We called Blake out again to which he set more traps, identified entry points around the outside of the house, and sealed everything up. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. He showed us what he was doing and why. I personally love when I learn the "why". After sealing up the house, he came back 2 weeks later to check on the traps and see how things were going. Their service comes with a solid warranty and any new critters we encounter, just give them a call and they'll come out to check, diagnose, and fix. It's not the cheapest to get your house sealed up, but worth it with the extra home visits and warranty. Highly recommend!

Dan, the Sentry owner, explained the process and cost, and came out on a holiday. Because the nest was so large, Dan had to return to spray multiple times before he could scrape the nest from the side of our house. He stuck with it, making sure there were no stragglers left. Their website clearly states they service the Chicago area. This type of statement is discriminatory, offensive, and unprofessional.
