Gio was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He responded quickly and was able to come the same day. I also really appreciated the 2 week follow up visit where he checked all the traps and made sure everything was secure. Would definitely recommend and would use again!!! read more

Contacted Midwest on Sunday via Yelp and Gio reached out within several minutes via Yelp messenger. I advised I needed wasp removal. He advised he was available on Monday, which was a holiday, the next day and provided a two hour time frame of arrival. Gio contacted me within twenty minutes of my appointment and arrives within a timely manner. He was very professional, courteous and we showed him the wasp nest. He walked around the home and discovered another one in a vent. Both removals were included in his visit. He also gave me the Yelp discount without me asking about it. He completed the work in less than thirty minutes. He also explained they offer a quarterly service if we were interested. They offer several ways to pay including zelle. I paid via zelle and Gio was on his way. I would highly recommend their service and use them again if needed. read more

Great, prompt service! I called them to take care of a centipede situation and so far, so good. Also very reasonably priced! The whole appointment took about an hour, our technician was very professional and wore indoor footies and a mask the whole time. I will be happy to use their services going forward. read more

Have had the company out for a few issues. They've been super responsive and taken care of things quickly.

The best service ever! I called and got an appointment the next morning! Super professional, kind, and very thorough. I had wasps in the eave of my house. It was very satisfying to watch the yellow jacket wasps die on contact. He also treated the entryway to destroy the hive. He also checked my bbq grill and removed wasp nests. I'm usually one to try everything before calling in the big dogs. Learn from me call and make an appointment as soon as you see a problem. Highly recommended!! read more

So we had a mouse problem and felt it was outside of the average homeowner problem. We had one company to come out and treat the problem. That guy put some poison out and called it a day. Needless to say we still had a problem. After another quick yelp search I discovered Midwest. Reading the reviews everyone loved Gio and how he SOLVES the problem. The initial appointment expect to give some time because this guy is going to check your house top to bottom. Then he comes back for the free follow up appointment in two weeks. I just finished with him and we checked traps and bait stations. This guy is a pro! He trapped 7-8 mice between the attic and basement. Checked every station and identified where they were eating the poison. Also on the initial visit he sealed up three openings where he saw they were getting in. I will call him back in 3-4 weeks to recheck the bait stations and ensure the problem is solved not just treated. So if you want to keep harboring these little things give your money to someone else. If you want to rid yourself of them give Midwest a call sleep easy! read more

I called about a wasp nest problem. Jhovany returned my call and arrived a few hours later as agreed. He removed a rather large wasp nest attached to the soffit of the house. I have no idea how long it had been there. The next day several of the wasps returned and took a liking to my ADT camera housing. I called Midwest, as promised if the wasp returned within thirty days so would they. While we were out Jhovany returned and took care of the situation. Well done! read more

Did an amazing job for one of my tenants, sealed all holes for mice getting in. Very professional, fairly priced, same day service. I will recommend him to everyone I know!! read more

My husband requested a quote on Yelp for a pest control company to come treat our 2 bedroom condo unit due to seeing several cockroaches per week in our kitchen and in our bathroom. My HOA has an exterminator coming in every 2 weeks, but their guy wouldn't spray anything or do anything preventative -- all he did was put up sticky traps and gel bait and tell me not to use the store bought repellents. I'm glad we decided to go with Gio at Midwest Pest Solutions, he is honest and reliable, and he had several solutions in his treatment plan and treated every room even in ones where we haven't seen any activity because preventative is important. He used sticky traps, spray, gel bait, and he even sealed some of the cracks that he found which I can appreciate. Ever since he came for the initial treatment, I've seen a dramatic improvement. Now, I see one occasionally, and today for our follow up, he made me aware that my neighbor across the hall had two dead roaches by her door. I can see that my unit isn't the issue, but more so my neighbors because the units are connected. I highly recommend Midwest Pest Solutions to anyone who needs pest control services in the area. read more

We are very happy! After days of trying to eradicate our home bee problem by ourselves, Midwest came in and took care of it with one treatment! The technician took extra time waiting for sundown to maximize effectiveness. read more

We are so happy we called them! They called to inform us they were running behind which we really appreciated and when they did arrive- they were very professional and able to inform us of why we had a mice problem. Put my mind at ease and informed us on how we can alleviate issues next winter as well! Highly recommend due to their courtesy, quick response to schedule an appointment, and efficient work. Thanks again guys!! read more

Highly recommend. Came out and provided a lot of answers and gave actual solutions, foamed, set traps, made sure they were safe for our 3 young kids. In the past we had a company that gave an estimate on the 1st visit and then wanted to schedule another a week later, we wanted help right away. Very professional, not salesy, big fan. read more

As a home seller, I used Midwest Pest Solutions when my buyer needed to have an termite inspection as part of their loan. I was able to get in touch with someone quickly and schedule an appointment within 48-hours. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate me sooner and came out the next day. I would recommend them and use them again if the need ever arose. read more

Used Midwest Pest Solutions twice ( last year and this year) for the tiny black ants that appear in the spring. Before I used them I tried everything to get rid of the little ants and nothing worked. One week after my appointment with MPS they were gone for good! This spring I didn't wait and called right when they appeared. Again, perfect results. The service included spraying inside and outside of our house perimeter and placing bait traps around the house in areas where my pets could not reach but the ants would. I appreciate that care was taken for my pets' safety. MPS is very courteous, efficient, and also affordable. Even with covid-19, Gio came in with mask, gloves and slippers over the shoes, and followed social distancing. Gio is very professional and knows what he is doing. Definitely recommend, especially for those little black ants. read more

They are amazing. We had a bee and spider issue and they promptly took care of it. I would highly recommend.

I've worked with Midwest Pest Solutions and their technician (Gio) twice now and I highly recommend! Gio is professional and knowledgeable. We were dealing with a mice issue at our building and Gio came out to seal up cracks, point out areas of entry and place traps around to prevent any further pest. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Gio and Midwest Pest Solutions again! read more

I was looking for someone to get rid of the rat and mice problem in my basement and 1st floor of my building. The company replies fast, has fair prices, and gave me quick appointment. The technician was very nice and pleasant. He explained everything he was doing and showed me the items I needed to take care of that their company did not provide. He showed where the rats were coming in and he did what was necessary to get rid of them. read more

Our lawn was infested with moles.....the damage was too much to be the work of just one mole. We contacted Midwest Pest Control based on their reviews and nearby location. They gave us quick service and returned for several days to make sure their mole removal solution was working. Very satisfied with the company, and their service person Jhovany Gaytan. He was very knowledgeable and communicative. read more

Gio is and Midwest Pest Solutions are awesome. If you have any pest concerns call them for assistance. Gio is very professional, knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure everything is done correctly. He helped us with two separate issues and both times we were very pleased. These guys are awesome, I had a serious bedbug problem, and they came and steamed everything. They had to come back a few times because it was so bad, but they came free of charge, and worked around my schedule. The owner is very friendly and will tell you exactly what you need to do to avoid the bedbugs from coming back. I also had an ant problem, and he laid bait, without an extra charge. read more

Midwest is like having family that happens to deal in pest control. My home was attacked in a 24 hour period following some heavy rains by baby spiders (egg hatched), ants, a new wasp nest, and drain flies. Diana at Midwest responded to my cry for help at midnight. Gio was out first thing in the morning and worked all three levels, out side and the garage. He came back 3 days later and surveyed and retreated the necessary areas. Then I sent him to my moms and she feels like she has a new son. His levels of professionalism, kindness, caring and concern were more than I could have paid for. He is my entire families "Bug Man". Thank you so very much. read more
