I explained that I had called my landlord at 5am (it's almost 7:30 now), and texted him to say there's a bat in my apartment, and I haven't heard back yet but I need it removed. He said it would be $120 whether they found the bat or not and I said that seems ridiculous and he said it's up to me. So I asked, "So I could be out $120 and still have a bat flying around my apartment tonight??" He said, "Well you can try calling somebody else, I mean why should I even bother." I said, "Wooow.." and he hung up. I would not call them again and I would never recommend someone who would be so rude!!

Connor has been my go-to wildlife specialist for several years now, and I can say without…read morehesitation that he is one of the most reliable and trustworthy professionals I've worked with. I live in a wooded neighborhood where wildlife is constant and persistent--squirrels, raccoons, bats, and even groundhogs have all tried to make their way into or around my home over the years. Each situation required a thoughtful, knowledgeable approach, and every time Connor has shown up promptly, assessed the issue correctly, and put together a clear, effective plan. What really sets him apart is how carefully he thinks through not just removal, but long-term prevention. His goal is not a temporary fix--he focuses on protecting my home for the long term, often thinking 10-20 years ahead. That level of foresight has made a huge difference and has saved me both money and stress. He doesn't overcomplicate things or create unnecessary repeat visits. He does the work the right way the first time. Beyond his expertise, he is simply easy to work with. He communicates clearly, follows through, and handles things without drama. At this point, I trust him implicitly, which is not something I say lightly after managing a large and complex home project. I continue to call Connor because every experience reinforces that I'm in good hands. I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with wildlife or attic-related issues.
