The fixed price in 2021 was $300; the monthly unit fee was $40 but moved up $50 over time. Now that my partner and I have moved and have changed address, they want us to pay $400. We have been Brody Bros customers for years and have given them approx. $3,000 over time by being loyal customers. That money is going to dry up if they don't remove the fixed fee for moving to a new location. This won't be a problem because there are highly qualified business substitutes in their market. My observations and opinions are my own perception. Brody Bros obviously has a platform to defend their position for pricing. However, I am motivated to give three stars over the pricing strategy because I think it is nasty work.

Since switching over to a "call center", Ehrilch customer service has gone severely downhill. The set up an appointment for Monday 9/22 between 9-10am. No one had arrived at that time, I received no phone call informing me of the technician being late. It wasn't until I called at 11am, that I found out he was held up by another customer (understandable), but the called taker, had to call the technician to find that out, and then proceeded to have the technician call me. If I could give just the technician 5 stars, I would. He called me promptly, explained the situation, asked me to send pictures of what I had, and explained to me that Ehrilch doesn't service honeybees (pollinators). He then gave me GREAT advice; I thanked him and hung up. Moral of the story - We call could have saved each other a lot of time if the call representatives were knowledgeable of the company's policies and coverage beforehand.!
