It is shocking to me that there are so many positive reviews of this doctor/office. First of all I…read moregot 0 reminder emails/phone calls/text messages about my appointment. It's not really a big deal but was surprising to me. When I got to the office all of the information I gave them over the phone was wrong. My address was wrong despite me spelling out my street name. I told them that I had a surgery in the past, a discectomy at the L4-L5 level. When I got to my appointment they had written down that I had a vasectomy. It was funny at first and I just assumed the girl heard me wrong on the phone. Then I started to get a little worried that an employee of a pain management facility, where they do spinal injections, thought that "vasectomy at the L4-L5 level," is a sentence that makes sense. Dr. Sraow is hands down the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. He spent the majority of the appointment staring at his computer, talking about his sports betting habit and Netflix. I was the one who had to keep refocusing the conversation on my spinal problems, which was the only reason I was there. I don't care about your parlay bro, I care about my health. I wouldn't trust this guy to clean my toilets let alone stick a needle in my spine. They were then supposed to call me to set up an appointment for an injection but after not hearing from them for 6 weeks I called and told them not to bother. They claimed they were still waiting on insurance approval but my insurance company said they never received anything. Pretty much what I expected they would say.

Dr. Sraow is very kind and helpful. I had an issue with staff and rescheduling and he called me…read morepersonally to assist me.

This place is doing accchs scams. Because I no longer have accchs. They are able to bill accchs $677 for every visit, but now that I pay cash they only make $179 per visit. They forgot to send in my drug tests multiple times! I knew I'd report them to the state board and accchs months ago. I've been talking about all the sketchy shit to my mom and disabled friend for months. So I knew I was going to report them from the start. I am apart of the reason the fbi shut down a ton of sober living homes for human trafficking and double billing. I hate when people break the law and don't follow rules! I'm autistic it's hard to ignore. It's very easy to see when an accchs scam is happening and I felt it happening the second he gave me 10mg oxycodone without starting me on 5mg first. And then he kept letting my pee tests expire and not send to lab. Today the doctor says he is cutting me off pain meds because they don't feel comfortable prescribing them long term. I asked them if I broke the pain contract, they said no. I later get an email saying I'm permanently discharged because I broke The pain contract. They kicked me out of their practice because I am self pay. Discrimination. They're also not billing using correct address' and he's practicing in multiple states with multiple address. I talked to my pharmacist right away and told them everything I experienced and they told me YES this doctor is doing illegal shit. 1/26/26 they said I no longer need to do drug tests to receive my meds, that's illegal. My pharmacist is helping me with filing the report to accchs and the state board. Oh yeah he also gave me a 14 day supply of meds but wrote on the bottle it was a 7 day supply of meds. So I felt like he was trying to trick me or something. I'm not a drug addict so I use my meds properly and this little weird shit he did, did not affect me, I never took more than I was supposed to. But prescribing meds wrong on purpose is illegal as well, malpractice. I've been on prescribed controlled substances since I was 8 years old, I am well aware of how it all works. I've been permanently disabled for 12 years also. And then he tried to get me to do as many x rays as possible before my insurance cut off. He found scoliosis and then cancelled me as a patient immediately. Why would someone do that? He wouldn't even discuss my imagining he ordered. He made me pay $179 to get discharged today. So yeah I knew immediately the second he prescribed meds wrong and gave me 10mg oxycodone right away that he was crooked and I WAS FUCKING RIGHT!!!! If you ever feel weird at pain mgmt ask the pharmacist about it. They can definitely reassure you if you experienced something illegal. Other than that, while I was being prescribed oxycodone for a few months, the appointments were fast and scheduled normally. Just nothing the doctor ever did was normal. Letting my pee tests expire multiple times, writing wrong medication information. Accchs would only allow a 7 day RX and he gave me 14 days and put 7 days on the bottle, so that's called LYING. Lying about how much you're prescribing. All I see is red flags at this place.

Great care team; everyone listened to what I had to say about managing my long-term chronic pain…read more Unfortunately, after only one office, it turned out the practice wasn't really in my insurer's network, so I had to move on. Drat!

Eva is truly a miracle worker. Years of frustrating pain gone in one session…read more I have had a nagging shoulder and neck injury that was becoming chronic. It was starting to affect my ability to work and sleep. Over the last few months, I have been going to a physical therapist and doing a series of prescribed movements and exercises every day, but with no real luck after a few months. Still feeling a lot of pain, maybe even getting worse. It was time to try something else. We did a half-and-a-half session, the first part working on the shoulder and neck and the second part Cranial Sacral therapy. I had done a CS session years ago in Thailand, and I remember it being transformational in a deeply spiritual way, so I wanted to try again. This experience was even more transformational! So in one session, Eva fixed my shoulder and had me feeling the "magic" back in life. Less brain fog, easier to focus, and everything just "flowed" effortlessly in work and life. I was crossing difficult items of my to-do list one after another that I had neglected for months. Just like I remember from my first cranial sacral therapy session. I've since bought a session for my Mother and recommended my boss in another state find someone like Eva ASAP. 3 weeks later, I have not felt the pain at ALL, nothing, nada, zip! It's just completely gone. I am now going every week (when I can get in; she is often booked, but the wait is 120% worth it). So don't wait. Whatever you are dealing with, schedule a session with Eva right away and get relief. Your only regret will be that you did not do it sooner; it certainly was my only regret.

She knows so much about what's going on inside (emotionally and physically) just with the touch of her hands. Eva was able to give me answers for physical issues that I have been dealing with for years. She is a secret in the Valley and her prices are cheap considering all of the help she gave me when numerous doctors just came up blank for my symptoms. I recommender to her to all of my friends and family and they've also had success! THANK YOU EVA!!!

Recovia might be great for addiction, definitely not the place to go for mental illness…read more(depression, bi-polar, schizophrenia). They do not have psychiatrists, they have no family support or involvement. They do not seem to have any measures for progress. They bill not as a program but as individual dr. I needed to set up a payment plan and contacted billing. I gave them my information, but never received any follow up receipts or documentation. I had forgotten that I made arrangements because I never received anything. Even when a payment transacted, I never received a receipt for my automatic transaction. Two weeks ago, I emailed my counselor, who is also the Clinical Director of this site, forwarding him my concerns, with my attachments, requesting to speak to a manager about this customer service situation and lack of follow through. I finally received a receipt and an itemized statement, but my payments weren't referenced. I was pretty confused. I still have a balance due but they don't seem concerned about it. I have asked to speak to a manager twice, and twice, I've been ignored. As great as the clinic staff is at being professional, responsive, and mostly, good listeners to when I express my needs, the billing department drops the ball. And I'm not talking once. I'm speaking of a couple times. Why does billing think they don't need to present a professional, courteous, responsive demeanor with clients? I don't know. But after I completed the active care program, I'm not returning. I can't work with people that ignore my needs, and requests for clarification. These people are suppose to be ACTIVELY RESPONSIVE. The risk, (headache, time wasted in emails, phone calls, and asking a manager to please call me, are futile. The risk outweighs the benefit. If you need to pay anything, expect nothing from billing. Cindy is way too busy to call you back to hear your concerns about not getting a payment plan printed out, getting my two debit payments totaling $500, in tax receipts without having to follow up repeatedly. I won't give them my debit card number again for having on file. The clinic staff is great, but the behind-the-scenes-staff, not so much!
