I just bought a house in Valparaiso, IN. I scheduled within a weeks notice and got the date I was requesting seeing I have a pretty busy work schedule. I contacted them from their website off of Google and I guess my phone number didn't go in right so when I called it was after their normal business hours. Their after hours receptionist took all my info and I received a call back the next day. I reexplained my needs and concerns and got scheduled. The tech that came out was on time and I walked him through everything and everything I needed. He was great and fast! Had a great attitude even with the humidity and the heat today. I signed up for the monthly service which was very reasonable. It was hard to swallow the 457.00 I was charged but I understand the reasoning. He even sprayed around my trees where the carpenter ants lived. Gave me advice about cutting the trees down around my house and what to do to prevent them from invading my house. They assure me my account is closed but keep having to call again and again because I keep getting new bills. For some reason, they cannot get billing right.

The girl at the office answered the phone very nice but then had poor customer service skills. She told me she couldn't get a hold of the technician so she couldn't give me an answer as to the time.
