You can never close the bag!

My husband loves CFA. Thursday night is CFA night. No matter what. The food is pretty tasty. It's always hot and fresh. 99.99% of the time, the order is correct. Why not 5 stars? They cram too much in one bag. No matter what. Bags filled to the brim. Fries with no protection from the elements or (gasp!) germs. Forget trying to see if you received everything. This game of Jenga cannot be won. It's a small thing in the grand scheme, but a huge annoyance. Even the fast food joints with food that probably isn't mostly food hand you a bag that is closed.

12ct with a large hash brown and yes, I travel with my own hot sauce.

Well the service has always been fantastic and today was no exception! The ordering and checkout was very speedy, the cashier was extremely friendly and seemed happy and eager to help. The food came out fast and was hot and fresh! The restaurant dining room was very clean as well.

Imma keep this short and simple. There is no other spicy chicken sandwich. Popeyes who?

The dining area is always clean today they even have fresh flowers on the tables.

I usually go through the drive thru which is fast and efficient but today chose to dine in. For how busy it is the staff are on it. The dining area is clean and a person even picked up our tray. The service is always very polite and courteous. I don't think they've ever missed up our orders even we special order items. Sometimes I'll order a kids meal it's the perfect size and you can trade the book for ice cream instead.

Not smushed. I appreciate the extra effort and the precut!

    1) Having the outdoor car side service during peak times is awesome. What a personal touch! 2) Decided to try something new - a grilled chicken wrap with honey mustard. This worked out well as I saved half for lunch the next day. They give you a sauce packet to add as you like. 3) Just say yes to the fries. Life is short. 4) While you're at it, you might as well say yes to the sweet tea, too. So gooood!

Trapped. 10 cars deep.2x2. No exit. No change your mind. Not for an emergency. You're there till you take that sandwich and like it!

It makes complete sense that your mascot is a cow. Because herding your customers like cattle in the drive thru and parking lot, is exactly what you're doing to the cars. Very ironic. Being trapped without egress is not safe and does not improve the experience. It makes me not want to return. Good chicken. Not good at blocking parking lot with cones and barrels. Trapped. 10 cars deep.2x2. No exit. No change your mind. Not even for an emergency. You're there till you take that sandwich and like it!

Chicken, with wings, drums, and tenders offered in several heat levels. I went with the Curry tenders (medium), and my husband chose the Hot Honey wings (also medium). Both delivered exactly the right amount of heat--noticeable but not overwhelming. The crunch factor was definitely there, and the chicken itself was moist and flavorful. Sides are ordered separately, so we added onion rings. They were large and looked great, though they were just okay for me. Portions, however, were huge. Our total was around $32, which felt a bit pricey, but the amount of food made up for it. Honestly, we could have shared one entrée if we ever agreed on the same thing. They do serve beer, milk teas, and smoothies too, but we took our order home and enjoyed our own drinks. The atmosphere inside is casual with a giant screen playing K‑Pop videos, which adds a fun vibe if you dine in. Overall, I liked it and would return--next time with fewer items or more people to help tackle those portions.

However, I've been making regular visits out to my family in Putnam County and this has allowed me to drive by the Avon location of Raising Cane's. Today, I finally got a chance to check it out. Raising Cane's is a growing chain that specializes in chicken fingers (or tenders). That's it. That's their gig. When founder Todd Graves proposed the idea in a business class, he received one of the lowest grades because his professor said it wouldn't work. Graves persevered. Named after his labrador (literally named Raising Cane), this chain is growing with three Central Indiana locations currently (Avon, Carmel, Noblesville). As noted, Raising Cane's is based around chicken tenders/fingers in a handful of different combos. They have multiple sides, serve Coke products, and have both sweet and unsweetened iced tea. They have a two-sided drive-thru, though only one side was open at my time of arrival. You can dine inside, however, on this visit I did not. I could tell the curb cuts were appropriate, however, I won't speak to accessibility on the inside. The employees I met were friendly and helpful. I was able to upsize my drink, always a plus, and my order was accurate. I tend to prefer barbecue sauce with my tenders, however, I opted to try their Raising Cane sauce. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Raising Cane's is community minded with six areas of focus - education, feeding the hungry, active lifestyles, pet welfare, entrepreneurship, and "other" (meaning they enjoy supporting community organizations and will consider "other" ideas). While I'm not quite ready to go 5 stars here, I enjoyed the tenders quite a bit and I enjoyed the small order of crinkle-cut fries. The food quality was good and the quantity was a solid meal. Employees were great, the drive-thru went pretty darn quickly, and I have no issues with calling this a solid 4-star experience. I'll definitely be back.

The taste was different from what I remember but still good. The red beans were not too spicy for me like they used to be. And the biscuit was excellent. I did not visit the restroom. I visited this Cracker Barrel on Friday, April 10th. I wasn't available to eat dinner until roughly 9:00 p.m., so I walked over to Cracker Barrel and was seated right away. By that time of evening, the crowd was light. The hostess was kind and cheerful, but my server, who looked to be a teenager, projected a mild annoyance in having to wait on me from the moment she came to the table to take my drink order. I pride myself on being a conscientious and courteous customer; I worked in restaurants when I was a teenager/young adult, so I understand the job isn't necessarily fun and dealing with people is tough. With that noted, I was looking for a small respite after a long day of traveling and then working through registration and such for the convention I attended. I didn't require much. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door (chicken and dumplings, a side of green beans, a side of broccoli casserole, and two biscuits; water to drink). My server seemed annoyed that I was ready to order when she came for my drink order. I brushed that off and attributed her apathy to youth. Fortunately, my food arrived quickly--all prepared to perfection and ideal for what I wanted. I had no complaints about my food; in fact, I was delighted to have such a good, comforting meal at 9:00 p.m. I needed one refill of my drink, and that refill took awhile as my server wasn't all that visible. If I recall correctly, I think I saw my server only twice that evening (not counting when she delivered my food to my table). All told, my experience was good, but I wasn't too thrilled with the service. Despite the apathetic server, I would recommend this Cracker Barrel location because of the quality of food and cleanliness of the restaurant, even late in the day.
