The egg and spinach crepe had an entirely raw (liquid) egg in it. It was also super greasy. The strawberry crepe was fine. No filling besides a little jam. The crepe was hard in some places. The restaurant is inside a gas station, which is super weird. We almost wanted to cancel the order, but we wanted to give them a chance. I have to give them credit for calling - they let us know they were out of the quiche when we placed the order online. The people seem nice. I'm just sorry this all happened.
Hubs and I were in the neighborhood so we opted to Orange Paris after discovering the cafe on Yelp. This place is located in a small strip mall across from a gas station. Unless you're local or a frequent visitor, I don't think you'll even notice this cafe at all. Upon entry, we seated ourselves soon after our preferred table was cleaned. The place was empty so we kinda hoped that our orders would be prepared soon after. Unfortunately, there was only one cook who looked new coz he had to look at the menu to verify what was in the dish we ordered and appeared to be being trained by a more experienced staff. The dishes we got were the prosciutto/Brie cheese omelette and Parisian ciabatta sandwich. The omelette was a bit salty and too buttery for taste; it was good for the most part so I know it's my taste buds, not them. The sandwich was yummy. The garlic pesto added that nice touch and the bread was really good. Overall, this is a solid 4.
We tried Orange Paris Cafe this morning and it was nothing short of exceptional!!! From the way we were greeted to the leaving it was a 10/10 experience. The food was so good, everything was fresh make , the service was so sincere and warm from the owner/chef/cashier / server (yes, one guy did it all by himself) who is a great asset made sure every single one of our needs were tended too. The food tasted so good !!!! Everything was house make , right in front of us, you feel like you are at home! If you love impeccable service, and food made fresh and with love, then do yourself the favor of visiting this hidden gem!
This spot was very nice. A small shop ran by the owner. I got the fresh squeezed orange juice which was very sweet and tasty, with the Royal Croissant. The Croissant tasted very fresh like it was made this morning with a perfect texture. It was buttery and came with eggs and a ham prosciutto. I'm very glad i decided to come by and check this place out.
This place is a hidden gem, it's kinda hard to spot as it's tucked behind a gas station but you must stop and try it. The crepe ( sugar one) I got was light and fluffy, with a hint of lemon. The OJ was fresh pressed, it was amazing! Try it guys
Hidden OC gem. Great service with personal touch from the owner. Quick service. Food was served hot and presentation was great. Varied menu for breakfast and lunch. They do have mimosas! Tasty and fresh. If you like Moulin on Bristol but not the crowd or the outside dining this place is a perfect and delicious alternative. We will be back! I did hear the chimes of delivery orders so check them out there if you are craving French food but want to stay home to eat!
Wow wow and wow. What an incredible meal. We order homemade oranginas, sandwiches, croissants, onion soup and macaroons for $40. All made in house by the owner and head chef who dances behind the counter and plays New Orleans style jazz. Don't be fooled that this cafe is in a gas station parking lot. Or that the plastic table cloths have faded in the sun. This place is a gem. Since one person is doing everything, don't expect fast service. if you want that, go to some crappy diner. Good things come to those who wait.
This place is a Hidden Gem. The owner is Amazing. He moved from France to give his Boys 16 & 8 the experience of living in a foreign country. His Family liked it so much they decided to "make a go of it"! The ambience is adorable with French music playing, little tables to give the Paris experience. The Owner has a wonderful delightful spirit. The Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice was the best I've had in years. I watch them press the fresh oranges right then. The crepes were delicious. The Paris Quesadillas was wonderful. This is Beyond a 5 Star experience. Definitely come enjoy this Hidden Gem, enjoy the wonderful food and support a Delightful man and his family by dinning with him.
Sometimes you come across a surprising place. This is a little "hole in the wall" restaurant behind a gas station with an owner who is sharing his love of Paris and simple food. Wonderful savory & sweet crepes with hotel butter, fresh squeezed orange juice, croissants are flaky and delicious. 10/10 for personal touches and service. The owner does everything in this place.
I am so happy our friends suggested meeting here. It's such a cute cafe with delicious food! We ordered the croque madam, strawberry crepes, BLTT, and a croissant. Everything was amazing! The croissant was the best we've had. The owner is also extremely friendly and brings the French culture to his cafe. He really wants you to enjoy your experience without feeling rushed. Can't wait to go back!
This hidden gem is in a little strip shopping center, across Bristol Street from the Ayers Hotel, tucked between a gas station and a dry cleaners and a nail salon. Anyway, it was worth seeking out. Our party of 5 swamped the poor guy working there. We ordered a lot of food, like a double brunch, because we were hitting the road for a long drive back to Northern California. So this one French guy (Yes, he really is French. He moved to Orange County from Paris, hence the name.) This French guy had to make us a couple of sandwiches, an omlette, and about 7 crepes. I felt sorry for him when I found out he was making the crepes one at a time and bringing them out as soon as each one was ready. I think he said his help has Mondays off. These crepes are like the best ever. We didn't want to tell him to stop because every one he brought out was absolutely fabulous. I'm pretty sure it was 7 crepes because we started with 4, and then my daughters and niece asked him to make 3 more. It was a good thing we weren't rushed for time. This is one spot we will definitely return to. We also learned that he is available and does crepes for corporate events. He brings his equipment and sets up in whatever location you want. That would make for a fun company event. read more
Orange Paris Cafe, is a French eatery in a small strip area that houses a few other food outlets and has a gas station just outside of it. It is a unique concept and the place has a following. The dining area is small, but cozy and has a bistro feel, pictures of Paris adorn the walls (the restroom too) and there is French music to blend well with the simple ambiance. We ordered several items. First my Americano coffee (made with Italian espresso), was only good for a few sips, just too sweet for me. Second, the Quiche Maison (traditional French recipe, eggs, tomato, spinach, cheddar cheese). While this pie slice was soft and tasty, it was thin and could have easily passed off for pizza. What it lacked was the usual thickness one sees in a quiche slice, gives it body and also embeds the rich flavor of eggs and cream. Then came the crepes. The tomato and bacon was well received, as was the strawberry crepe. In this department, the crown goes to Crepe Suzette (orange syrup, orange zest, creme anglaise and whipped cream). It had optimum softness, the right amount of sweetness, chew and yes, butter. Truly a heavenly treat for the taste buds. Service is very slow, but rewarding. So if you are not in a hurry and are in the mood for fresh French brunch items, give this place a visit. read more
What a beautiful Parisian-inspired cafe located in front of the most unassuming gas station. Food was made delicately and with the utmost care, and not to mention was delicious and buttery. This place is a one-man show as the owner takes your orders and makes them, too. The crepe itself was delicious. It was a nicely-sized portion and filled with meats and cheeses. This spot was very nice. A small shop ran by the owner. I got the fresh squeezed orange juice which was very sweet and tasty, with the Royal Croissant. Talk about a splendid little hole in the wall, serving authentic boulangerie cuisine! Orange Paris Cafe is a hidden gem in the ARCO shopping center, but don't let that keep that from dropping by. The owner and staff are as friendly as they come, offering you suggestions and samples of their homemade macarons. I ordered the homemade Jambon Brie Baguette, which was made fresh. The bread is soft and perfectly toasted, while the spinach gave the brie and prosciutto a little needed crunch. Amazing flavors! I've included their menu to this review, as some of these items are specials not listed on their online ordering system or Yelp (at the moment). The location is clean and quiet. The parking is shared amongst the gas station and the other businesses, so have patience when parking, otherwise nothing but rave reviews about Orange Paris Cafe! read more

We ordered the vegetarian croissant and strawberry crepe, as well as the vanilla latte and freshly squeezed OJ. Everything was delicious and made fresh on the spot. The croissant was crispy and the spinach and tomatoes as well as the egg and cheese were spectacular. The crepe was great as well. Best iced vanilla latte I've ever had. Best part is the rapport the chef has with the guests and would definitely recommend to everyone. 10/10 read more
Don't let the location fool you, this cafe is a hidden gem. I enjoyed the Parisian Beef ciabatta sandwich which has a very flavorful aioli. My husband got the Turkey and Cheddar savory crepe which was delightfully cheesy and a big portion. Service was friendly and polite. I'll have to come back to try the omelettes, eggs Benedict, and sweet crepes. read more

The customer service is always incredible here. The food is very much worth the wait, it's all handmade to order. It feels very intimate and personal. The wait is reasonable, just a few minutes. I really like the new updates to the decor, the paper menus have been replaced by a menu board that can feature daily specials. It looks really nice. There is now more seating and all the tables are set with table cloths and flatware, each table has a tiny Eiffel Tower- it's very cute. Today, I ordered the espresso con panna and a quiche. My husband ordered the Normandy Vibe Salad, both were absolutely perfect. The portions of the salad are large and so fresh and delicious. The quiche was on the smaller side which was exactly what I was looking for. The espresso con panna is the best I've ever had, very good espresso and the cream is whipped. They topped it with a light sprinkle of mocha. It was all so good read more
Ordered breakfast online a handful of times from this place, yet I've never visited the actual brick and mortar. The food I must admit was fantastic. The breakfast orders I made usually were comprised of the signature croissant sandwiches with a chocolate croissant on the side The croissants were a good size and were buttery, flakey and delicious The mushroom butter spread they used on the breakfast sandwiches were irresistibly good and elevated the sandwiches to artisanal sandwich levels I've become a huge fan since my first order and have been a loyal customer ever since. One small change they made was that instead of getting one large chocolate croissant, I received 3 small ones on my recent order. I had no complaints about that and would like to see them continue with that arrangement Overall, a great choice for breakfast spots. if you enjoy croissants, these guys will not disappoint. This cute café has the best bread you can ever hope to find outside of France. The baguette used in the sandwiches is so perfect you could cry. Even the toast you get with soup is delicious with a little pat of homemade butter. French fries - perfectly thin bistro style, so good. Tomato bisque - delectable. Croissants and crêpes are probably delicious too from the authenticity of this place. And the Drinks as well are fantastic. They have homemade cold pressed apple and orange juice, both of which you could turn into a mimosa with champagne. I can't get over the prices for all these things - the value is unreal - I would easily pay double for the menu items. The ambience is really nice and sunny with light French music playing. It's a nice place to grab breakfast, brunch or lunch on a regular basis. The owner is very nice and accommodating -- he even gave me an Eiffel Tower keychain at the end, which was a nice touch to a perfect meal. read more

Got a free macaron! Prices are great. I love the service. The owner is very lively and friendly. I felt very welcome and appreciated! Thank you! Edit: Also! Up until now I thought macarons were supposed to be cold and hard like the ones from Whole Foods and 7 Leaves. I never understood the hype, but I understand it now! These are just right; a soft crunch on the outside and light and soft on the inside. Soooo good! Also, check out this cute drawing the owner did! read more

Decided to have a little solo middle of the week take out brunch, and tried orange Paris cafe!! And man was it delicious! Can't imagine what it would be trying it siting down in the restaurant. I went with the sugar lemon crepe! Moist texture not mushy not to dense just right. You can smell the fresh lemon immediately, this is when my eyes become bigger then my stomach.. I also ordered the croque monsiuer (added bacon). Amazing flavor the cheese melted perfectly, as you can see I couldn't wait to take a bite (sorry lol) but definitely will be finishing it later, thank goodness for air fryers these days! read more
