I have been a caregiver for 22 years, and now I run 2 independent living facilities. In all those years I have seen several of my clients have physical therapists visit and work with them. The staff and therapists at 360 Therapy is way better than all the therapist I've seen in my career. Alex, not only helps me heal physically, he has also helped me heal emotionally by explaining what I am going through. He is also a good listener. He tries to reassure that everything will be okay and boosts my confidence by showing and telling me how I improved. Matt, is always a pleasure to work with. His humor keeps me going and calms my nervousness about what am going through. He shows genuine concern with not only me, but also the other clients there too. Paul is really knowledgeable about my condition. His insight is unmatched. I'm 52 years old and I have never had my neck cracked. After he did it one time, I can tell you that it's the best feeling I've ever had. I actually kinda wished my neck was cracked everyday. Amanda is really concerned about my progress. She measures my grip all the time and pushes me to do more every session. And my grip has significantly improved. She was also kind enough to get me a traction for my neck, even though I've never asked for. It's really helping me at home when I do my exercises. Today I felt happy coz the receptionists knows my name. Most medical people just see you as patients and nothing else. They are so easy to work with when it comes to scheduling and they are very accommodating and pleasant. Going back to my 22 years in the medical field what sets the staff here above the rest, is in one word, empathy. After my session I was in the parking lot and the guy said, aren't they great. I replied, yeah they're amazing!!! And just in case you are wondering who is this Kai reviewing us, it's Clarence. The Asian guy. Hahaha. Recommend is an understatement! The best place to be. I was dreading physical therapy after my car accident but every single person there made it easy and fun to want to come back. It was bittersweet to leave on the last day. If i ever need physical therapy again this is where i would go here in a heart beat! read more

Absolute dump. They don't keep the pool clean or properly chlorinated. Physical therapy assistant kept leaving the room while I was in the pool alone. When I complained that the pool was dirty showing him the rings of brown gook going around the pool at the water line and each step level and also told him the pool was not chlorinated either at all or enough he just shrugged and said yeah we have been having a problem with that. Then he the (pt assistant) started cleaning it (the brown gook) with a sponge and dish soap while I was in the pool and then he got out the pool strainer and started straining the muck out of the pool ( again while I was still in it). Disgusting! Find someplace else...this place is a mess. read more

Today was my last day of therapy I graduated!! I feel there's a lot of therapists out there but Paul showed me how to do my own therapy in way my pain level is almost non existent. I highly recommend physical therapy to anyone who needs it. I started physical therapy after years of pain and difficulty. My therapist helped assess my problem and come up with a plan to fix it. She was creative and practical, listening to my concerns and limitations. I am addressed promptly as I come into the waiting room, my therapist is always ready for me on time. Everyone is very friendly in the facility, the front office and all the other therapists. The atmosphere is welcoming and open. read more

Unfortunately, my experience was much similar to Mark's. The staff was indeed friendly, but entirely unequipped to provide proper attention to a patient's individual needs. My therapist, Melissa, was nice, but after the initial assessment she failed to explain in any detail the source of my pain, where it might have come from or illustrate a course of action. Instead, I was handed a sheet of exercises that looked like I could have printed it off of Google. Melissa often had more than one patient scheduled during our appointments. I would arrive, and she would have me work on a machine while she saw to someone else. On multiple occasions I would spend entire minutes sitting, motionless, waiting for Melissa to come back and instruct me. This is "treatment" - time that I was billed for! This did not seem to be the case with Melissa alone, either. At almost all times there were at least six patients for a total of two or three therapists. One morning a woman even brought her labrador into the treatment room and it proceeded to bound around, off-leash, for her entire session. I'm a dog lover as much as the next person, but it's bad enough I have to share precious time with other members of the same species, much less a dog! Ultimately, I received no relief, no specialized attention and no care. I stopped treatment after three visits and would not recommend this clinic. In addition, as Mark said, be sure to read the "Welcome" form - it will inform you what your insurance deductible is and how much has been met. Under my plan, previous chiropractic and physical therapy treatments had not been subject to a deductible, but my benefits had recently changed. I was shocked to get a bill in the mail for $570! That is an outrageous amount to pay for such poor care: patients need to be informed of what mediocre medical treatment will cost them. I will add that, after expressing my dissatisfaction to the Patient Services manager, she was quick to respond and offer a resolution that I thought was fair. As stated before, the entire staff is courteous and patient, but I would caution that it may be worth your time to seek treatment elsewhere. read more

Matt my PT for 5 weeks was pretty good at 4 stars, and I would have gladly continued to be treated by him if 360 Physical Therapy wasn't so poor at providing billing information to my insurance company. They literally took over a month to follow thru with simple information requests from USAA. Turned out to be wonderful for I found Fearon Physical Therapy to be flat out awesome comparatively and billing is entirely smooth, no waiting and no hitches. read more

I recently used 360 for neck and shoulder pain related to my job and was happy with everyone there. Alicia Williams and Alex Brown worked with me to understand my issues and to help me correct the problem. They set up a plan that I can follow at work to avoid the issue as well as at home. The front desk staff was quick to answer my questions and schedule my treatment around my work schedule. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to my family and friends. read more

This is the second time with 360 and once again they did a nice job with the rehab. I like coming here because I don't feel rushed, I don't feel like a number. I have been to other rehab places in the past where they rush you through like an assembly line and that is not the case here. read more

369 PT is awesome! I had a bad foot injury where I severed my toes on my foot. My surgeon, after fixing my foot and giving me time off for healing, recommended I go to therapy. Jeff and Alex were my therapists and they kicked my butt twice a week for about 2 months. With their help I'm able to walk better and most of my pain is gone completely. I'm going to continue to exercise because of them giving me the confidence I can do so. The overall atmosphere is great at 360. Very positive and lively! I definitely recommend 360 PT for anyone that needs physical therapy. read more

Mark my therapist was the best. However I feel that I was lied to from the front office. I was told that since I had not met my insurance deductible I was going to have to pay out of my pocket. I was then told that I would be billed $120 for the assessment and then $80 for each of the 8 visits. For me that is a lot of money, but I decided to give therapy a try. Two months later I am now being billed for an extra $332.26. When I call to find out why they inform me that $80 was just an estimate. I do not recall being told that $80 and $120 is an estimate. I would not use them again they are too expensive. read more

360 has done a great job of selecting exercises/activities appropriate for my injury. They'd tell me what to do, let me do it, and correct my form if I was 'cheating' the exercise at all. They were good about telling me what not to yet do...how to not over-train. I didn't need a therapist hovering over me for every lunge or squat. Melissa did provide a list of exercises to do at home, and that was much appreciated. It was a customized list with additional hand-written instructions. Having this allowed me to workout at home and have fewer in-office appointments. The result was I rehabbed faster and spent less money. My recovery from the athletic injury went better/faster than the surgeon expected, and the therapy with 360 contributed to that. read more

Went in with no idea what was wrong with me. Now I know so I can get on track with getting better. Everyone is friendly and they don't push you harder than you can go. The only thing that could be better is if a TV or Radio could be near but not exactly in the pool area. Would recommend this place to a friend. :) read more

I've been to three different physical therapy places, and this place was by far the worst of them all. Most of the staff members are indeed friendly, however, after my first appointment I realized that their physical therapy services are very, very sub-par. They schedule appointments sometimes 20-30 minutes apart from each other and even have more than one person scheduled to one PT. Their selling point is that they don't use PT Tech's, however, I found myself doing my exercises alone every time without any real attention from my therapist, which is unacceptable based on the amount of money that I was paying. The exercises that were given to me were very simple and could be found anywhere on the internet as well. To make matters worse, my physical therapist didn't listen to me. When I told her I felt pain rather than lengthening of the muscle while stretching, she told me that I was probably mistaking a stretching sensation with pain. I've been dealing with my issue for 3 years now and know to a tee the difference between stretching pain and actual pain. Furthermore, during the consultation she didn't know what the difference between the three terms "tendinitis," "tendinosis," and "tendinopathy" were. When I told her I had tendinosis, a chronic form of tendinitis, she quickly refuted me asserting that "if I[she] were to have an MRI right now it would show that [she has] tendinosis. Everyone has tendinosis." No! Just no!! That's not how it works. Tendinosis is tendon damage at the cellular level that is essentially degenerating the tendon. To top it all off, the front desk is very slow at their job. They have two people up there and it still took them 10 minutes to close me out after an appointment. I highly recommend you go to PT elsewhere. read more

Matt and Amy are my current physical therapists Matt was very thorough and very gentle through my first exam. An Amy is very good I am currently in pool p/t. Each time has been a very good experience and soon I will be back in the gym . Yes you will be sore but it's all worth it in the end to get back to where I need to be. Go elsewhere... Friendly service, but very low attention given to your needs. Also, be careful with what they claim is your insurance copay. They claimed mine was half of what it actually was and then I was left with a bill$ from them for months. :( read more

Catherine the PT and Teri front end manager have been super to me and got me from having knee pain post op for several weeks to pain free in less than 10 visits. The place in Tempe is super clean and they seem to care deeply about getting the patients back on they feet (or knees in my case) with care, concern and professionalism.
