Breakfast quesadilla with sour cream and salsa.

Hostess was friendly, our waitress...not so much. Ample seating; booth and tables. We arrived during the lunch hour on a weekday so it wasn't busy; we got seated right away. Ordered a breakfast quesadilla. Way too much salsa in the quesadilla that you couldn't taste the bacon or eggs. No need to have extra salsa on the side. I wouldn't order that again. My husband's cheeseburger came out as requested; medium. No complaints from his side of the table. The quality of food and the not so delightful-ness of our waitress, there's no need to go back.

We had breakfast on a Sunday morning so it was a bit busy, but we were seated quickly. Our waitress was friendly and stopped by a few times to make sure we were good. My husband had the buffet which was ok. He didn't love the cream filled donut (obviously, some may love them). I had eggs Benedict which came with potatoes which I changed to fruit cup. I also got hot chocolate and a donut included in the $13 price...that's a good deal. I liked the eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was plentiful, but it wasn't the best sauce I ever had. Just ok. I liked Oregon Dairy and will definitely come back again-I will order their based oatmeal next time. That is a 5 out of 5, IMO.

Stopped here because we learned there was a buffet. Both good and service was average. The food would have been better if the temperature on the hot buffet line was dialed back a bit. The high temperature dried out all of the food leaving it over cooked, dried out, and having a hard texture- including items like stuffing and macaroni and cheese. The hot food was a bit disappointing as a result. The high temperatures also heated up the plastic serving utensils so much that they were hot to the touch. The salad bar greens were fresh and crisp. Some items were depleted and not refilled quickly. The desserts were delicious and flavorful. I wish the healthier food options has as much effort placed into it as the ice cream and other desserts. Pricing is somewhat reasonable, but again we were a bit disappointed with the quality of the entree and hot bar so it would have been more acceptable if we could have enjoyed it a bit more. The bathrooms were well stocked, but less than what I expected clean wise. I was also surprised by an older man walking right into the woman's room. I blocked him from entering further and directed him across the way to the men's room. Perhaps more prominent signage of Women and Men would have helped him prevent such an embarrassing encounter.

What could be better then fresh ice cream on a hot humid day?! Huge selection of flavors to choose from with over 30 flavors available. Pricing is decent for the amount you get. While there, you can't pass up the goats either!! Next to the ice cream shoppe is a restaurant and beside that is a grocery store. So you can easily spend a good bit of time here.

Service was horrible. Waitress seemed to flip like a switch and was suddenly nasty. It was my husband, me and my 3 year old. Just order plain food and nothing crazy nor special requests. The French toast was disgusting but I didn't even mention anything. She was already a B****. I got the check and was just going to give her a horrible tip. But then the cashier tried charging me a different amount. (Tax was included and I was paying cash so not affected by the credit pay surcharge.) Tip was not included. My total was 30.17, gave her a $50 and she tried to give me 17 and change back. I pointed out the error and she was instantly a bitch too. I work in the food service Industry and these girls deserve shit tips and I hope they can't make ends meet. Oregon restaurant and the grocery store are now on my boycott list. Too bad. Used to love this place.

My wife got their regular burger and it was cooked to her liking. Eventhough it was not cooked how I prefer, it still tasted good! The fries tasted very very good! I love a shoestring fry! Unfortunately, they charge an extra 6 dollars to upgrade from chips to fries with their burger. The mozzarella sticks were out of this world. This was a very good bang for your buck. Homemade and handbreaded, they were massive. You get two for 8 dollars. The prices here are very high. To put it in perspective, if you go here and get two burgers, upgrade to fries for both burgers, and get two waters, your bill is going to be $48 dollars plus tax.... The decor and scenery in here is incredible! It looks awesome. The seating is very limited. Make sure you get a reservation ahead of time. I get the tuna melt every single time, and listen... their tuna is unreal. Perfectly seasoned, not too mayo-heavy, toasted just right it's basically my emotional support lunch at this point. I also never skip the seasonal drink special. Today's was the apple chai-der and it was so cozy and delicious. Their drink specials always feel like you're sipping the current season through a mug. Zig's also has an entire cooler/freezer wall packed with soups, applesauce, and grab-and-go meals. My all-time favorite soup is the Tomato Pepper Jack absolutely phenomenal. If you see it, grab two. Trust me. The bakery case? Dangerous. Cupcakes, pies, whoopie pies, parfaits... it's basically dessert heaven behind glass. And then there's my holy grail: the Buffalo Cauliflower. It's a rare find, and when I spot it I buy it in full apocalypse-prep quantities. No regrets. Between the rustic vibe, great coffee, incredible baked goods, and comfort-food lunches, Zig's is one of those places you keep coming back to because it just feels good and tastes even better. It's definitely a cute place - smallish, but with lots of character and good food. They have a no nonsense espresso machine and they made me an upside-down dry cappuccino without any hesitation. If I lived in Ephrata I could see this becoming my main go-to for my cappuccinos. Service was friendly but a little slow. It could be our timing was bad, and to their credit the cook warned us that our order (we split one burger) would take 30 or more minutes. That seemed excessive to us but who knows, maybe they just received 10 DoorDash orders right before we arrived. Times like this really separate the good from the great restaurants. Great service would have been to not only apologize, but to also offer us a free espresso drink or an appetizer or a dessert to hold us over. Instead we had to ask for water two or three times. Over all, our experience was enjoyable, but they should consider hiring one or two more crew members.

The restaurant is large with lots of seating and not on top of other tables. Service was friendly and our food arrived promptly.  The robo-service was a cute and quite a functional addition to the dining experience. It brought entrees/meals to the assigned table and the server followed to serve the food. This was efficient because our meal came out and another server was able to grab the items off the robo-server and give them to our table.  The food was very good and portion sizes were equal to the price. We sampled the egg white veggie omelet with toast and homefries, which was cooked perfectly. The home fries were spot on! The eggs benedict were cooked just right and very tasty. We also enjoyed the pancakes and sausage. Very good consistency and flavorful.  A bonus that there was a carafe of syrup on the table instead of the little packets or small bottles.  Overall a great breakfast spot.  We will try their lunch menu in the future.

The hash browns could've been cooked more to my liking and it seemed like the portion was less. Overall, my first time here was better than this time but at least I know they are open on holidays and I can get a quick meal.

Came here on a Monday just after 10:30am and they honored our breakfast order. The lunch menu starts promptly at 11am so this was really nice of them. The place is so cute! It's got a country/hipster vibe. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a bar! :) My one issue with breakfast was that I asked for butter and was given butter packets. We came here thinking we were having fresh Amish butter, nope! - What a disappointment! Ugh. The reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars is because of the weird smell. Walking in I thought maybe we walked in right after a gassy person but as we walked through the restaurant to the back the smell was still consistent. We got to the table and the smell seemed to go away or at least we got used to it. At one point I had to use the bathroom and while walking around to find it, the smell hit me first. I was able to smell my way there. Once walking out I was sick. My husband also had to use the e bathroom but the smell was too strong for him so we went stopped elsewhere. The place has a smell that's a mixture of plug-ins and poop. It's the weirdest thing. I'm not sure if they were having sewer issues today or what happened. It seemed like they were definitely aware of the issue because the smell of several plug-ins or air fresheners was obvious. I'd like to give this place another try since the ambiance, food, and staff were all great but the odor is a dealbreaker for me. I guess I'd have to go back & see if this issue gets resolved, if not, I would not stay a second time.

Place was hopping, smelled great, staff greeted us as we arrived in 3 groups a few minutes apart. The room we supposed to dine in had patrons who were obviously finished eating but busy chatting. At 8;05 we were taken into the connected Wilbur Hotel & seated in a stale conference room. This was almost a deal breaker & we were ready to leave & go someplace else until Daniel arrived to save the evening. His enthusiasm & quick wit was welcomed & we proceeded to order close to $2000 worth of food & drink. This was a company feed paid for by the boss. Shortly after, drinks arrived & were kept full for the next 2 hours. Some mains arrived before some of the sides & that was not a problem at all because EVERYTHING was excellent! The Curry Coconut soup, charred avocado, sautéed mushrooms, Ethiopian carrots & everything else was perfectly cooked & plated. For whatever ambiance the room lacked & the late seating, it was more than made up for by the quality of ingredients & cooking. The added bonus to seating in a private room was that we were able to banter wildly & behave like the rough & tumble touring road crew veterans that we all were. Daniel really saved the day & I can't wait for the opportunity to eat here again despite the minor setbacks at the start. Not a single bite of food was left on a plate except for steak bones. The cheesecake was especially good being lighter & fluffier than most with a delicate yet complex flavor. All of the staff we encountered were extremely attentive, professional & polite. I believe the name has been changed to KōLE Chophouse as of the weekend I dined there.
