We called Blake out again to which he set more traps, identified entry points around the outside of the house, and sealed everything up. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. He showed us what he was doing and why. I personally love when I learn the "why". After sealing up the house, he came back 2 weeks later to check on the traps and see how things were going. Their service comes with a solid warranty and any new critters we encounter, just give them a call and they'll come out to check, diagnose, and fix. It's not the cheapest to get your house sealed up, but worth it with the extra home visits and warranty. Highly recommend!

And so began the work to get it out. A trap was set on a Thursday morning and by Monday morning the raccoon was trapped. Every morning someone came out to look at the trap to see if anything had been trapped. After the raccoon was trapped, another trap was placed to stay up there for a few days to make sure there is only one. Thanks Harries! Before he began anything he explained the process and answered all my questions.

The technician took the time to show me exactly where the issue was coming from, added protective mesh to block the entry point, and explained everything in a way that made me feel confident and safe. Although they are a bit higher priced than other companies I feel if I'm paying for service and they don't perform it then a little more for good service is worth it. Initial service includes a home inspection which I declined but I did have an issue with ants. They addressed that inside and treated outside. 3 weeks later happy to report no sign of these invasive buggers. I prefer that the exterior treatment be aggressive to keep things out.
