I called their customer service and was told that the routing scheduler changed the day (WITHOUT CONTACTING ME) due to a scheduling issue. How does a scheduler change a client's confirmed day and time without consulting the client? Then I called to have auto pay stopped because you cannot stop it online, and to cancel my service. I was told that autopay would be stopped and that a bill was being emailed to me. I did not want to use the card that was linked to the autopay; what did the company do? Stopped the autopay, not send me a final bill and billed the card that I did not want billed. Read all of the negative reviews, this company is shady and their services do not work.
