I took off of work to make the appointment and they canceled the appointment without warning. Then yesterday I got notification that they were coming today in the a.m. so I took off work again. There was no timeframe associated with the "morning" appointment. I contacted my usual technician via text message and he stated he didn't know when he was getting here and couldn't give me a time at all. I called the office. The girl at the office answered the phone very nice but then had poor customer service skills. She told me she couldn't get a hold of the technician so she couldn't give me an answer as to the time. Here I sit waiting for them for my "morning"appointment. It's 10 am.

Connor has been my go-to wildlife specialist for several years now, and I can say without…read morehesitation that he is one of the most reliable and trustworthy professionals I've worked with. I live in a wooded neighborhood where wildlife is constant and persistent--squirrels, raccoons, bats, and even groundhogs have all tried to make their way into or around my home over the years. Each situation required a thoughtful, knowledgeable approach, and every time Connor has shown up promptly, assessed the issue correctly, and put together a clear, effective plan. What really sets him apart is how carefully he thinks through not just removal, but long-term prevention. His goal is not a temporary fix--he focuses on protecting my home for the long term, often thinking 10-20 years ahead. That level of foresight has made a huge difference and has saved me both money and stress. He doesn't overcomplicate things or create unnecessary repeat visits. He does the work the right way the first time. Beyond his expertise, he is simply easy to work with. He communicates clearly, follows through, and handles things without drama. At this point, I trust him implicitly, which is not something I say lightly after managing a large and complex home project. I continue to call Connor because every experience reinforces that I'm in good hands. I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with wildlife or attic-related issues.
