And so began the work to get it out. A trap was set on a Thursday morning and by Monday morning the raccoon was trapped. Every morning someone came out to look at the trap to see if anything had been trapped. I've seen much better customer service and resolution of pest problems with Terminix in the Chicago area. I warn you...I DO NOT recommend using this company and urge you not to pay the initiation fee as they will not refund it even if their team does not control or fix your pest issue.

Recently we had a new service person come, Dietrich, who was excellent compared to the previous guy. Dietrich was very thorough, checked every thing, every trap, sprayed everywhere, and took photos. He was there a decent amount of time to do it right. Some of the others had just gone through the restaurant quickly just hitting here and there.
