Waffles with fresh berries and imitation maple syrup.

Note: Osceola Mill is under new management. Most of the 5-star reviews here were written when it was run by the prior owner. The website and its pictures suggest fresh rooms in a bucolic setting.  The reality is a low-cost rehab exemplified by noisy window-mounted A/C units,  linoleum tile bathroom floors, and mosquito netting around the bed.  The website's picture of the Paddock Room suggests it looks out on greenery.  In reality, the large window, with a broken plexiglass cover, is directly above the surprisingly busy country road. A window-mounted A/C unit on the other wall comes with a pair of pliers to use in place of the two broken control knobs. The thin walls and old windows do nothing to deaden the road noise. Passing vehicles sound like they are six feet from your head, as they are. The "Queen Sleeper Sofa" is at best a twin, suitable only for people happy to sleep in intimate contact.  As a parent, I wouldn't dream of using it for more than one child, unless I wanted too be kept awake all night by screams of "Stop touching me!" The "Stone Fireplace" is a TV credenza with a small electric heating insert featuring animated flames. There is Wi-Fi, but the connection is very weak, and even when connected the service is so slow that I was not able to receive MMS messages sent from our pet-sitter at home and the room's "smart TV" advised that it could not connect to the internet. Why advertise "Queen sleeper sofa," "Stone Fireplace," "Smart Tv" and Wi-Fi when there are none of these? Breakfasts were disappointing.  Cold, dry eggs the first morning. The second morning featured lovely but tasteless waffles accompanied by fresh berries and a plastic tub of imitation maple-flavored syrup. To top it off, an email sent to "info@osceolamill.com", the email address on the webpage and reservation confirmation, produced the reply, "Address not found.  Your message wasn't delivered to info@osceolamill.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

This is an amazing place. My wife and I spent the day hiking at Crabtree Falls. We decided to look for a nearby B&B. The reviews were good so we decided to just stop by and see if they had any availability (On Valentine's Day!). We pulled up and Kevin met us at our car. I asked if he had any rooms. He had one left and accommodated us. Such a charming B&B. Kevin was super nice. He is a great guy who loves hosting people. The room was so quaint and super clean. But, what I wasn't prepared for...Kevin is an excellent chef! We had a romantic dinner and a great bottle of wine. Please check this place out and let Kevin cook you one of the best steaks you'll ever eat (and that's saying something as my wife is Brazilian). The grounds are well manicured. And then there was breakfast! I could go on and on...This is now one of our favorite places. Thanks Kevin! Best of success; you earned it!

What a beautiful little get away, the host were absolutely amazing! Dinner was unexpectedly great 5 stars, coffee & breakfast was served on the porch and made to order whatever you liked, not typical of a bed and breakfast..I so, recommend this beautiful little getaway.. the property is so full of life, between the stream with otters, and the hummingbirds you can't go wrong.. thank you for the wonderful Hospitality!!! Fantastic place! This is the second time I've eaten here for a yearly charity event and plan on making it a third. The wait staff is always friendly and provide excellent service. I ordered the crab cakes and they were by far 1 of the best crab cakes I've ever had! The wine is great, food is great and so are the owners.

Delicious Crab Bisque. Lots of crab cooked just right!

Along with wine tastings, Ecco Adesso offers their 350 acre farm as a place to explore the vineyards, hiking trails, meadows, orchards, waterfalls and creeks that are on the grounds. I got a wine flight, which included four 2-ounce pours. There are four flights to choose from, and I chose the Old World/New World flight, which had two Chardonnays and two Cabernet Francs. I'm not a Chardonnay person at all, but I'm 100% a Cab Franc person. It turns out, I really loved the Chardonnay! Who'd-a known. That's the great thing about doing a flight: You can try something new and maybe discover something about yourself along the way. I enjoyed my wine flight on the big porch outside of the winery. The porch overlooks the beautiful grape vineyards, and it's a picturesque sight to behold for sure. The porch has big rocking chairs, so you can sit and sip and rock and stare at the scenery. I found that the people who work here were incredibly friendly and helpful. At one point, I wanted to try a little taste of a different wine that wasn't on my flight, and they didn't even blink and just gave me a pour. So nice!

The vineyard reminded me of a charming château, with its picturesque surroundings and elegant atmosphere. It was a truly unforgettable experience that left me feeling inspired and rejuvenated. I was warmly welcomed by Brian and a lovely young lady (I apologize for forgetting your name). They were both delightful and made me feel right at home. Brian even took me on a tour of the cellar and eagerly answered all of my questions! They offered four different types of wine flights for tasting. One from Williamsburg Vineyard, one from Sassaia Vineyards (from Italy, as they are close friends), an old world vs new world flight, and one from Ecco Adesso. I decided to go with the flight from the winery. My favorites were the 2022 Petit Manseng and the 2022 new world Chardonnay. I highly recommend making the drive to the vineyard as it does not disappoint with its wines, beautiful scenery, sheep, and overall serenity. Don't forget to pack a picnic!

From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like home. Brenda and Kevin were so kind and welcoming and made us feel more like family than guests. I had a little car trouble during the trip, and they went out of their way to help connect me with the right person and make sure everything got handled. That says everything about the kind of people they are. My mom and I are focused on creating more meaningful memories together, and this was one of the best experiences we've had in a long time. When traveling solo it can be tough to visit wineries even if they're dog friendly outside because you're expected to go inside to order, and I refuse to tie my dog up. Not this place - he was gladly welcomed in the tasting room! The other patrons were super friendly and after seeing me take a picture of my dog they were quick to jump in and make sure to do a whole photoshoot of me with him. All the staff were in love with my dog and even grabbed some treats for him. Basically, if you have a dog...this is the place to go! I got the white wine tasting flight and didn't love a couple of the wines but I'm admittedly not a wine snob and I mainly drink sauvignon blanc and pinot grigio. Have never been a fan of chardonnay so I don't think it's that theirs is bad - more of personal preference and I'm sure others love it! I ended up getting another glass of the Vidal Blanc because that one was excellent! We visited 10/26/25 and loved seeing the fall colors in the background. It was pretty empty on a Sunday so we easily got a front row table where we could look out at the vineyards/trees/mountains. Will absolutely be back here if we're ever in the area again!
