Oreo milkshake made with Oreo gelato, oreo pieces & almonds. Pineapple froyo with popping boba, Chocolate froyo with M&Ms & chocolate chips

Typical froyo place with a different name. The usual variety of toppings & eclectic vibe of the modern furniture invites you right in. Their is a Dairy Queen directly across the street & when it gets backed up, eveyone flocks here as we did. I opted for a milkshake which included Oreo gelato with Oreo cookie pieces & I added almonds. It actually turned out great & my wife enjoyed her pineapple froyo with popping boba & fruit as well as the little one with her chocolate froyo with M&Ms. Prices were typical of similar places so expect to pay around $20 after tax for 3 regular sized items. I would recommend this place although it didn't "wow" me.

I enjoy Orange Leaf but often forget about this location. The reason I've been the past two times is the bakery goods made by Two Chicks Whisky Business. I've been wanting to sample their bakery goods after seeing the reviews on FB. Two Chicks Whisky Business has a food truck in Plainfield. I haven't seen it out and about but now I know where I can find their baked goods at a brick and mortar store. Now Friday thru Sunday you can purchase from the small bakery case inside Orange Leaf in Avon. Today they carried 3 types of cheesecakes, multiple flavors of cupcakes, brownies and large cookies. I purchased 3 plain brownies ($2.75 each) and 2 gorgeous turtle cheesecakes ($5.99 each). The brownies were moist but my son thought they had an after taste. I thought maybe it was a coffee flavor. Regardless, they were good. The turtle cheesecake was the show stopper today. The much appreciated graham cracker crust was thin, the cheesecake was creamy and FULL of nuts. My son loved all the nuts but I personally would have preferred about 1/2 the amount. Of course, it didn't slow me down. The whipped cream held up well and was a nice addition. The only thing missing for me was the caramel I was hoping to find. I will be returning to purchase additional slices of cheesecake in the future. Orange Leaf has many flavors of Froyo (16, I think) and 3 flavors of Gelato. The flavors do change often. The prices are set by cup size. I had the beginners size cup ($3.49) of Salted Caramel Gelato and added two toppings. It was so refreshing with perfect texture on this beautiful but hot, fall day. The toppings bar had numerous fresh fruits, candy and peanut selections. It was extremely clean, and keep very tidy. The two employees were super friendly as one came up to me to find out if I'd enjoy a sample. The other was helping the couple in front of me and answering questions with a smile. When I arrived at the checkout my bakery items were nicely bagged and handed to me. Nice selection, bright, clean store, lots of places to sit indoors, friendly staff, bakery items and refreshing froyo and gelato.

Chicken, with wings, drums, and tenders offered in several heat levels. I went with the Curry tenders (medium), and my husband chose the Hot Honey wings (also medium). Both delivered exactly the right amount of heat--noticeable but not overwhelming. The crunch factor was definitely there, and the chicken itself was moist and flavorful. Sides are ordered separately, so we added onion rings. They were large and looked great, though they were just okay for me. Portions, however, were huge. Our total was around $32, which felt a bit pricey, but the amount of food made up for it. Honestly, we could have shared one entrée if we ever agreed on the same thing. They do serve beer, milk teas, and smoothies too, but we took our order home and enjoyed our own drinks. The atmosphere inside is casual with a giant screen playing K‑Pop videos, which adds a fun vibe if you dine in. Overall, I liked it and would return--next time with fewer items or more people to help tackle those portions.

I had a bowl with sweet potato noodles, some veggies and the Korean crispy chicken. The flavors were good, but the thing that struck me was that some of the items were essentially cold and others were lukewarm, but none of it was really hot. I think it's an inherent property of what they do. They never "grill" or warn all these items together. It would be much better IMO if all the items were stir fried or thrown on a grill quickly together to warm up the dish and meld the flavors. That said the Korean crispy chicken was flavorful and the noodles were a highlight, and seemed to be like Thai glass noodles I've had before. My dining partner got a bowl with the same noodles, some veggies and the salmon. She really like the salmon, and said her bowl was good. The restaurant was clean, the workers were very welcoming and helpful on informing how to pick bowl items, etc. Parking was very easy. Of course they accept all the standard forms of payment, including tap to pay, etc. Overall, if you like interesting yet potentially disparate flavors together in the same bowl, you will likely enjoy BIBIBOP. We had already eaten a few bites when I remembered to take the pics (Apologies).

I got the quesa birria tacos, which is shredded beef and melted cheese in a double corn tortilla. They come three to an order, with a cup of red consomme to dip them into, and a couple of lime wedges to squeeze over everything. They do not come with any sides, so I ordered the refried pinto beans and carrot rice, because I really wanted some rice and beans. Beans and rice are my litmus test of any Mexican restaurant, and I'm happy to say that the rice and beans at Tlahcos passed the test with flying colors, and they are sublime. I don't practice Santeria, but perhaps the people at Tlahcos do, because their food is bewitching. The carne asada was also ordered, and it came with grilled nopales (cactus), cebollita canbray (little onions), grilled panela cheese, plus guacamole, salsa, rice and black beans. It was a 98%, and what would have raised it to a 100% was if it came with tortillas. But really, it was a great dish! If you're a person who is used to eating carne asada on a regular basis, you will be satisfied with this one. Chips and salsa are complimentary, which shows that Tlahcos knows its Plainfield-area visitors. My children, who eat like birds, filled themselves up on chips and salsa and declined a full meal, but Tlahcos does have a kids menu. On the kids menu, you'll find arroz con pollo, mini cheese quesadillas, a taco, mac & cheese, chicken nuggets and a mini pizza. Kid meals come with your choice of side, which are fries, rice & beans or a cup of fruit. They have a full cocktail list, as well as beer, wine and hot beverages (coffee and tea). I got a Paloma, which was a little light on the booze, but tasty nevertheless. The rim of the glass was beautifully decorated with Tajin, which added a nice, spicy kick. It was one of those drinks that makes you want to lick the glass.
