When the cleaner arrived, an hour after the service was confirmed for, I walked them through the apartment pointing out the areas I wanted them to focus on - inside of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, windows, bathroom including inside of the shower, etc. 3 hours later I returned to only clean floors. I had to clean everything myself. No one from the company followed up on the service. Not worth it, even considering the competitive pricing.

I have never had a better experience with a cleaning service than we did with Sparkle Clean Team…read more The person who came to clean our apartment was punctual, professional, and worked FAST. She did more in 3 hours than other services have done in 4 or 6, and it was the most thorough clean we've ever gotten: She moved furniture to clear debris and mop/vacuum, every crevice of the inside of the microwave was spotless, the grout in our bathroom is sparkling white again, and she took out the trash and recycling when she was done. These are things you might expect from a cleaning service, but let me tell you, it's rare to find someone who does it ALL thoroughly. The price is also better than you'll get with a service like Handy, for example (and someone from Handy stole all our silverware, so we never used Handy again.)

This is my first negative review on yelp. I would not recommend Sea Green Cleaning for any…read moreservices. They are unprofessional, making numerous excuses. The owner Hazel does not take accountability and communicates in an aggressive tone. I have had two cleaning sessions with them so far both the times the cleaner arrived 40-70 mins late. The cleaner herself was nice but was having an argument with Hazel in Spanish. She arrived to my house with no cleaning supplies which only after six phone calls and back-and-forth somebody came with cleaning supplies. As a courtesy they gave me off discount. I even told her as a courtesy if you do not return my money which I gave for the third cleaning for a patio I will have to write this negative review because Im not one to write bad reviews as I understand the impact on a business. I definitely would recommend staying away from this business. They took my money for patio cleaning which they never did, kept saying they can't return it because it's the Fourth of July weekend, even though the payment was made via Venmo. For this patio cleaning I waited for one week and readjusted my time schedule 4 times. I have given them numerous chances and they said the delay is caused by my building asking for COI. I unfortunately had to move out which I had communicated that my lease is ending. Yeah I would give one star it's only because I feel bad for the workers who seem nice and pleasant natured that I am giving an extra star.

Cleaning staff (just one for my tiny apt) arrived on time and took about 2.5 hours to clean. Very detailed and overall thorough job. The apt is tiny and I can certainly do the upkeep, but a professional cleaning is nice to have as well every once in awhile. Highly recommended!

"The nerds do good"…read more I had two nerds come to my place last week to clean -- a few cleaning: Actually they weren't nerds but attractive Eastern European women. They did a very fine job cleaning -- super efficient, went pretty detailed into everything, especially the kitchen, hard working and then finished in about 3 hours. Well worth what I paid. I liked they gave a first time customer discount. I will be using them again!

I paid for a package and did not receive the services that I paid for -- they knew that they couldn't handle the job and said nothing. I purchased the Move-Out package (empty apartment) and added inside oven cleaning (additional fee) the job was done poorly without a follow up that they couldn't fulfill most of the work. The cleaner left all my lights and doors unlocked after cleaning which clearly shows a lack of care of my home. When I asked them to rectify the issues that I raised, I was told that my cabinets were unreachable which is why they were not cleaned (see attached photo of my cabinets located in a BASEMENT where the height is beyond reachable). Also, why not tell your client ahead of time or ask for a step stool? They said that the photos of my bathroom was not the bathroom that their professional cleaned (WOW)... so now they are experiencing loss of memory. Also, you are now accusing your customer of lying (photos don't lie especially when it's time stamped). Basic toilet cleaning was not done. Overall, this company is a waist of time and money. I would of respected honesty instead they deflected with poor excuses.

I agreed and cancelled the other company, they came, rushed through everything and left in 1.5 hours. Floors were not washed, Coulter tips were not sprayed down and wiped, I'm small dried out mean from my sons early breakfast was still there!!!!! All they did is vacuumed and neaten up a bit Folded a Few things they saw laying around like some clothes that I had on floor or bed and when I mean a few I mean like at most 10-15 items. I asked that my sons bed sheets be changed they did not change mine nor my sons. They took my sons few toys and put them nicely in same place where they were just were not nicely put they put his little cars in a row on the floor and any throws on couch were folded, honestly I have no idea what they actually cleaned, nothing was wiped or Scrubbed or washed, only vacuumed and not that well. Then they leave 1.5 hours and I ask them why the rush. They said they have to go. After all that they keep telling me they want me to pay. A company should not ask to pay for this type of cleaning, how embarrassing that they even asked me to pay what I think it's worth. When I have to clean and wash floors after maid I do not feel I should pay. But yeah I paid half of what they were trying To charge anyway. This company doesn't have a website nor a location says they are permanently closed. Very fishy and unprofessional.
