Just a quick stop today at the drive-through. But an incredible experience. The person on the speaker was very friendly and welcoming. Very polite. Then I got up to the window, and a young girl greeted me with a big bright smile said a few nice things to me took my money and then told me it would be just a minute or two until my order came out. Then a young gentleman brought my order to me, the window within about a minute, and it was made perfectly. He also had a smile and thanked me for coming. It was disgusting and I went inside and wanted it to be remade and they were like 'well that is how our lemon ice taste,' girl no it doesn't. Ordered online. When I went to pickup, they said their frier was broke so no fries. When I got home, they left 1 of the the meals out of the bag. I called and was told I'd have to come back to the store to get the sandwich. I asked them to put it on an Uber and have it delivered. Nope,they were not going to do that. I then told them I want it refunded they said I'd have to come back to the store for that too. I think the whole idea of convenience has missed this business. Culver's was always the spot to go to in High School. Flash forward many years and I found myself at this location again after a sudden craving for cheese curds. The minute I walked into this fast food spot I was immediately greeted with a grin, the service here can't be beat. I regularly go to Culver's because my son loves their food. On this day I preordered my food. That can be done by going to their website. Once you create an account it's pretty simple. I do wish they would create an app instead but the website works fine. This time I arrived when my food was supposed to be ready according to the website. It wasn't. People came in, placed orders and received their food and I still didn't have mine. It was a to go order and I waited about 15 minutes for it to be ready. Then when I received it I was given empty cups.... The site asks for what you want to drink so I thought that would be part of the service. The food was good, what I ordered and fresh. No complaints with the food but the service was not I have come to expect from Culver's. I was also glad I ordered it to go as the inside of the restaurant was not very clean. There were several available tables but I didn't see any that had been cleaned off. The wood around the tables looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I really like to go to Culver's so I hope this ain't the new norm for them. read more

I'm usually a big fan of culver's, but todays experience left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. It's a hot day and we came in for some ice cream and the service was slow. We got our food but they forgot our ice cream. We asked for the mixer and they went back to look for it. They brought it out and there was ice cream on the outside of the cup and we even heard one of the coworkers say not to give away the ice cream like that but they did it anyways. We thought we could make it work so we took the food out to the car and cleaned it off with some napkins, but what we didn't realize was that there was a crack in the cup. Ice cream got pretty messy in the car and we took it in to ask for a new one. I asked for a refund for that mixer because of the mess, and because my ice cream was melted. The kid behind the counter gave me a rude look and so I realized it wasn't worth it. The food was okay, but the service is not great, leading to a frustrating experience. read more

I love Culver's and have been to many with awesome experiences. Really disappointed this time around. We arrived and were greeted quickly. When we started placing our order, I'm not sure what was happening but we had to repeat everything 2-3 times because she kept repeating things incorrectly. We would say double butter burger and immediately she asked single or double....for all 3 burgers we ordered. She didn't get the bacon added to one of them and we ordered fries and cheese curds. She asked what size and we told her the sizes we wanted. I paid and we went to sit down. Another man brought our food and we just got the 3 burgers, no cheese curds or fries. When I asked about them he said "IDK they aren't on the slip so you won't get them if they aren't on the slip. You'll have to go order them." So I got up, went back to the same woman who I asked to clarify if we ordered them and she said no we didn't order anything except burgers. At this point I'm so confused because....she specifically asked what sizes before I paid! We wanted the fries and curds so I order them and go back to eat my burger so it doesn't get cold. Very frustrated at the lack of help the man was willing to provide when giving us our food and the cashier had us repeat things over and over and still messed it up. Restaurant was clean and we were greeted immediately so they get the extra star for that. We'll give another chance but we hope for a much better experience or we'll stick to other locations. read more

The teens working there are to busy talking to pay attention to the customers and the cooks are to busy not looking at the orders to get the orders right. When you order a basket meal it comes with FRENCH FRIES. How can you miss putting the correct number of fries in the bag, when you have 3 basket meals, you have 3 fries in the bag!! This issue has happened to my family 8 out of 10 times. We had STOPPED eating at this Culver's. Culvers you have the best frozen custard! Each day there is a features flavor. And the turtle sundaes here are delicious. I like the burgers with the buttery buns. If your ordering a burger here they also make them stacked into doubles or triples. A single is also enough. I am always impressed with how each Culvers has a team member working the dining area and keeping it clean. Rockstars in my book! This place is busy but they keep the pace. Two of the employees had such terrible body odor that you could not breathe when they came near!!! The bathrooms were filthy and tables not wipe down, I understand their stores that stay open later seem to attract a lesser class clientele and sometimes it's harder to clean when it's open so many hours but that place is really gone downhill. Culver's gets an additional star for service, but I think the actual chain is only a two-star establishment. I ordered the cheese curds, which were on special for $2.50 and one vanilla and one chocolate custard. The cheese curds were yummy and had both American and Mozzarella cheeses inside. The custard was kind of a big let down. I got the vanilla and my mom the chocolate. After indulging in Freddy's custard in Kansas, this had much more sugar and was significantly less creamy. I was very unimpressed. The good news is that the service is very fast and friendly, which goes a long way! read more

Every time we go to this Culver's, something is messed up. The past two times, we've ordered chocolate concrete mixers, and they give us vanilla, and we don't realize it until we get home. The first time we called, the manager was busy and said she'd call us back, never called. The second time, no one bothered to call, but we got an apology letter and a couple of coupons in the mail. So we decided to try them for a third time tonight. Made sure they were chocolate before we pulled off, and they were. However, when we got home, we realized they were so melted/a soupy texture, we are currently waiting for them to "freeze" back up in our freezer. It's literally this location we've ever had a problem with. The coupons make it not worth the frustration, because you're still spending money! My hubby and I waited over 30 minutes for our dinners. I wasn't thrilled about the extended wait, but everything was hot and tasted fine. My beef with Culver's is the soda/condiment area. The very inside of the cheese curds was cold. I'm not trying to be picky, but some people talked about the amazing stringy cheese curds. They were good, but just OK.
