Recently we had a new service person come, Dietrich, who was excellent compared to the previous guy. Dietrich was very thorough, checked every thing, every trap, sprayed everywhere, and took photos. He was there a decent amount of time to do it right. Some of the others had just gone through the restaurant quickly just hitting here and there. Hopefully, we can have hime service us long term or if we have to have a replacement, they are also just as thorough.

I've seen much better customer service and resolution of pest problems with Terminix in the Chicago area. I warn you...I DO NOT recommend using this company and urge you not to pay the initiation fee as they will not refund it even if their team does not control or fix your pest issue.

He even went out of his way to send me video of his findings, treated the area, then even called to see how things were going to make sure the problem was still under control.
