We got there and waited 2 minutes for someone to bring me and my friend back. Pleased with the wait time, we were led to 2 seats in the back. I used the restroom before hand and it was very clean. I went to my seat and sat down the water was hot, but, not super hot to which it burned my skin. Shortly after I picked my gel polish, showed my inspiration picture and she started. The lady knicked my toe and kept picking at the cuticles around it, causing discomfort. I then saw a roach near the nail artists kits and seats. 10-15 min later after a very very mild massage, I saw another one, climb underneath the gel light they had as the artist put it down on the floor. (I thought they weren't supposed to do that because of health code violations) When I got up to put my shoes on, my feet were slightly wet and I ended up leaving brown marks on the tile. Which obviously weren't due to my feet(cuz they were just in clean water for 30 minutes) but due to the dirty floor. I tipped well, I hope the lady is well off but I will not be revisiting. Very disappointing. The work was good, just felt rushed and improper, and kinda dirty. TBF I wish I could get at least half of my money back, but I don't want to walk in and demand my cash back and be rude:/

Coming to see Beth for my pedicures is like visiting a good friend, but with all the benefits of personalized, knowledgable nail care in an ultra-clean environment. It is more expensive? Yes, of course. But it is absolutely worth the additional cost to have a private appointment with someone who actually knows what they are doing. You will be very pleased with the experience.

At the top of the list was Gelax Nails so I called and booked a same day appointment. Jenifer did a beautiful job... I got a dip manicure in a lovely nude shade. She was gentle, removing the old dip polish, soaking it off with minimal sanding. She shaped my nails beautifully and applied the color perfectly. I'm super picky about my dip, manicures, and my litmus test is whether or not they have a smooth cuticle transition or not... And Jennifer did a fantastic job! I arrived first to the…read morenail shop. for a pedicure and brow wax. shortly after two other customers arrived. when my toes were finished the woman let me know I would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get my brows done while she did a full set on someone's nails. I got there first and brows take five minutes. She should have quickly done my eyebrows and sent me on my way instead. Had me sitting there for 30 plus minutes until I decided to just leave. Not to mention she charged me $60 just for my toes not sure that this was worth $60 but OK.
