I've been going to this location a few times a week for a few months now, and I always have a pleasant experience.. The therapy is actually working and I feel 100000x better then when I first actually started. Definitely consider checking out foothills if your looking for any physical therapy help! While my Physical Therapist was personally very kind and attentive, I would only work with her for about 10-15 minutes per session and was then passed on to the assistants who were NOT attentive. They would give me my exercises to complete but rather than staying and ensuring I was doing them correctly would run to another patient and work with them, and then I would be sitting there for several minutes inbetween exercises waiting for the assistant to come back. I came three weeks in a row and every week was like this-the facility just seemed like they had too many patients scheduled at once and not enough employees to properly take care of all the patients. As someone who has done physical therapy at several facilities over the years I was disappointed in my care and would not recommend coming here. I gave it a two because I liked my physical therapist but if it wasn't for her I would give this facility a one.

Third time is a charm I have been to Foothills Physical…read moreTherapy for three recoveries, this time after a rotor cuff surgery. There are no better therapists than Lindsey and her assistant Jillian to put you on the road to recovery. It's hard work to get your muscles working the right way. Lindsey develops the correct program and Jillian makes sure I do the exercises correctly. To be corrected and doing the exercises correctly, is very important to me. I always joke around, that I don't want to be mediocre, but exceptional, and Lindsey and Jillian make sure I achieve my goals. After a little more than 3 months of therapy, I'm 90% recovered, now it's up to me to continue to exercises at home. I can highly recommend Foothills Physical Therapy. The entire team is welcoming, friendly, professional and they make sure your mobility is restored.

My foot doctor recommended Foothills Sports Medicine for some physical therapy, and within a matter of a couple of weeks I was already feeling a big difference. The staff there is so warm and friendly and make you feel completely comfortable. I love that they gave me all of the exercises to continue working on it at home when my treatment was finished. I would recommend this place to anyone and especially want to think Jordan for giving me my feet back!

In all those…read moreyears I have seen several of my clients have physical therapists visit and work with them. The staff and therapists at 360 Therapy is way better than all the therapist I've seen in my career. Alex, not only helps me heal physically, he has also helped me heal emotionally by explaining what I am going through. He is also a good listener. He tries to reassure that everything will be okay and boosts my confidence by showing and telling me how I improved. Matt, is always a pleasure to work with. His humor keeps me going and calms my nervousness about what am going through. He shows genuine concern with not only me, but also the other clients there too. Paul is really knowledgeable about my condition. His insight is unmatched. I'm 52 years old and I have never had my neck cracked. After he did it one time, I can tell you that it's the best feeling I've ever had. I actually kinda wished my neck was cracked everyday. Amanda is really concerned about my progress. She measures my grip all the time and pushes me to do more every session. And my grip has significantly improved. She was also kind enough to get me a traction for my neck, even though I've never asked for. It's really helping me at home when I do my exercises. Today I felt happy coz the receptionists knows my name. Most medical people just see you as patients and nothing else. They are so easy to work with when it comes to scheduling and they are very accommodating and pleasant. Going back to my 22 years in the medical field what sets the staff here above the rest, is in one word, empathy. After my session I was in the parking lot and the guy said, aren't they great. I replied, yeah they're amazing!!! And just in case you are wondering who is this Kai reviewing us, it's Clarence. The Asian guy. Hahaha. I guess it goes without saying, this 360 location in Tempe comes highly recommended. 5 stars is not nearly enough for what they do for you.

A Tale of Tumbles and Triumphs at Farnsworth Physical Therapy…read more Dear fellow seeker of healing and hope, Let me spin you a tale--not of knights and dragons, but of a girl whose superpower is spectacular clumsiness and the sanctuary that helped her rise again. Once upon a not-so-graceful day, I tumbled out of my front door with all the elegance of a newborn giraffe on roller skates. Not two weeks later, I decided to up the ante and pirouette off a curb, shattering my ankle and any illusions of coordination I had left. Surgery followed, and with it, the dreaded words: "You'll need physical therapy." Enter Farnsworth Physical Therapy--the closest clinic to my home and, as fate would have it, the closest thing to a miracle I've ever experienced in the medical world. I arrived with dread in my heart and pain in my bones. Exercise? While injured? Surrounded by gym dudes? Dudes. In a gym. I braced myself for discomfort, awkwardness, and indifference. But what I found was magic. Rod and his team didn't just treat my injury--they treated my soul. Their warmth, humor, and genuine care melted away my fears. So much so, that years later, when I was hit in a car accident, I willingly drove 30 minutes, three times a week, just to be in their presence again. Why, you ask? Because Farnsworth isn't just a clinic. It's a haven. The room staff and front office radiate joy and compassion, always checking in, always making sure you feel safe and seen. The gym crew? Patient, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel like a burden. They explained every movement, every stretch, with kindness and clarity. And the cherry on top? Three of the same wonderful humans were still there from my first visit years ago. With Rod leading the charge, it felt less like rehab and more like a reunion with old friends. If you're looking for healing wrapped in laughter, professionalism wrapped in empathy, and a team that treats you like family--Farnsworth is your place. With gratitude and a slightly sturdier ankle, A once-wobbly girl who found her footing.

I still have a bit of pain but I'm definitely improving. Dr Farnsworth is very professional and explains things very clearly, so I can understand them. The staff is friendly and easy to work with.
