And so began the work to get it out. A trap was set on a Thursday morning and by Monday morning the raccoon was trapped. Every morning someone came out to look at the trap to see if anything had been trapped. After the raccoon was trapped, another trap was placed to stay up there for a few days to make sure there is only one. Thanks Harries! Before he began anything he explained the process and answered all my questions.

Recently we had a new service person come, Dietrich, who was excellent compared to the previous guy. Dietrich was very thorough, checked every thing, every trap, sprayed everywhere, and took photos. He was there a decent amount of time to do it right. Some of the others had just gone through the restaurant quickly just hitting here and there. Hopefully, we can have hime service us long term or if we have to have a replacement, they are also just as thorough.

I've seen much better customer service and resolution of pest problems with Terminix in the Chicago area.
