**Review #100 My go-to place for Chinese / Japanese buffet. Three dinner visits with my parents and son = three happy meals (not McD's). Dinner buffet cost $10.99 per adult and only $9.99 for seniors which includes all you care to eat sushi and hibachi. We were only charged $1.50 for drinks and my Dad's hot tea only cost .50 cents. Good deal! Everything I've tried tasted fresh and flavorful. MAIN buffet table: I've had their shrimp (peel your own), chicken wings, clams, crawfish, chicken and broccoli, vegetable medley, general tso chicken, and squid salad. There's so much, I have yet to try others. They have roast beef too. SUSHI table: Everything is made fresh on their sushi buffet. I've had the California roll, Dynamite roll... There's so many, I can't name them all. HIBACHI table: Their cook does a nice job. Believe me, I've been to other buffet joints where their hibachi cook sucked. My concoction includes lo mein noodles, mushrooms, broccoli, onions, bell peppers, minced garlic with shrimp, sliced pork, and sliced steak. Soy sauce and teriyaki sauce with a smidge of hot chili paste for flavor. Their hibachi plate by itself can fill you up. And don't forget the DESSERT table. I've only tried their orange slices, chocolate pudding and banana pudding. I can't eat anymore even after adjusting my belt. You can't go wrong dining in this restaurant. So good! I've been here a couple of times and I always leave feeling so satisfied and happy. I met my family up here because we love frequenting random Chinese Buffets for birthdays, funerals, graduations or any celebration when we don't want to cook, but still want rice with our meal. And wow! So many choice.....along with the plethora of authentic Chinese dishes, you can also have chicken wings, pizza, sushi, salad, soups, hibachi, ice cream, seafood, banana pudding, pies, cake, fruit and french fries. This place is great for groups as you can reserve a separate room for privacy. The price for the amount of fresh food choices on the buffet is an amazing value. The staff is super friendly and always had our beverages filled & plates discarded without ever us asking. And it's a great location with plenty of seating and pretty easy parking. FYI, they will sell you food by the pound from the buffet if you didn't have time to make something homemade, possibly headed to a get-together and want to grab & go. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the Orange Buffet. We had a large group at the restaurant and they treated us well. Most of it is typical Chinese buffet. But where this buffet surprised me was with the fresh hibatchi. Pick out your veggies and meat(s). Then give it to the cook and pick a sauce. In a few minutes, you've got a nice hot meal. Sure, the steak is not from Ruths Chris. But it is hot and fresh versus the food that has been out for a while. The Orange Buffet also has a fresh sushi section. The sushi looked fresh, but I have too much fear to try raw fish at an all you can eat buffet. Prices are cheap. Food quality seems okay. Lots of choices throughout the buffet. Feeling bold? Needed a quick 8:00 dinner that could seat 8. Decided on Orange Buffett and was pleasantly surprised. For so late on a week night. Food was fresh, hot and plentiful. Dishes continued to be refilled as we were there. The servers were pleasant and cleared our used dishes and offered refill drinks promptly. The food was good and there was plenty to choose from. Some food items on the main buffett tables were a bit old like the pot roast, spare ribs, but that's to be expected since we came in about 30min before closing. Decent price for the large selection. Decided I wanted a bit more food, the lady came up saying I had to pay the difference of the plate even tho it was 3 pieces of shrimp. Literally.... I was kicked out of the business for having my service dog. They asked for an ID which is not required by law. I tried to discuss the actual law with them (look it up, it's the ADA) which says a service dog does not actually need an ID or even a vest. The business is only allowed to ask if it is a service dog and what tasks it performs to mitigate the handlers disability. The manager was very rude and wouldn't even discuss the actual laws with me. I have only eaten takeout here. What I ate was of good quality and decent taste. The best part is the price. The price of food here is unheard of in today's economy. I plan on going here many more times in the near future. I had no issue with the service and the ambience felt like any other chinese restaurant. read more

Used to be our favorite Chinese buffet before the Coronavirus pandemic. Today (8/6/21) I thought I'd try a buffet again. IT DOES NOT REQUIRE MASKS at the buffet tables!! Even though we are in the middle of another huge Coronavirus wave!! While many of the guests are wearing their masks at the buffet tables, a few are not. Come hungry, make sure you have lots of room for a sensation to your taste buds. Hibachi grill, sushi bar, Chinese and American all you can eat buffet. Absolutely mind blowing food! Mind you I love variety so I must have a plate of each style of food, delish. Watching the Hibachi chef work his art at turning the meat, shrimp and vegetables you select into a culinary delight is worth the money by itself. Then one has the delectable treats of a sushi and sashimi made fresh with another chef plying his art. Then one has a massive buffet with staff constantly replacing food as it quickly disappears. Some of the food is in hot bars, while other foods are kept cold. The management knows their customers and serves seemingly endless popular oriental and American salads, soups, main course dishes and deserts. The waitress made sure my drink was never empty and bussed away plates as quickly as I and my friend emptied them. After stuffing ourselves silly, I had to fix a to go box for the wife. Who would have slain me had I failed to bring her back a delicious meal. Three great meals and a wonderful dining experience for under $10 a person. I was here for an event with about 30 people and we came here for convenience and value. Typical Chinese buffet with more selections than you can handle. Separate station for sushi and another for Mongolian bbq. What I did find kind cool on the Mongolian bbq was a "whole piece of sirloin" (I think) that could be cooked to order for you. The cut was not an even thickness so one side was more well done than the other but nonetheless, it was a "steak." If you want to avoid the troughs of food, then this is an ok option. Other options were chicken and shrimp along with various vegetables that could be "cooked to order." It's always good practice to tip the Mongolian bbq person if you feel he did a good job. I wouldn't frequent this place on a regular basis but its not the worst place I've seen. It accomplished what was needed for this event. read more

No. My husband and I really wanted to like this place. We each got our first plate and every single thing I chose I asked my husband to taste as well. It was all garbage. The egg rolls were stale and rancid. The wonton strips were damp and stale at the same time. The atmosphere is quite atrocious. After each of us only eating half of our plates, we decided to leave. I was craving crawfish and was not in the mood to cook them. I drive by Orange Buffet almost every day and after looking at the food they, had (which included crawfish) I decided to go it alone. I was hoping they did not serve them cold or without any seasoning like the last place, I went to a few years back. Well, they did not disappoint. The crawfish was hot, well-seasoned and I emptied out a whole tray and a half of them from going to the buffet line 6 times. I ate another four plates of clams, which were also deliciously cooked. Ok, this was a pleasant surprise especially since I'm not one for buffets. What sold me was the variety of fish and Seafood... and who doesn't like a good Hibachi grill! Took mother dear and family here for Mother's Day. It was a full house but they sat us down after a few minutes. Waitress was very attentive, had an accent but she was sincere and sweet. Made sure we always had a clean table as in she came by and didn't let our finished plates pile high. Food was coming out nice hot and fresh constantly. We sat near the sushi bar and the sushi was on a roll.. As in it was coming out just made and cut there constantly. Sushi itself wasn't amazing but it wasn't bad.
