Came in for this location's "no weigh Wednesday" where you can build your own fro-yo cup for a flat $5 price! Location was clean, especially given the amount of people in and out for this deal. If you want samples before you commit to a flavor, you do need to ask for assistance but the woman working was friendly. Loved my fro-yo flavors and looking forward to coming back on another Wednesday to try something new! This location does offer complimentary whipped cream pup cups, which is always a bonus. It is an establishment that pushes tips, which everyone has their own opinion on, but just expect at the end to be looked at expectedly when there's "just one question" on the credit card machine! read more

Nothing special about this place. Several machines down. The flavors were set up in a weird order to where anything swirl wouldn't have tasted normal. Ex- vanilla was by the key lime instead of by the chocolate. They have a lot of toppings but not many normal ones, in my opinion. Staff was normal. Atmosphere normal. Not bad not great. read more

If you're in the area and in the mood for Orange Leaf, do yourself a favor and drive to the Avon location. My girls and I were at the mall (January 28, 3:30 pm) and decided to stop here for a quick treat, but ended up leaving with a bad taste in our mouths due to the awful customer service. For starters, you're greeted by a sign on the counter with a "one spoon per bowl" policy. Additional spoons, it says, are 55 cents each. If you drop your spoon or want to share a dish of froyo? Too bad. This wasn't actually an issue for us, as we each got our own bowl and (thankfully) nobody had butterfingers. Next, 3/5 of the machines were down, leaving limited flavors to choose from. My younger daughter saw a cupcake in a display case that she wanted instead, but we were rudely told that it wasn't available. Back to the limited choices--little one decided on vanilla, which came out runny. After picking through toppings that were mixed up and messy, we went to pay. The employee stared daggers at me when I presented a fully valid coupon, but actually did accept it. I wanted to sit in the car to eat, given the horribly unwelcome vibes we were receiving, but little one pointed out that her froyo was really messy (melted), and she thought it might not do well in the car. So we sat at a table and ate. Little one picked at hers because it tasted funny, then did what most kids do with a chair that has a built-in tunnel on the boottom--crawled through it a few times. The rude employee (who had apparently been watching us from the back) emerged to tell my daughter "don't do that." When she caught my expression, she justified her command by explaining that "we have cracked chairs in here, and also her outfit might get messed up." At that point, I'd had enough. We went to eat in the car. On the way out, I did let the woman know that my child's outfit is not her concern, and that if there are cracked chairs, they should be removed. She gave a sarcastic "have a nice day," and with that, we will not be returning. Whoever owns this location should seriously consider hiring a better staff. read more

Pretty disappointing experience. I wanted an after dinner treat for the family, but was left wanting. First the concept is do it yourself, frozen yogurt sundaes. You put in what you want and pay by weight. So instead of getting what you pay for (and then complaining about variations in that) you pay for what you get. So ok- I'm with you so far. There were several yogurt choices, from the standard vanilla and chocolate to red velvet (which colors children's lips like lipstick) pineapple and coffee. Choices for everyone, so again, I'm with you. But then the wheels came off. One, the bowls are trough size. So while frozen yogurt might be healthier than ice cream, not in that quantity it isn't! And there was no "kid size," so while my best choice would have been to insist that the kids shared, or shared with me, I did not want to fight that battle tonight. So that's on me. But kid size would be nice. Two, the toppings were poorly labeled and many (including ALL the fruit options) empty. So while you can kind of tell what things are, some of the spoons were labeled, some were not and some were in the wrong place. So this added a level of frustration when on tries to balance multiple feeding troughs of frozen yogurt and keep the children's hands out of the candy pieces, while ensuring that they cover their mouths and don't sneeze in the M&M's. And then it was a good thing I wasn't with the health department. The tables were dirty, toppings had been slopped around and yogurt drips were everywhere. We wiped our own table to get a place to sit. The good news for me is that I don't live near here, so I'm hoping for better results in Btown, but if you live near here be warned, or at least lower your expectations. read more

As we were leaving, we overhead the staff person being rude to two other teenage patrons. I will not be returning to this location. We went here last night for the first time in a few years. They have changed the way you pay for the froyo. It is now based on cup size. We got 1 large cup, 1 medium, and 1 small and it was almost $17. The last time we went and it was charged by weight it was only $12. They are making it seem Iike you get a great deal by charging by cup size buts it's a rip off. Sure you can overflow your cup, but most people won't even eat that much. I'd rather go back to paying by weight. Also, several of the machines didn't even have froyo in them. read more

Wanted fro yo on July 4. No notification of closing/special hours on the website, Facebook, or even posted on the door. We were sternly told "closed." When we tried to open the door, as we saw associates in their (at 6:27pm). Other locations are open 11-8, which I discovered via their Facebook pages.
