I have not had to wait more than 10 minutes between stations except when waiting for my eyes to dilate. Dr. Mosier had reviewed my records before we met. He asked if I had any concerns about my eyes and shared his examination findings. I never felt rushed and appreciated his sincere concerns about my eyes. This year my wife will also become a patient after seeing how pleased I am with the Mosier Eye Center organization and management.

The doc tends to run late but I think it is because she will sit with patients until ALL of their questions are answered. She really does care. I've seen the optometrist there as well and again, runs a tad late but will sit with you until all of your questions are answered. She encouraged but did not pressure me at all to purchase glasses from the office. I've had multiple experiences with tech, Jamie and she is top notch. So friendly and warm. She is also very knowledgeable and really helps patients out. She kept me up to date on my preauthorizations so I didn't have to chase down answers. She is also certified to do the Lipiflow and she made sure I was very comfortable for the entire 15 minutes. Some of the front desk staff and techs are really rude so be prepared for that. They act like your presence is a huge inconvenience to their existence. Plenty of free parking in this lot too.

My once a year check up to see an ophthalmologist. I've seen two other doctors from here before…read more My last visit they were not that nice but this time they were friendly and had good bedside manners. My nurse she was really sweet she took all my tests before I met with the dr. I parked out front and you have to take the elevator up, but was a pretty quick visit. Did some tests and they dilated my pupils so that made my eyes really sensitive after that for some reason, but was able to drive home alright sort of. I was really blurry, dizzy and nauseous and felt like I needed to lay down when I got home so I did and took a nap. Never happened to me before after getting dilated, maybe this week has just been a bit much on me but I appreciated their kindness and the Dr was friendly too, I like how clean it is and they had some cute Halloween decorations up everywhere too. So my first appointment for exam and the dr finally after 2 hours shows up and he looks like he is still in med school and references the wrong eye that I am having issues with! what what? And he is the surgeon! So he says if I am uncomfortable with him try Adrian instead. So it's only a few days later and the staff are the worst of the worst as far as being human . They tell me they need to do all the tests again and double charge my insurance before Adrian can consult me! What that's a bunch of nonsense! So I am called after 45 min and the attempt to do all the exams again and I refuse. So they get mad and put me in a tiny waiting room with 10 others and I wait another half hour. While waiting I start choking and I hate to cough that close to people so I get out of that closet waiting room and take a quick move to a storage area and cough several times loudly. And I can't stop so I move quickly past staff that sees me but does nothing and get water to stop my choking. Then I return to the closet waiting room. Then a black haired over made up nurse calls me to a room. And all she does is starts scolding me for using the water with out permission and almost yells at me and slams the sliding door as she leaves. I am like oh no she is not getting away with that. So after the visit I ask for Sarah the office manager contact info. I emailed her and this is what I got and it has nothing to do with what happened!
