Hired Orange County pools and spas to build our pool before the pandemic. He was paid up front then the lockdown happened. Suspension on construction was lifted but he still dragged his feet for some time after. Fast forward to the pools completion and the contractor he hired for the patio stone work, Belle landscape construction, completely butchered the job. Pavers are sinking. Edge work is exposed and uneven. The pavers were never sealed so they have a dull look. Not to mention there is constant drainage issue where water is getting behind the pool and pushing up the shallow End of the pool liner. through all of that, The general contractor which is Orange County pools, has not taken responsibility for his subcontractor's sub-par work. Bare in mind we are in the 3rd summer without a permanent resolution to this problem. he scrapes the bottom of the barrel for his sub contractors. Do not use this company they dont stand by their work

Kids were getting cut on this. Although presented as a feature this was what they left me

This is truly one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Before committing i highly recommended you read the back of the contact it says it all. they do not stand behind their work. The subcontractor that installs is half assed at best. My semi in the ground pool collapsed from water damage due to no drainage within 8 months. Never show up on time. Full of excuses not solutions. Lynn Warren Landscaping had to come in and salvage the job

When on the search for a pool company to service our pool on a weekly basis, we first looked into…read moreRainbow Pools as we have used them for a variety of services, but they had a lengthy waitlist. A quick Yelp search and Request-a-Quote later and I found Precise Vision Pros who quickly responded with what I felt was a reasonable quote for summer services. I really love this company. I've had some issues with other folks that have serviced our property in the past (we rent out our home and do not live close by) but this summer has been a breeze with Precise Vision Pros. They are always prompt to respond to my emails and are so courteous when it comes to processing payments. While they do ask that you pay half up front, I had arranged services well in advance of the summer and they kindly allowed me to pay that deposit in early May rather than February. Beyond the amazing Sara with whom I've been in regular contact about services each week, I must note the quality of services overall. Each time we've visited, I'm happy with the water quality and vacuuming. They are always on top of any incoming weather that might affect the pool and arrange visits accordingly. I also love that they provided complimentary critter life savers (floats that save lives of unsuspecting frogs and small animals that might have fallen into the pool). Sadly, I'm moving after this season, and I'll really miss working with this company. They really were lifesavers for us this summer!

I'm posting pictures that show the state of our pool area right upon their unannounced retreat, after they screwed up the calculations, unsuccessfuly tried to squeeze a bigger pool into a tight space, and realized that they couldn't fix it. They constantly fed us lies and ridiculous excuses (which basically sounded like "the dog ate my homework). Ken initially named a price to which we agreed, then changed it a few times, then took the deposit and was gone without finishing the job. Oh, the address the company is registered to seems to be invalid, which is not surprising for shady scammers.

I don't know if he lost all his employees or what the Problem is, but the service has been horrible. I asked him the last week of August that I would like to close my Pool and order a custom winner cover and close by the first or second week of September. Well, it's AlmostOctober and nothing has happened. He never scheduled or called back to tell us when and how he was gonna be able to do it.I had to go somewhere else and was taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend that you pass on this company. It's too bad. It used to be a great company now its just A shell of itself.
