When I asked about rate increases she told me I had to contact the corporate office. Y'all make it super easy to move in at first month free, then increased our rate after being there only 2 months. Rate was increased twice in less than one year and the increase was a lot. Over $100 increase in the span of less than one year. About a month prior to move out I noticed our property had been damaged due to a hole in the unit. Rain water had gotten into the unit and damaged several boxes. I went to the front office to let her know and there was no apology and no concern. I would have thought she would have suggested to go to the unit to see what was going on and put a service request in to fix the hole. She just looked up our unit, said you don't have our insurance, and there was nothing that could be done. She could have at least suggested to go see the unit to see if they could patch the hole. I am very disappointed with the service provided by the property manager as well as multiple rate increases.

We informed management of the issue, but we were given two options. Move our belongings to a different unit or to leave completely. At first I was initially upset with no helpful resolution or for the staff to assist with our rodent issue. Our belongings had bags and boxes that were chewed through. At one point we were asked if we stored food in our boxes or bags. Totally ridiculous, and the staff made it seem as if I was lying. In the end, we came to a conclusion and decided it was best to switch to a different storage. Stay away from this storage unless you want rude, unprofessional customer service or rodents throwing parties in your unit when you're gone.

My grandmother has been renting a storage here for years. About two or three weeks ago I came to…read morethe storage to grab something for my grandmother when I had witnessed something horrible, a man that works at this location was using racial slurs and arguing with a tenant. The tenant did have a bit of a mess , which all they needed to do was tell him to clean it up, but the manner that he was told in was racism and degrading. I got home and let my grandmother know about this and the very next day we gave our 30 day notice which we got harassed in the process my grandmother and I do not support racist people. I since further tried to contact a member of management, but I keep getting the runaround once they found out it was to make a complaint.
