Service is terrible and you're male strip off within a day or two, even with Shelac or Gel. For the amount of money that you pay it's not worth it. Also during couple of different visits the owner and one of the workers got in a heated discussion in Vietnamese which made me feel very uncomfortable. The woman that was working on me was not concentrating and throwing things around because of the discussion that she was having with the owner. I use to come here and they were pretty good only Cindy though...nobody else does a good job... the pedicures are not great either ...but lately I am very very disappointed she will make an appointment for you and make you wait sometimes for an hour... she tells you it will be a few minutes but that's not true..sometimes when she's doing your nails she'll stop and go do somebody's eyebrows. Her shop is spacious and clean which is always a good thing. Prices are excellent and she does the BEST pink & white nails. I went with my sister to get our pedicures done! Believe it or not the two ladies were rushing and it was super empty! They rushed the massage the cutting the cleaning and the nail polish! She finished everything in 15 minutes! Other places like nails unique they take their time and clean your feet. I'm never going here again!!! This place is a travesty Cindy is racist to black people. I went To get my nails done first timer and seen her state to 2 black women she didn't have. Time to do their nails. But every other race she said sure to. I had my feet done and tje did the worst job i ever seen .they put gooey lumped up polish on my toes from a dried out bottle of polish and they were french tips.but the tips were crooked and lumpy looking and raggedy. The owner did my nails and soon as i. Walked out 1 popped off and she argued up and down i broke it off . and would not give me a refund . for anything she snatched my finger and i had to let her know about herself. "0" in my book, but forced to give it "1" star to write this review. Omg, only place open on Easter and they absolutely ruined my nails. Cindy is the only one who can do a decent job, but she wasn't here today. I figured the staff would be ok if they are anything like her. Nooooooo. Glue all over my nails that she didn't bother to take off, my nails all different shapes/sizes and very clumpy. I told her I don't want much powder on them, I like them natural. I knew when the first huge lump of acrylic she put on my very first nail (that she didn't even buff out straight), I was not going to be satisfied. I should of walked out at that point. She was very rude to boot, when I pointed out how clumpy and uneven my nails were. I didnt say anything after the second time I menrioned it, just grit my teeth to hold my tongue, kept polite but could not wait to get the hell out of there. A kindergartener could do a better job! I went to Tina to get my nails done. She is rude and my nails lasted a whole week before I had to go to another shop and have them redone!!! Cindy said she is having a bad day, a bad day??? she works with customers so I don't want to hear anything about her bad day. If she would stop listening to all the other complaints going on in the shop she could have worked more sufficient and expeditiously. I also had my feet done, I forgot the name of the girl that did my feet but she does fills on big toes to thick. They all need a good dose of training in this shop. I will never go to this shop again. I've gone to Cindy and she talks about the shop she worked at done the street while doing a horrible job herself. I had my first experience with this shop yesterday, and dang do I regret it! First and foremost my nails hurt soon after the nail lady started and still hurt! There very tender. So the woman who gave me a new set of white tips, did not listen to me when I explained that the tips do not fit side to side on my fingers, she said it would be fine afterwords. That upset me, but I was like yah maybe... Anyways she moves on to filing the sides of my nails, and at some point she filed my nails down so low it was to the skin on my thumbs I jerked away from atleast 3 times and told her no! I then showed her the fresh cut she just gave me and she acted suprised, like she didn't know she just did it?! She later clipped some acrylic off, that she left on my skin and again cut open my skin. I was so upset and in pain, I'm not a baby by all means, who whines over petty stuff but this hurt my fingers and they were throbbing. She was so rough, and her having nails and digging into my skin with them, did not help the matter at all! It just made it a horrible experience! You would think with 2 cuts she would antiseptic on them? not! so yah, I will never, ever go back. My nails look bad, there wide on the bottoms sort of flat and just very thick uneven and bumpy. I told her they felt rough, and they were too thick but she again, found away around doing anything different. If there was less than 1 star to give up above, I would! Also, when i got into my car and looked down at my nails they had a yellow tone from there products they used, I was like really? there not even an hour old? Ugh!!!!! Never, again! Its so hard to find a "good" nail shop anywhere where you can trust you'll leave saticfied. Anyway, I been here to Orchrid Nails multiple time so i "thought" I had found the perfect place near my home to go to & also because I like how big the salon is & there's not really ever a long wait for them to assist you, but I thought wrong! The worst part is that I even brang my friends & sister-in-law here just because I loved this place. The last time I came in, was to get a full set only since I had already got a pedicure from the other time I came in. So right when I walked in I had to wait a bit probly 20mins so they can finish up the person ahead of me. Cindy was the one who began to do my full set but all the sudden the workers with-in themselves started to argue, ALL of them in their language which first of all I think is RUDE to do if your working in customer service! Anyway, the ENTIRE TIME I was getting my nails done, they still kept arguing about somthing & seemed like they didnt care that they had a full house & NOT ONE TIME did any of them interact with their customers, they were too bust YELLING at each other, I literally felt like just getting up & leaving while she filed away my nails! I WANTED TO TELL THEM SO BAD TO JUST SHUT UP, YOU ARE NOT AT HOME!!!! The most let down I had is that I've always wanted to have Cindy do my nails since she was the only one who really knew how to do the nails the best, but not this time. And WORST OF ALL, out of the blue of no where, I hear Cindy starting to sniffle & I looked at her she started to CRY! I was like WTF is going on!!! I had no words for her, I didnt even ask if she was ok or anything! & they kept on their aruging conversations. At the end when I was paying to leave, usually I like to give the ladies a nice tip for making my nails look & last long, but I didnt even give Cindy a cent!! WORST WORST WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is horrible. Cindy is the only okayish one but she got lazy. I went there for a year until i finally gave up, they suck. Cindy's nails would break in a couple of days so I always had to come back. The lady sitting behind Cindy always cut me and was more worried about her phone. She was always on it and her nails were uneven. The lady in the far back in front of the tv was the biggest bullshitter. She doesn't know how to do eyebrows, who puts baby powder on eyebrows?! One time she also got her nail filer pieces out of the trash and just used them on me! It clearly said trash and I asked her and she changed the subject. She just started using them, didnt even brush them or clean them. I'm lucky i haven't gotten an infection from there. I gave them so many chances because Cindy actually made them nice ONCE.
