My nurse she was really sweet she took all my tests before I met with the dr. I parked out front and you have to take the elevator up, but was a pretty quick visit. Did some tests and they dilated my pupils so that made my eyes really sensitive after that for some reason, but was able to drive home alright sort of. I was really blurry, dizzy and nauseous and felt like I needed to lay down when I got home so I did and took a nap. Never happened to me before after getting dilated, maybe this week has just been a bit much on me but I appreciated their kindness and the Dr was friendly too, I like how clean it is and they had some cute Halloween decorations up everywhere too. Total waste of time. The front desk girl was unbelievably rude and clearly not trained. The woman on the right kept insisting she couldn't find our insurance, but after I pushed back, the girl on the left found it immediately. If one person can do it in seconds, the other has no excuse. It's unprofessional and shows how poorly this office is run. This wasn't a one time issue either. This was our third visit, and every single time we've waited around two hours total just to see the doctor for barely a minute. That's not a scheduling issue at this point, this place is just consistently slow, disorganized, and disrespectful of people's time. I wouldn't come back here and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Everyone is friendly from the time you are greeted to each of the stations you go to before you see time with the Doctor. I have not had to wait more than 10 minutes between stations except when waiting for my eyes to dilate. Dr. Mosier had reviewed my records before we met. He asked if I had any concerns about my eyes and shared his examination findings. I never felt rushed and appreciated his sincere concerns about my eyes. This year my wife will also become a patient after seeing how pleased I am with the Mosier Eye Center organization and management.

She indeed does not like to be questions but I get it since reading stuff on the internet does not make us experts. If you follow her recommendations, dry eye really can be managed. The doc tends to run late but I think it is because she will sit with patients until ALL of their questions are answered. She really does care. I've seen the optometrist there as well and again, runs a tad late but will sit with you until all of your questions are answered. She encouraged but did not pressure me at all to purchase glasses from the office. I've had multiple experiences with tech, Jamie and she is top notch. So friendly and warm. She is also very knowledgeable and really helps patients out. She kept me up to date on my preauthorizations so I didn't have to chase down answers. She is also certified to do the Lipiflow and she made sure I was very comfortable for the entire 15 minutes. Some of the front desk staff and techs are really rude so be prepared for that. They act like your presence is a huge inconvenience to their existence. Plenty of free parking in this lot too.

I had more tests than I've ever had before, including some that were covered by my insurance but had never been offered to me elsewhere. He welcomed every question, explained everything with patience, and made the entire visit feel relaxed and comfortable. I'll preface by saying that I have very high expectations when it comes to the thoroughness of our optometrist. My brother-in-law is an optometrist in Northern California, so finding a dependable local doctor when we can't make the trip up there was important to me. Dr. Tran was wonderful -- warm, informative, and extremely thorough, even beyond my expectations. The office technology is top-notch and very modern, with nearly everything digitized. You complete several tests before seeing the doctor, and she takes the time to personally review the results with you. We specifically chose Dr. Tran because of her expertise with CRT lenses. My daughters use CRT lenses, so I needed someone with the proper topography equipment to ensure the lenses were fitting and functioning effectively. I also asked about replacement lenses and follow-up costs, and their pricing was very competitive compared to several offices I contacted in Yorba Linda. Most importantly, my daughters were genuinely impressed by how kind everyone was. The staff offered drinks and snacks while they waited, which made the experience comfortable and welcoming. 900 am, October 02, 2025…read more I'm on time. Check in. Fill out paper work. No one ahead of me. Then a few minutes later, a customer comes in and checks in. WTH, she gets taken ahead of me to do her standard testing before me??? Whatever, it's definitely unappreciated, moving on, minus one star. My time's valuable too. I'm assuming that my optician wasn't ready to test yet as she wasn't the same person I observed earlier. Okay, examination time. I did one standard test, then was asked if I want to have the retinal images done for $29! Haha, later talked to Dr. Mike, he said every other year is fine. Maybe I had forgotten that there's a fee for this imaging. We move on to a different room and my periferal vision done the old fashioned way without a machine? It was one of those "how many fingers an I holding up" test. Then we did a pressure test with a tiny hand held tool. A very different experience from the prior year. We did a check of my 2 current glasses, one of them was my photochromic sunglasses. Both of them were very close to each other in prescription. On to the exam with Dr. Mike... Since I declined the retinal imaging, he did the dilation drops. I'm hindsight, I should have asked for the disposable sunglasses. It was so uncomfortable driving on a bright day afterwards, almost unbearable. Or be sure to have extra dark sunglasses in your car. He did the standard lens checking next. We did that, is 1 or 2 better thing with that massive machine in my face. The result was very little change. I guess I'll have to request the prescription electronically as I was not given a print out. Dr. Mike friendly as he's always been. His care is top notch, the best optometrist ever in my opinion. Parking: there's plenty of street parking as this medical office is in a residential neighborhood. However, in the rear of the building, there are a few spaces and one for disabled with a wheel chair ramp up to the back entrance.
