was the case here. Not a fan. The little service red sauce also lacked flavor...it was HOT. What's standing out the most is the salsa's, green verde sauce included all lacked flavor. Disappointing. The quesadillas were outstanding! Filling and flavorful. My street tacos were underwhelming. The corn tortillas were gummy and lacked flavor in general. Same with the beans and rice. $43.00

They're your typical trendy taco place, with their own selection of merchandise and crazy/cheesy jokes strewn about on t-shirts and signage. They have an ample bar space, but it looked like only one patron was interested in that; the rest of us were there to eat. You order your food at the counter and get a buzzer to come back and pick it up. The staff is friendly enough, but you don't really interact with them much since it's all pretty much self service after you go to the counter. The drink station has cane sugar based sodas; it's a bit heavy on the foam, but otherwise good. We opted for the birria pizza, a couple of cups of pozole, and a side of elote. Everything was solid. The elote was good, not great, but the pozole really hit the spot given how cold it was outside. The birria pizza is what blew me away, though. This was easily one of the most unique, but tasty, things I've ever had. It's not really a pizza, more like a topped quesadilla, but they did a great job of it. I'd not only come back here next time I'm in Fort Worth, I'd be interested in opening a location in Houston if I had the money to franchise it.
