My first time at this location and they had really good customer service. Tables were cleaned promptly. Servers came by and asked if we needed anything. Refilled our drinks. Food came out fresh and fast. This is your typical Chick-fil-A with fresh flowers at tables. I especially like that there is a play area for 3 year olds and under. I would highly recommend the Spicy Chicken Deluxe. It's always one of my favorite items to order when at Chick-fil-A. The Chick-fil-A sauce is also a perfect addition (this is a must). I'm not sure it's cool of me to dock a star because the Chick-fil-A employee didn't say "My Pleasure!" when I said "Thank you!," but what can I say? That's where I'm at. I don't get out to this westside Chick-fil-A very often, however, I was in Plainfield for a work training and grabbed dinner on the way home. Truthfully, I love the "My Pleasure." It's warm, friendly, and it's a greeting I look forward to. I'd be lying if I said there aren't times I say "thank you" just to hear it. So yeah, other greetings are fine but it's that greeting that makes Chick-fil-A stand out. Okay, I'll stop. Otherwise, this was the usual Chick-fil-A combination of good food, good service, friendly people, and an accurate order. I ordered a 3-piece chicken strip meal and upsized it. The order was accurate, tasty, quickly delivered, and reasonably priced. Is it the best food ever? Nope. However, it's top-tier fast food and I enjoyed it. Like most Chick-fil-A's, this location has switched to one lane for drive-thru and one lane for mobile orders. Both employees in the drive-thru were friendly and I liked seeing a supervisor come out to make sure one had gotten her break. I've been eating a bit healthier these days, however, this was a definite splurge and I enjoyed it. This Chick-fil-A is like most locations - it offers just about the best fast food experience around and easily blows away the majority of other fast food options in this area. Went with a 30 ct for my boys and it was how I would have expected. Used to order them a lot more prior to the price increase now I feel that I have to spend $50 or more to feed a family of 4 which is fine but not at chickfala. This Chick-fil-A location has a very well-designed drive thru that controls the traffic very well. It is easy to get to the curbside pickup, which I prefer over drive thru. At some CFA locations the curbside spaces are difficult to navigate to, and nearly impossible to get out of as the drive thru line blocks them. So I appreciate the organization that this location provides. Food and service were typical CFA, which is to say outstanding. No complaints, and my order was delivered to my car within a few short minutes of placing it on the app. Sure would like to know the secret ingredient that makes Chick-fil-A sauce so addictive. read more

My husband loves CFA. Thursday night is CFA night. No matter what. The food is pretty tasty. It's always hot and fresh. 99.99% of the time, the order is correct. Why not 5 stars? They cram too much in one bag. No matter what. Bags filled to the brim. Fries with no protection from the elements or (gasp!) germs. Forget trying to see if you received everything. This game of Jenga cannot be won. It's a small thing in the grand scheme, but a huge annoyance. This location is very well designed compared to other ones I've been to in the area. The drive-thru has it's own lanes that don't interfere with the general traffic pattern and other parking spaces. Other locations have parking spaces on both sides of the drive-thru which makes it near impossible to get out, creating an unsafe lot and unused spaces. That is not the case at this one. I usually go through the drive thru which is fast and efficient but today chose to dine in. For how busy it is the staff are on it. The dining area is clean and a person even picked up our tray. The service is always very polite and courteous. I don't think they've ever missed up our orders even we special order items. We went to Chick-fil-A last night for Valentine's Day. They did a reservation dinner. It was $20 for two people and that included an entree, 2 sides, a drink and dessert. Plus you had a server. Each table had a goody bag with some chocolate and a mini moo in it. They also had a photo booth and a group of gentlemen singing. It was a super cute date night with our 8 month old son. Yes, I'm there for the waffle fries and Chick Fil A sauce, but I wanted to brag on the exceptional service we experienced today. I accompanied my grandma to lunch and from the moment we got out of the car to when we were back in the car to go home, we received assistance. Managing a walker is sometimes difficult in busy places (like lunch hour at Chick-fil-A), but the employees held doors, insisted we order from our table, and brought us our food. This place operates like a well-oiled machine. The drive-through is efficient as is the line inside. It's almost scary busy during lunch time, but we have never had any problems with our orders, and we always seem to be able to snag a table. I ask for fresh fries (because this was the reason for my visit) but the guy at the window just handed me the food as it was and said (without sounding sincere), thank you for your patience. I usually just let things go because they are typically so outgoing and polite, but I didn't encounter one pleasant person durning my visit. We asked Chick-Fil-A in Plainfield to cater our small afternoon wedding a month ago. I could not have been happier with the service provided and our guests couldn't have been happier with a lunch that they all know and love. Our food was delivered right on time. Hot food was hot (and came with a warmer we just had to return the following Monday) and cold food was cold. Everything looked great and tasted even better. More than a few of our guests complimented our lunch choices. I wish I could remember the lady's name that helped us place our order a couple of weeks prior. She was so calm and patient (two weeks before my wedding, I wasn't!) and helpful as we stressed about how much to order, not wanting to order too much or too little. She even handed us a couple of chicken sandwich gift cards on our way out the door and even more came when they dropped off our food the day of our wedding. Chickf-fil-a is known for their quality service, but this location takes the cake. Some of the best management and staff I have run into. I try to come at least once every two weeks when home and I never get tired of it. The food is fresh and always warm. They are very efficient as well. I had a very large order for 6 plus people to go. They had it out in 4 minutes and in a convenient large bag. They are also very good at taking refills and checking in on you when dining in. I have not been to a Chik-fil-A since before the pandemeic. I went to this location today, and ordered a chicken sandwich meal. I was amazed at the size of the filet. The last time I went to a Chik-fil-A, my sandwich was way bigger than this one, and it was hot. This one was not. I recently got a Chicking at Burger king and it was much better than this sandwich. The filet did not look like a hand breaded filet, like they used to. It looked like something out of the freezer section at a grocery store. I left this store, disappointed and hungry. No refill due to COVID. Said it was a mandate handed down from headquarters but every other Chick-fil-A I've been to that has opened up has been giving refills or a refill in a new cup. I travel a lot for my job so I eat at a lot of different Chick-fil-As. If you are doing what you think is safe, that's one thing but to hide behind a false safety shield to make extra money is not very Chick-fil-A like. If you were that concerned, you would still require guests and your employees (which they were not) to be wearing masks.
