The results of their work will speak for itself: high quality, good value. However, I have an issue with their pricing model. Brody Bros pricing is subscription based. The fixed price in 2021 was $300; the monthly unit fee was $40 but moved up $50 over time. Now that my partner and I have moved and have changed address, they want us to pay $400. We have been Brody Bros customers for years and have given them approx. $3,000 over time by being loyal customers. That money is going to dry up if they don't remove the fixed fee for moving to a new location. This won't be a problem because there are highly qualified business substitutes in their market. My observations and opinions are my own perception. Brody Bros obviously has a platform to defend their position for pricing. However, I am motivated to give three stars over the pricing strategy because I think it is nasty work.

Since switching over to a "call center", Ehrilch customer service has gone severely downhill. It…read moreseems as though the call takers have no real idea of what pest control services are offered, or don't know the difference between a wasp, hornet, or honeybee, although I thoroughly researched before I called. The set up an appointment for Monday 9/22 between 9-10am. No one had arrived at that time, I received no phone call informing me of the technician being late. It wasn't until I called at 11am, that I found out he was held up by another customer (understandable), but the called taker, had to call the technician to find that out, and then proceeded to have the technician call me. If I could give just the technician 5 stars, I would. He called me promptly, explained the situation, asked me to send pictures of what I had, and explained to me that Ehrilch doesn't service honeybees (pollinators). He then gave me GREAT advice; I thanked him and hung up. Moral of the story - We call could have saved each other a lot of time if the call representatives were knowledgeable of the company's policies and coverage beforehand.!

I got an offer from Ehrlich--my long-standing exterminators of 30 yrs-- to get a 'free inspection'…read moreto assess possible pest problems. I accepted, took a half-day off for the promised '2:30-3" window. Someone called and confirmed in the AM, then...when it was 4:45, I called the office to see if they were coming. the 'inspector' at 443-608-1668 called, to say 'yeah, I guess I shoulda called... maybe today isn't a good day..." then said he could come between 5 and 6. He said, 'Do you have termites? I'm supposed to sell you something". (Mice have been my concern). I asked if that was the whole purpose for the 'free offer'-- as opposed to the way it was positioned, as a free inspection for 'possible pest points of entrance'. I asked if there was any other purpose to the inspection besides an sales opening for him and he laughed and said 'Nope, that's really it. Funny, huh?" Actually no--NOT funny at all, a waste of my day and of a half day off. FURIOUS at the misleading proposition!
