Was really hoping for a great sushi place but was sadly disappointed. Osaka may need a re-visit when they have more staff but for now the wait is by far too long. We were sat fairly quickly but after ordering sushi we slowly learned that to-go business took precedence over their in house guest. After one hour and 15 minutes our food was delivered to our table but only part of the food. For the rest another thirty minutes was added to our wait. This resulted in one eating while the other miserably awaited for their food. As for taste Osaka sure delivered but only after the disappointment. read more

Just WOW! Tonight was my first time here and I cannot wait to go back! I went in with some coworkers after a long day at work. We've heard great things so my expectations were high. The decor was crisp, bright and clean looking. Very modern and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and had really cool mirrors in them. The staff was FANTASTIC! Our servers were quick and attentive. We sat at the sushi bar and the chefs were so talkative, fun and helpful. I'm pregnant so I can't have raw fish, but the amount of options they had for me was incredible! We shared the Takoyaki as an appetizer and each started with the miso soup. The takoyaki was crispy on the outside and hot and slightly chewy on the inside. The miso soup was refreshing and tofu was tender. For my entree I had a Sweet Potato roll and a California roll. Both delicious. The Sweet Potato was cooked perfectly and both rolls stayed intact when eating. My friends ordered the following: a rainbow roll, dynamite roll, salmon roll, California roll and Uni sashimi. They were all incredibly satisfied with their food and everything looked beautiful! Save your money and go to another place. I made an order online, had not eaten all day. Went to pick it up... they now charge $2 for aaaaany sauces for sushi and food. The steak had 0 seasoning and I ordered stir fry with soba and received rice instead. I called "Stacy" the manager advised she couldn't return the money that it was the chef's fault but we could get a credit for the next time with an attitude. Osaka was delicious! We were seated and served right away and the sushi was fresh and flavorful. The inside looked fantastic and although it was small, it was clean and modern. This facility's Uber Eats service is a SCAM!!! I have been ordered Uber Eats from different restaurants in the past several years, I totally understand that Uber Eats Services are a little more expensive than the original restaurants menu prices, but all of the Uber Eats' additional charges should based on a reasonable unified Uber Eats company policy rules. This week that was my first time, I ordered an Uber Eats PICKING UP order with this restaurant, when I went there picked my order up, I checked their Dine-In menu, all of the items I ordered, I have been over charged 50% extra price than their original menu's price, and even just for a 2 oz little little container of a yummy sauce was $2 dollars. I questioned their Manager on duty, she was extremely impatient and told me that their restaurant just takes orders and prepares food for Uber Eats customers, the over charge price is from Uber Eats company. After I brought their food back home, I was very disappointed, three of the four items tasted no good at all. I shared my feedback with Uber Eats representative, the rep. explained Uber Eats company additional charges policy to me patiently, I have been told Uber Eats company only over charged 5% extra price on my Picking Up order, NOT 50% extra, I was shocked, for a truth that could be find out so easily, the restaurant Manager just lied impatiently. The only good thing was I didn't order a lot, cause the more I ordered the more and more 50% extra charges money I had to pay. Repeat visit to Osaka and this time we dined in. Perfect time for dinner, some tables filled, but we were seated immediately and Teal, our server, was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the tempura appetizer, but requested vegetables only and they were very accommodating and the plate was full. The last review, I mentioned the tempura was a bit soggy and my reasoning was correct- it was die to being take out. Last night, the tempura was serviced hot, crispy and the vegetables were perfectly cooked- in fact, probably the best that I have had! We decided to each try tolls we'd not tried thr first time. I ordered the Oishi roll which is very different as it has white fish tempura on top of the roll and it was delicious! Flavors were well balanced throughout. My son tried the Diablo roll and he loved it. It wasn't overly spicy which was perfect for him. If you like it really spicy, you may ask for extra spicy. My husband (with a shellfish allergy) had the Texas Ranger, Spicy Tuna and Philadelphia rolls and thoroughly enjoyed them. He expected the Tuna and Philadelphia rolls to be the typical small size as at other places, but they were both stuffed to the brim and the radius of them were comprable to the specialty rolls, so he definitely had leftovers to bring home. The quality of the fish was fresh and tasted well. The restaurant reminded me of dining in Tokyo at one of the more modern restaurants. Some other reviews mentioned that the dine in service suffered from the takeout orders, but we found Teal as well as the other servers being at the top of their game and at our table even before we needed them, but not in a stalking way. We will be dining in more often and Osaka is a great addition to the Saint Cloud community. read more

We were super excited when we searched sushi and saw a "hot & new" sushi spot only 10 minutes away! We ordered to go and food was ready in less than 20 minutes. Super convenient to order online, it gives you the option to customize your roll (I'm super picky so this was awesome) and sends you a text with your order, ETA, and when it's ready for pick up. The staff was super nice and friendly. The rolls we ordered were delicious! We ordered the Mexican roll, Jimmy roll, and Crazy roll. We're already looking forward to trying the other rolls. Sorry no pictures. I was too hungry. Started to help with sashimi tuna and salmon. Nice thick slices. A little unusual, fresh, sweet, great flavor, beautiful presentation, steam dumplings, not chewy which I loved. Sauce perfection see we salad Chris cold refreshing miso soup hot and the green onions head. Just enough bite and in it all up had a California roll just to see how it was and the slice of chestnut pie or cake. I think they're calling it and lychee ice cream didn't care for the chocolate syrup on it. It deleted my lychee. I'm familiar with the flavor but the chestnut cake was fabulous. The whole meal was great. My service was superb. Would recommend it to anybody. It's not a big place. Don't be in a hurry and just enjoy. Definitely be coming back here read more

This is a hidden gem in St. Cloud as far as sushi places go. I'm skeptical of sushi places that have the name of a Japanese prefecture or region, but not was I wrong! This place has great service and great lunch specials. I've tried both the 2 roll special and the nigiri sushi and sushi roll combo with soup for both specials, and not only are the portions and quality of seafood reasonably priced (about $13-$14 after tax) they tasted so good. food not worth the value i ordered 2 sushi rolls that were supposed to contain shrimp and it seemed as if they took 2 sad pieces of shrimp cut it into tiny pieces to sprinkle in to 2 sushi rolls which i couldn't even taste shrimp at all (it's loaded with rice though) customer service not that great either I could say more however if you want to spend money on food thats not worth it, this is definitely the place read more
