Also, if I have another technician show up in a grimy tshirt without contractor booties (I would expect you to wear a shirt with your company logo) I'm going to lose it. They explained the process very clearly and have you call in by 8 am every day if you caught a critter or if an animal tampered with the cage causing the doors to close. This happened a handful of times as we had some curious raccoons. They came out every time this happened and re-set the cage door. They even gave some great suggestions to help de-skunk my dogs and deodorize/neutralize the smell in the house.

They have been responsive and fairly priced…read more Our only complaint is that service people have not been consistent long term, but we understand staffing issues and finding long-term dependable good workers is difficult. Recently we had a new service person come, Dietrich, who was excellent compared to the previous guy. Dietrich was very thorough, checked every thing, every trap, sprayed everywhere, and took photos. He was there a decent amount of time to do it right. Some of the others had just gone through the restaurant quickly just hitting here and there. Hopefully, we can have hime service us long term or if we have to have a replacement, they are also just as thorough.
