Originally left a voicemail, and they called me back I think within one, might have been two, hours. They're very prompt even in situations they don't handle, such as bats. They were very kind and were happy to refer me to a company they're familiar with that does address bats in our area. I really appreciated their help and attention in getting this addressed quickly. The company they recommended was just as prompt, courteous and professional and took good care of us. We'd definitely call them again should we ever need some help with pest control in the future and I'll absolutely recommend them if anyone asks me. They're very knowledgeable about who in the area can help if it's a situation they don't address.
