The company they recommended was just as prompt, courteous and professional and took good care of us. Recently we had a new service person come, Dietrich, who was excellent compared to the previous guy. Dietrich was very thorough, checked every thing, every trap, sprayed everywhere, and took photos. He was there a decent amount of time to do it right. Some of the others had just gone through the restaurant quickly just hitting here and there. As long as they send someone to your house, they don't actually care if the pest problem is fixed...you will be billed regardless of the outcome of the services they provide. They will also send an inspector out who will likely put a 4-5 figure quote in front of you as another money grab attempt. I've seen much better customer service and resolution of pest problems with Terminix in the Chicago area. I warn you...I DO NOT recommend using this company and urge you not to pay the initiation fee as they will not refund it even if their team does not control or fix your pest issue.
