I called late on a Monday (near closing time) but the were still able to schedule me the very next morning between 8am and 10am. David arrived around 9am and was done by just before 11am. I was very impressed with how quickly he was able to both treat the nest and dig it out of the ground despite the aforementioned boulder being in the way.

This company was referred to me by my property management for pest control services. The first…read moremajor issue was that I never received any call, text, or email confirming an appointment. Out of concern, I reached out directly to the vendor to clarify scheduling. From the very beginning of the call, the representative who answered was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She told me, in a blunt tone, that an appointment had already been scheduled "whether I confirmed or not," and that they would be coming regardless of my consent. Hearing this was alarming and completely inappropriate. As a tenant, it is my legal right to be given notice and to provide consent before anyone enters my home. I live alone with my young children, so boundaries and safety are very important to me. When I tried to explain this, the representative doubled down on her attitude, insisting they were coming regardless. At that point I did lose my cool, and I acknowledge that -- but only because the conversation began with them insisting on entering without my permission. No tenant should be spoken to that way, especially regarding access to their private residence. Instead of de-escalating, the representative abruptly hung up on me. I then spoke with another staff member, hoping for a more reasonable interaction. Unfortunately, the situation only escalated further. This person accused me of making "threats" and said that because of this, the company would not provide service and would instead charge me a "trip fee." This was outrageous because no appointment had ever been confirmed, meaning there was no trip to cancel and no legitimate basis for any fee. For the record, I never made threats. What I said was that if anyone attempted to enter my home without my consent, I would protect myself and my children. That is not a threat -- it is a clear boundary and a legal right every tenant has. Their attempt to twist my words into something more serious felt like an effort to avoid responsibility for their own unprofessional conduct. What troubled me the most was the follow-up. I was told outright that I could not write a review about this experience and that doing so would be considered "slander." That statement was not only false but also deeply inappropriate. Consumers have the right to share factual accounts of their experiences. Honest reviews are not slander, and attempting to silence me only reinforced my concerns about this company's lack of professionalism and accountability. To summarize, this company: Failed to obtain my consent before scheduling service. Claimed they could enter my home whether I agreed or not. Spoke to me rudely and hung up on me. Mischaracterized my words as "threats" when I was only standing up for my rights. Tried to charge a trip fee for an appointment that never existed. Attempted to intimidate me by saying I could not leave a review. This entire situation turned what should have been a simple scheduling matter into one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a service provider. Instead of respect and clear communication, I was met with hostility, misrepresentation, and intimidation. As a single parent with children in the home, I take matters of consent and entry very seriously. I expect vendors working with property management companies to uphold professionalism, follow proper legal procedures, and respect tenant rights. None of that happened here. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. THERE ARE SEVERAL REVIEWS WITH SIMILAR EXPERIENCES WITH THIS COMPANY! RUN RUN RUN! THERE ARE SO MANY GREAT PEST COMPANIES THAT DO NOT CONDUCT THEMSELVES THIS WAY!

The wildlife control service was also poor quality and missed several ingress / egress locations in the house. There is also apparent damage to the roofing shingles where they installed shields in the gutters. When I called them to ask if they would come do it correctly, I got more bad customer service. Now I'm faced with a job that's not complete and a problem that has not been solved with wildlife. Continue to receive poor customer service and promises for appointments that are not kept.

They thankfully agreed and he came right out. Thank goodness he did because we didn't see a single mosquito the whole party and loved being outside for the party. Additionally I had him spray for all other obnoxious pests and the roaches are all already dying so quickly it's crazy. I have found them dying in so many places and the ants are no longer forcing their way into my house or taking residence all over my entry to my house. It is like magic.
