The instructions specifically say to wash before use. I called the store to see if they would take back the items with the gift receipt that was purchased within their return policy date. The store manager Heidi, was very quick to say that an exchange is not possible because it's been washed and they cannot put it back on the floor. Called back a second time spoke with the manager again. Explained that I followed the instructions exactly and the item is defective after one wash before using. During this phone call she was more understanding and accepted that the items were going to return due to the circumstances.. I feel that's a bit unprofessional since the item is poor quality and damaged before I was even able to use it. The level of customer service received was not great. It was evident that the store manager is more concerned about store profit rather than customer satisfaction.

The clothes themselves seem to be made of high quality materials. The appearance of the clothing items there seems nice as well, and the sale prices are incredibly low, so low that it makes you feel a little guilty for buying such nice items for so little money. Please share my review with your workers at the store, so that they can know that their kindness means more to some people than they probably thought.

If you're interested in looking to DEALAGES, just head on down to the Westside (in the Waipahu area) because the Waikele Premium Outlet stores is there! There are so many stores here, so when you do visit the Waikele Premium Outlet, hopefully you'll find a store that will appeal for you. As for me, a few of my favorite stores I like to visit is - the Lowe's hardware store, Reyn Spooner, & the Van's shoe store. Beside shopping, the outlet mall also has restaurants, a small food court, & numerous food trucks in the parking lot so finding something yummy to eat shouldn't be too hard. Parking here is a breeze, as the outlet mall has ample parking. If you don't have a car, I noticed a lot of tourist would catch a shuttle to this outlet mall. As I took mom on several errands that needed to be done awhile ago finding some shoes was very much needed and as she shopped at Skechers which is right next door I decided to bypass all that stress and check out Lids. Nice spacious shop that very nicely organized by categories that took me back to memories with my dad was very much a fanatic of hats and owned several though his favorites were fitted ones I remember shopping one for him with his favorite teams now seeing how it's come a long way that now you're able to personalize them and make it custom which is so cool and wished they had that option back then. With other types available as well like bucket hats and visors that are all plain and blank ready for personalization it's a fun place to create your own and find that inspiration as well in the convenience with lots of free parking and always a sale going is a great budget friendly place to shop.
