This is my favorite place to get fro yo in Springfield! The prices are based on size rather than weight and the toppings are great.

I'vehad several items on the menu but always come back to the grilled cheese. This local bar has history, is on a lively street, has great food, great service, live music, and a good selection of beer on tap. What more can one ask for??

Unfortunately, I left disappointed because the food quality just wasn't what I remembered. I had been telling my wife how great the food used to be--almost like gourmet bar food--and was really looking forward to sharing that experience with her. The smash burger no longer tasted like the duck-fat burger I remembered, and the fries definitely didn't seem to be house-made anymore. They tasted more like a lower-quality frozen product, which was a letdown. On the positive side, the service was excellent. Even with the restaurant getting busy and a live band setting up, the staff stayed friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. One thing to note is that we initially arrived around 12:45 p.m. on Sunday, only to find out they weren't open and was told that something came up and they didnt open until 3:00 p.m. on this Sunday. Overall, I still enjoyed the atmosphere and appreciate the great service, but I hope the kitchen can get back to the food quality that made Lindberg's one of my favorite spots in the past.

The inside was dimly lit with tables as you walk in and to the back. There is also an outside seating area. We ordered at the register and our food was brought out to us. The menu is easy to understand, but the staff was able to answer all of our questions and explain different menu items in detail. Everyone was nice and welcoming. I got the Hotstone Bibimbap (suggested by the lady who took my order because it continues to cook when served, making the rice crispy and vegetables hot. I chose white rice topped with bulgogi and spicy shrimp. For sauce, I chose Sesame and Kochi to a little add extra kick. I had the kimchi put to the side. It also came with a miso soup . This whole combination was so delicious. Stayed hot the entire time and was plenty enough to share. The Yaki Soba, which is a noodle dish, was also very flavorful, came out fresh and hot. The Japchae was equally delicious and full of flavor. The sweet potato noodle of this dish was different, but still pretty tastey. I recommend leaving this for the experienced eaters. Lastly, we tried the kimbap. It was a typical kimbap, nothing stood out. Everything came out fresh, cooked to order, and hot. The price for everything was very reasonable. I would dent come again.

Kuick Noodles -- More Than a Meal, It's an Experience!…read more To be upfront, Kuick Noodles isn't your typical "sit down and be served" restaurant -- it's an interactive food adventure! We stopped by as a family outing (partly because we've all caught the K-Pop Demon Hunters fever ), and we left smiling, full, and impressed. The layout is bright and open, with plenty of seating -- from cozy family booths to bar-style counters by the windows. The staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly knew their stuff, walking us through the process step by step: Step 1: Pick your ramen from the Wall-o-Ramen! Prices range from $4.99-$7.99, depending on your choice. Some are familiar grocery favorites, while others are rare finds you'll only see here. You can even grab powdered drinks at the bottom section. Step 2: Choose your toppings from the fridge -- everything from soft-boiled eggs to crab sticks, fish cakes, and bean sprouts. Tons of options, all affordably priced. Step 3: Grab your drink! They've got everything from marble sodas and boba teas to your classic Coke. Once you've made your selections, you pay (our total for a family of four -- ramen, toppings, drinks, dumplings, and a pot bun -- came to around $50 ). Then comes the fun part: head to the ramen-making machine, scan your choice, drop in your noodles and toppings, and watch the magic happen! Sure, you could technically make ramen at home -- but you wouldn't have this atmosphere, this energy, or this kind of shared experience. 5/5 -- Kuick Noodles is a creative, family-friendly food experience that blends DIY fun with delicious results. We'll definitely be back!
