His attention to detail and communication skills are superb! He would always call to confirm appointments with tenants, inform our team on the scope of the pest problem and also provide his recommendations (which were always reasonable). I've never had a vendor call to follow up on any issues post service, which was very considerate! If something wasn't right, he would provide a follow up visit. We've had a few difficult tenants and he went out of his way to make accommodations to ensure the job was done properly. Price is reasonable for services. Flexible scheduling and can go to various locations. It is very difficult to find honest vendors who provide good service, great communication, and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend you hire Calvin for your pest control needs!

Guardian pest control services....... Well I have to say…read morethat the initial cost was more than I was expecting but the month to month after I'd fantastic......well in my opinion seeing I've dealt with others that have been more for less spraying. I just bought a house in Valparaiso, IN. I scheduled within a weeks notice and got the date I was requesting seeing I have a pretty busy work schedule. I contacted them from their website off of Google and I guess my phone number didn't go in right so when I called it was after their normal business hours. Their after hours receptionist took all my info and I received a call back the next day. I reexplained my needs and concerns and got scheduled. The tech that came out was on time and I walked him through everything and everything I needed. He was great and fast! Had a great attitude even with the humidity and the heat today. I signed up for the monthly service which was very reasonable. It was hard to swallow the 457.00 I was charged but I understand the reasoning. He even sprayed around my trees where the carpenter ants lived. Gave me advice about cutting the trees down around my house and what to do to prevent them from invading my house. Over all I was impressed and looking forward to a long lasting business relationship with Guardian. Thanks Guardian for the 5 star service I received today! Fraternally, David Hanson
