We came here in the morning for breakfast. There was plenty of parking. I just didn't like that they don't have an entrance to go in from. You kind have to go around to get in. The parking lot and store are spotless. The people are friendly. The cashier was new but she asked her co worker when she needed help. It didn't take long to get our food. Food was nice and hot. If you are anywhere near Montclair, this location is an extremely good alternative. Not all Tommy's are the same and the best staff is at this Montclair location. Yummy! It's been awhile since I've had Tommy's. Went through the drive through very quick and my order was done and given to me thoroughly and quickly. I was very pleased to see that now the chili cheese fries are actually in a boxed container rather than wrapped in the yellow paper. By the time I got home this actually kept my fries nice and crisp and the cheese on the fries and not stuck onto the paper. We ordered the chili cheese burger combo with chili cheese fries and two regular fries. It's been about a year since we've eaten at Tommy's and they haven't disappointed or let our taste buds down. I was also greeted by their district manager who asked me about a joke he heard, and wanted to be sure I had a great experience and shar3d an item that I had never tried from the menu that he assured me would make my wife who prefers another popular SoCal burger joint a Tommy's fan.
