Just laid a few glue traps. We had even agreed to pay a higher fee since they were coming on a weekend. I thought that when they came back in 10 days for an inspection that they might offer some more advice. Guess what? They never came back. To add insult to injury they then sent me an email weeks later saying my bill was past due. I had given them my cc number to charge, but for some reason it didn't go through. They said they had called me about this, but I never received a call or voicemail. This was also the first email that I'd received about it. I was told to call and give them a new number but they never accounted for the fact that half of the services agreed to in the contract weren't provided. I still have rodent activity. I was at the property for the entire window and about 11:30am called the scheduler as I hadn't heard anything. She indicated she can't get a hold of the technician but my property was next on his gps/job list. I then called back at 12:45 pm and was told it was taking longer at the previous job than anticipated so the technician wouldn't be available for another hour and a half - at the property approx 2:30pm. I had requested a review of the quote since the scheduled time was so off and was offered $25 dollars off (less than 10% of the quote). Jobs and projects take longer than anticipated all the time but it's not the responsibility of the customer to reach out when things are running behind.

I am over the top pleased with the service we received from Accountable Pest Solutions. My husband…read moreand I purchased a home in a wooded area last summer and were not prepared for the critters that invade our space. One of the first times my husband trimmed, he disturbed an inground nest of bees and was stung 9 times. He had an allergic reaction so we wanted to be sure the problem was resolved completely. We called the owner and he came out quickly and after his treatment we have seen no sign of them. He took care of a wasps nest on our house as well at the same visit. Since we were so pleased with that experience he was the one we contacted when we started getting carpenter ants {winged and unwinged} in our basement. He went above and beyond getting rid of the ants and going under our deck to make sure any place they could get in would be sealed. We are in our sixties and because of so many horrible experiences with contracting companies for different services in the last decade of our lives we began dreading having to call anyone for anything. Nick has been delightful and we will not hesitate to call him again. He is honest, fantastic at his job and more than fair in his pricing.

He went into further details and compared with what other estimates I had received. He expanded upon what He would do In Comparison to the lesser estimates. The estimate came in way over our budget; however David assured us that the work would be high quality, and that he wanted to take pictures of the finished work to show future clients. We decided to go with him. David and his assistant finished up in mid January2024. The work was not quality at all, David really dropped the ball with this job. We definitely would not refer David McMaster's for any work. The areas that are sub-par at best are the new doors, new glass block window, hard wood flooring, and all of the paint work. We also had complaints from the tenants about the big mess that was made and not cleaned up, transporting debris from the unit to the garbage cans. If considering hiring this company, please ask David about the Exchange St, remodel. We are still waiting on him to return the keys.
