Not a single ounce of organizational skills between the three. After 1 hour they ran out of room in the storage unit. My wife and I had to reorganize the unit to get everything to fit. They worked one hour. Billed me for a 2 hour minimum and had the nerve to ask for a tip.

They wrapped everything that could possibly be damaged and took extra pains with the boxes with my dishware and breakables. When I unpacked, there was NO DAMAGE to anything. This is the first time (in over 15 moves) that I can say that. Although my move was just across the state (and they generally do much bigger moves than mine), they fit me into their schedule on less than two weeks notice which saved me. They charged a very fair price for their services and the final amount and the estimate given were virtually identical. The move occurred in a howling snow storm and the destination required some gnarly driving conditions, but Jason and his team actually showed up a little early on pickup and delivery. If you are in central Oregon and want to support a local business that takes real pride in service, call Jason. He may take a little while to get back to you because he is on a job but you won't wait long and you will be in the very best of hands.

We scheduled the date and time for the work, agreed on the contract price, and Kellen showed up as scheduled and prepared to do the work of moving a couple of chairs from our house here to the house in Bend, placing them in the great room there and moving the existing oversized chairs down a steep stairway to daylight basement storage. Kellen is delightful to work with and did a careful and professional job. I'll add in that my husband was astounded that for the oversized chairs in the Bend house, Kellen could carry them unassisted down the steep cement staircase to the basement without even a wobble. The boxes stack easily, protect my belongings and it made it so easy for me to keep track of my stuff. The rolling cart made it so easy for me to load many boxes in one trip! They did everything they said they would do, got the stuff here with breaking anything and were just a pleasure to work with. Calm, cool, collected and very, very professional. The main guy arrived late and the new guy stood around not knowing what to do. The one guy was new, so I get that he did not know what to do, however, the other guy said that he has been with the company for a while. However, we did not know that they would take twice as long and that this would be a training session. We offered to help to make things go faster, however, he said that he did not want us in his way. Very disrespectful. I had antique furniture and explained that to them but the one guy who had been with the company longer, dismissed me and while I am standing right there, he tells the "newbie" to ignore what the customer says and that you just need to pack the truck. When they finally got done, they charged up an extra $450 for the "overage" of time. I told him that was not our fault that you were taking longer because you had to train someone. However, he did not care and told them (the office) to charge our card. We also kept telling them that they needed to hurry up as the other crew that is unloading will be waiting. Well when we finally got going and the other crew was waiting for us so that they could unload, we found several things damaged. I had a box that said "Fragile" was shoved into spots that it should not have been. Precious items that I have had for over 20 years, broken and destroyed. Items that were my late mothers, gone and I can't replace those memories. So, it did not matter if it says fragile. Our kitchen table scrapped/scratched and chunks of it gone. I am not sure what they were doing, but we had to be a new table as this one was destroyed. Even though this crew was better and more respectful, when they were moving things into the home, they hit the walls and put gauges in the wall. So, now we had to repair the wall. They also allowed us to help unload the truck too. My antique furniture broken and can't be repaired, fragile items crushed and irreplaceable. So many items are broken due to the carelessness and disregard. I am devastated! We reached out to the owner and nothing. So, do not ever use this company!!!
