Came in for this location's "no weigh Wednesday" where you can build your own fro-yo cup for a flat $5 price! Location was clean, especially given the amount of people in and out for this deal. If you want samples before you commit to a flavor, you do need to ask for assistance but the woman working was friendly. Loved my fro-yo flavors and looking forward to coming back on another Wednesday to try something new! This location does offer complimentary whipped cream pup cups, which is always a bonus. It is an establishment that pushes tips, which everyone has their own opinion on, but just expect at the end to be looked at expectedly when there's "just one question" on the credit card machine! read more

Super yummy! The pineapple is my go to, but a new summer flavor was watermelon and it was unreal good! I ate all of my bowl, and felt light and refreshed afterwards. Seriously delicious would highly recommend! The staff was friendly and accommodating! read more

The owner happened to be in the day we visited, and she was fantastic to talk to. I'm sad there aren't even a tenth the number of Orange Leaf locations around town as there used to be. My kids and I have always loved Orange Leaf! This location was well stocked. Staff were friendly and all the machines were working great. The toppings were well-maintained, too. Perry Crossing is a great location in general, so this is an easy stop over if you're seeing a movie or having dinner in the complex. read more

Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt - Wedding cake mixed w/ vanilla. Cheesecake and brownie bite toppings - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Plainfield, Indiana

One of the best frozen yogurt. This branch is not packed. I like going to Perry crossing. You can find anything just like in downtown or castleton area. I went to Bru and had my ice cream afterward. What a perfect way! read more

Nothing special about this place. Several machines down. The flavors were set up in a weird order to where anything swirl wouldn't have tasted normal. Ex- vanilla was by the key lime instead of by the chocolate. They have a lot of toppings but not many normal ones, in my opinion. Staff was normal. Atmosphere normal. Not bad not great. read more

I love orange leaf products, but this location is not the best. Every time I visit the staff is either run or not knowledgeable about the products. They are frequently out of items so the choices are slim. I would give less stars but like I said I really enjoy orange leaf so I will continue to go. read more

For those with dairy issues, this is a great spot that you can visit with others. I had the Dole Pineapple and some Dole Orange as well. Both were very good and packed with flavor. You can sample any of the flavors (just ask for a sample cup). The toppings are plentiful and the price isn't too shabby, especially if you're part of their Ounce Back rewards program. Everything was clean and the service was good. read more

Third visit in the last few months and experience was the same. Horrible. Several machines for the yogurt were down. Limited flavors. All three times the restrooms were out of order. This is ridiculous with small children. In order to get samples you basically have to give them your firstborn child. The person working the counter wouldn't let me put chocolate sauce on my frozen yogurt because I had already left the counter after paying Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here for forever and yogurt or ice cream read more

Very Delicious, Friendly Staff! It was a very good cool down considering how hot it was today! I was very satisfied!

Went here and it said it opened at noon but it was 12:20 and still closed. Saw someone inside cleaning and talking on the phone. Waited a bit. Checked the door again and it was still locked. Lady came out and rudely said it'd be another 29 minutes. No apology. No explanation. I can totally understand if someone didn't show or she had car trouble. Any explanation would've gone a long way towards making me less annoyed. Being rude made me get in my car and drive to the one in Avon. Which was open and lovely. Never coming to this one again. read more

The machines were all working, the dessert tasted good, the workers were very uninviting though, but oh well.

Worst orange leaf. Haven't been to this one in years but decided to give it a shot. Same. Not flavorful froyo, almost too cold to taste anything. read more

If you're in the area and in the mood for Orange Leaf, do yourself a favor and drive to the Avon location. My girls and I were at the mall (January 28, 3:30 pm) and decided to stop here for a quick treat, but ended up leaving with a bad taste in our mouths due to the awful customer service. For starters, you're greeted by a sign on the counter with a "one spoon per bowl" policy. Additional spoons, it says, are 55 cents each. If you drop your spoon or want to share a dish of froyo? Too bad. This wasn't actually an issue for us, as we each got our own bowl and (thankfully) nobody had butterfingers. Next, 3/5 of the machines were down, leaving limited flavors to choose from. My younger daughter saw a cupcake in a display case that she wanted instead, but we were rudely told that it wasn't available. Back to the limited choices--little one decided on vanilla, which came out runny. After picking through toppings that were mixed up and messy, we went to pay. The employee stared daggers at me when I presented a fully valid coupon, but actually did accept it. I wanted to sit in the car to eat, given the horribly unwelcome vibes we were receiving, but little one pointed out that her froyo was really messy (melted), and she thought it might not do well in the car. So we sat at a table and ate. Little one picked at hers because it tasted funny, then did what most kids do with a chair that has a built-in tunnel on the boottom--crawled through it a few times. The rude employee (who had apparently been watching us from the back) emerged to tell my daughter "don't do that." When she caught my expression, she justified her command by explaining that "we have cracked chairs in here, and also her outfit might get messed up." At that point, I'd had enough. We went to eat in the car. On the way out, I did let the woman know that my child's outfit is not her concern, and that if there are cracked chairs, they should be removed. She gave a sarcastic "have a nice day," and with that, we will not be returning. Whoever owns this location should seriously consider hiring a better staff. read more

Pretty disappointing experience. I wanted an after dinner treat for the family, but was left wanting. First the concept is do it yourself, frozen yogurt sundaes. You put in what you want and pay by weight. So instead of getting what you pay for (and then complaining about variations in that) you pay for what you get. So ok- I'm with you so far. There were several yogurt choices, from the standard vanilla and chocolate to red velvet (which colors children's lips like lipstick) pineapple and coffee. Choices for everyone, so again, I'm with you. But then the wheels came off. One, the bowls are trough size. So while frozen yogurt might be healthier than ice cream, not in that quantity it isn't! And there was no "kid size," so while my best choice would have been to insist that the kids shared, or shared with me, I did not want to fight that battle tonight. So that's on me. But kid size would be nice. Two, the toppings were poorly labeled and many (including ALL the fruit options) empty. So while you can kind of tell what things are, some of the spoons were labeled, some were not and some were in the wrong place. So this added a level of frustration when on tries to balance multiple feeding troughs of frozen yogurt and keep the children's hands out of the candy pieces, while ensuring that they cover their mouths and don't sneeze in the M&M's. And then it was a good thing I wasn't with the health department. The tables were dirty, toppings had been slopped around and yogurt drips were everywhere. We wiped our own table to get a place to sit. The good news for me is that I don't live near here, so I'm hoping for better results in Btown, but if you live near here be warned, or at least lower your expectations. read more

Everything is great except the very rude big lady working there the afternoon of May 8,2019. What an unpleasant person! Hopefully if we return it will be when she's not working so we can actually enjoy our yogurt without being treated with such an distasteful attitude. read more

This the worst orange leaf I have been too. They are always out of many toppings or have spots without any toppings in them. The yogurt isn't as flavorful as most other orange leaf's and I would rather drive to Avon to have good flavor and many toppings. read more

We went here last night for the first time in a few years. They have changed the way you pay for the froyo. It is now based on cup size. We got 1 large cup, 1 medium, and 1 small and it was almost $17. The last time we went and it was charged by weight it was only $12. They are making it seem Iike you get a great deal by charging by cup size buts it's a rip off. Sure you can overflow your cup, but most people won't even eat that much. I'd rather go back to paying by weight. Also, several of the machines didn't even have froyo in them. read more

Wanted fro yo on July 4. No notification of closing/special hours on the website, Facebook, or even posted on the door. We were sternly told "closed." When we tried to open the door, as we saw associates in their (at 6:27pm). Other locations are open 11-8, which I discovered via their Facebook pages.
