Daniel was my nail technician and he did a great job on both pedicure and manicure. My nails (and cuticles) grow really quickly and I really like that he took the extra time to make sure my cuticles were cleaned up, too . read more

I have been going to orchid nails for several years now and I have never posted on Yelp until now. I just wanna let people know that this facility is very nice. clean staff is absolutely wonderful and you'll never go wrong. They're pricing is well matched for the area and you can always get a great set of nails and or a pedicure from this facility. You can also grab a glass of wine to relax, and the conversation is always lively. Please make sure to give this place a try, you will not be disappointed. read more

First time here and we had a great experience! Gel manicures and pedicures really lasted (day 9 already and no chipping). My friend and I brought our 3 daughters and this place does a kids mani/pedi for $35... best value I've found anywhere in the LKN area. I will be a repeat client here for sure! The one small complaint I had was that my pedicure water was cold. I'm sure that's an easy fix for next time. From what I gathered this is a walk-in salon for the most part, so show up and get a great service! Pro tip: head to one of Langtree's local restaurants after for lunch or dinner. My favorite at the moment is Hello Me Vietnamese kitchen just a few doors down from Orchid nails. Check in on Yelp for a 15% discount on your restaurant bill. read more

Dee Dee was wonderful! excellent customer service and very happy with how my nails turned out.

Kimberly was amazing. Attention to all details including proper preparation of my nail beds. I did not realize what my previous salon had done wrong until I came to Orchid Nails today. I fell like I could be in a hand advertisement. read more

I visited Orchid for the first time, today, and had a wonderful experience! I had a basic manicure (no polish), and a basic pedicure with polish. Joy was my nail technician, she was pleasant, gentle, professional, and expedient. I also had my eyebrows "cleaned-up" by a nice lady (whose name I forgot to ask), but she was also very pleasant, conversational, and professional. The establishment is clean, modern, crisp, inviting, and the prices are very reasonable. I arrived at 9:45, was out by 10:45 (for what I had done). I will definitely be going back, as it was one of the best experiences I have had in the area, thus far. read more

Second chance I've given them. So disappointed to get a manicure the day before vacation to have it chip THAT very night. Continued to chip until i just took the polish off. This is not my go to nail salon but closest to where I work. Won't be going back They are very nice and it is a very clean salon, I'll give them that! read more

I've been going here for about 6 moths, but Service has recently fallen off a cliff! They rush appointments and no longer pay attention to detail. My last 2 appointments, I left with uneven manicure and pedicure. When I asked the technician to make the manicure more presentable, I was met with a passive aggressive attitude. Disappointed! read more

This place is under new management and re opened! So nice inside, I'm talking brand new everything. Looks like a fancy spa. They were super nice and did a really good job. Prices are higher but I know it's because they do a good job and take their time compared to normal fast nail places. I do wish they would post their prices somewhere when you walk in so I knew before hand. Maybe they are working on getting that posted. Deff will be back! I do believe the other reviews are from when it was ran by different management. Give it a try! read more

I needed a mani/pedi and had a very busy week so decided to try this salon as it was on my way home. I was assigned to a gal who was pleasant, but inexperienced in pedicures. My manicurist obviously knew what she was doing. After paying $95 for a gel mani/pedi, and then tipped them each so it came to $112, I was very disappointed when a week later my nail polish was peeling off!!! I have never in my life had gel polish peel off. I'm guessing they dilute their polish somehow. On a side note, The owner was not happy when I remarked how warm it was in the salon. She replied that "I always keep the temp at 72." Another client near me said she was warm too. The owner turned the temp down but kept commenting on it. read more

Very disappointed. I have been a customer for over two years. I know the protocol for making appts. I scheduled my appt over the phone for a pedicure and full set. I had to speak to 2 different individuals because the first employee did not know how to schedule appts. When I arrive for my appt. I was told that I could only get one service because she did not "hear" me say pedicure even though she repeated the services back to me. I am very disappointed in the customer service at this establishment. In the even that their is a miscommunication the business should attempt to make things right for the customer. I will not be going back to this nail salon. They should really consider using an online booking service so issues like these do not happen in the future. read more

Hrit did an amazing job on what turned out to be a lot more involved than just a fill. Orchid Nails - Love, love, and love my nails! So pretty!! - Day Spas Near Me - Mooresville, North Carolina

Love the new look of the salon!! The new management is truly amazing and their team is awesome! Definitely a place to visit again and again.

Orchid USE to be good. I use to go there all the time and they did pretty good. Now I go in and the staff is ruder, they don't cut my cuticles, don't even soak or do anything to my nails besides my acrylic set when I asked multiple times to please clean up my nails because they were bad from work. Also it's been four days and the thumbs chipped and they didn't paint the front of the nails. read more

Love getting my nails done here! Friendly staff and great service. A great place to relax while getting some me time

Orchid Nails is the best in Mooresville. They have the most talented nail professionals I have found in 30+ years of having my nails done. (My teenage daughter loves them too!) The salon is under new ownership, and they have done a beautiful job with the remodel. One of the many things I love about Orchid Nails is they do not take walk-ins, so appointments are not delayed due to walk-in traffic. Check them out and make an appointment, you will not be disappointed! read more

I've heard really good reviews about this place. It was super clean and the staff were nice! I went in to get acrylics with gel polish on top, it's been about a week and by the 3rd day it already looked as if I needed a fill and the sides of the nail you could see where the gel stopped and the acrylic started. The nails were filed down but a few of my fingers still had bumps and thickness read more

Dominate every time I'm there. Fabulous job!! I would recommend to anyone in the Mooresville area!

Love this place. I got SNS for the first time. It came it pretty good. I've gotten a lot of compliments.

Wonderful nail salon. Very clean and friendly service. Up to date nail polish and techniques. Love this place!

Went here with a friend for two pedicures. I didn't even get to put one of my feet in the water before they immediately stated cutting and filing my nails. Both me and my friend were finished in 15 minutes not including painting. For 45 dollars (25 for pedicure extra 20 for gel) it was the least relaxing but most expensive pedicure I've had in years. read more

I got a pedicure and SNS manicure. They were friendly enough and the salon was clean. I had an appt for 2 pm and started my pedi about 2:15 nbd on the wait. I was 100% done with pedicure and SNS mani by 3pm!!! That is how fast they rushed both services. The pedicure she barely touched my legs/feet. It was less than 60 seconds spent between the scrub and lotion. Then for the mani she only did 2 layers of powder(I've never had less than 3) and left it all over my cuticles.(see pic) She never put lotion on my hands, never cleaned up my cuticles, and left the check sitting next to me and walked away. I could understand it if was a salon lunch time service. This unfortunately was not. Not the worst place I've been to but I'll be expiring other nail salons in the area before coming back. read more
