I give them a 5-star rating for cleaning the windows, and a 4-star for cleaning the tracks. My windows were absolutely filthy after not being washed for nearly a year while remodeling. They now sparkle! I have some custom windows with small individual panes and unique shapes, and they were done perfectly. The The tracks were cleaned acceptably, but the patio slider track could have used just a little more detailed work in the corners. Orange Window Cleaning was very responsive, and gladly accommodated my schedule. The young man who did the work was on time, careful, efficient, and very friendly. Jacob was very polite and professional. He wore a face covering the whole time and had special "booties" for his shoes to keep the carpet clean. He cleaned the windows inside and out, screens, and the tracks. We have really high ceilings with decorative windows and he had all of the right equipment to get the job done.
