After completing the first round, my eyelids immediately looked better. They went from chronically looking red and irritated to being perfectly normal for the first time in years. I also haven't had a stye since, which I tended to get frequently. The procedure helped a little with my dry eyes but didn't cure that completely. It also helped with the wrinkles around my eyes, but again didn't completely remove them.... But I think I missed the boat on that by about a decade! Had this treatment been available when I was a little younger, I think it would have made a huge improvement in that area too. Overall, I definitely recommend Teagle Optometry for this procedure and all eye care. The doctors and staff are outstanding! I will definitely continue with regular treatments.

I was parking at that moment in their lot and instead of calling back which would have slowed me down I walked into their waiting room only 3 or 4 minutes after they left the message on my phone saying they had a 3:00 for me well before that 3:00. The woman at the front desk said that they had given my 2:40 to another person. They had also given my 3:00 to another customer because the people at the front desk were not talking to one another so she did not know someone else had told me 3:00 was good. I said "not a problem, I will come another day". She said that since I had been late for an appointment in the past which they had forgiven I would need to pay them $40 to schedule another appointment. She said it in a way like it was to teach me a lesson? I spoke to her a few times about this and it was like she had turned off her listening. I said that I was there at least 5 minutes before the time they had switched me to. She said that internally they had bad communication about that (my fault?). I also said you gave both my times to other customers who paid you for both those times. So you are asking a long time customer that has paid you thousands of dollars to pay you for time you gave to someone else and were paid for so you could double bill the time? She wasn't listening. I gave them 2 stars instead of one because they are only going to charge me the $40 if I book another time. If I never go back to them they are letting it go.

I found two pairs for $95 (the lowest it starts at) I did do some add ons to my prescription so the price does go up a bit. Oscar was a great help when it came to doing all the paperwork and adjusting the new glasses for my prescription. As for the dilation exam, have a driver cause your eyes are super sensitive to light and a bit blurry for a few hours (at least mine were). The dilation process was easy, the doc was the same one as before and she was amazing! Told me my results on the spot, healthy eyes.. yay! Pickup glasses; It did take about two weeks for my glasses to be ready. Tried them on, adjustments are on the spot before you leave. You can also stop by at any of their locations for free adjustments throughout the year(s). Service was great, staff is friendly and helpful. Doctor was friendly and she put me at ease, especially with the dilation process (it was my first time getting it, I was nervous). Doctor answered all my questions and concerns I had as I was updating my prescription for the new set of glasses since it's been awhile since I updated them. Will be back for future exams!

I was looking for a more affordable option but still wanted quality lenses and a professional experience. When I called, the person I spoke with was pleasant and assured me that they offered quality products. Based on that conversation, I scheduled an appointment and brought in five of my existing name-brand frames to have new lenses placed in them. I also purchased one new pair of eyeglasses and one pair of sunglasses. The doctor was nice, but the exam felt extremely rushed. I was in and out in less than five minutes, and there was very little explanation about my vision or prescription change. The bigger concern happened during the measurements for my progressive lenses. The process felt disorganized, and the measurements had to be repeated several times. The representative also had to mark the progressive lines multiple times because the pen was not working properly. When I received the glasses, my vision was blurry. I was told it could take time to adjust because my vision had changed. Unfortunately, almost nine months later, all six pairs are still blurry and uncomfortable to use. These included some of my favorite frames, including name-brand glasses, and now they are basically unusable. My original lenses were removed, so I cannot even go back to using them the way they were before. I am very disappointed because I wanted this to be a good experience and possibly switch from LensCrafters to America's Best. Instead, I feel like I paid for lenses I cannot use. I believe either the prescription was not done correctly or the progressive measurements were off. I hope management or corporate takes this seriously and helps correct the issue. I would like the lenses reviewed, remeasured, and replaced properly.

During my eye examination, I was impressed by the latest and most concise technology they utilized. Dr. Nersisyan is immensely friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my plethora of questions. She is extremely knowledgeable and ensured to explain everything in a clear and concise manner. Her kindness and professionalism were evident, and I left feeling confident in the accuracy of my prescription along with my eye health. What truly stood out to me was the assortment of frames they had to choose from. It was hard to pick just one! However, Knar, the Optician was immensely patient and helped me find the perfect pair. Came in to try on glasses. I didn't have an appointment. Kayla and Knar were very helpful. They helped get my insurance information and find glasses. The office has lots of brands - I was looking for a Tom Ford frame. While there, the staff suggested I do an eye exam to update my prescription. Dr. Nersisyan was available to see me as a walk-in. She was finishing an eye exam and the staff was able to squeeze me in. I like that they were able to accommodate me. The staff offered me refreshments while I waited. The store and equipment were all clean. Kayla did some testing on me before I saw the doctor. She disinfected everything. During my exam the doctor was very friendly and thorough. She explained everything she was doing. She answered my questions and was clear with her recommendations. I'm excited to get my glasses. They said it would take 1-2 weeks. When booking my appointment I was notified of an ownership change and that Dr. Betmaleck had retired. I was hesitant at first but since I would have to find a new doctor regardless of where I went, I decided to give the new doctor (Dr. Nersisyan) a try. The same great staff was there, and the experience with Dr. Nersisyan was exceptional. My exam with her was much more thorough than my previous exam. Loved my experience with Optx Optometry. I arrived 15min early thinking that I would just wait until my appointment time. However, they took me in right away. The doctor is the best I have ever seen; very knowledgeable and clear with the exam. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. Once my exam was completed, I was shown some really nice frames. While on the road down to L.A., a screw in my glasses came completely loose and one of my lenses fell out. Thankfully, we chanced across OPTX. The woman at the reception desk immediately offered to help - she put my glasses back together, tightened the other screws, and gave the lenses a fresh cleaning. I so appreciated her friendly help! I am very picky about optometrists because I have worn glasses or contacts for about 60 years and know the difference between a good doctor and a not so great doctor. He is great! I recommend him highly! The office staff is great too. Helen has been helping me pick glasses for years and she has never steered me wrong!

I brought my daughter in because she wanted to get contact lenses, she wears glasses now. During…read morethe exam the Dr said her eyeglass prescription had changed a lot and he recommended her getting new glasses too. He told me the insurance would cover more for glasses so use that and just pay out of pocket for lenses. When I tried to get her contact prescription from them they told me I'd need to bring her in for another appointment and it will cost me $125. When I told them I originally brought her in for contacts they said he didn't measure her eyes for contacts. So basically wasted my time and money. And now I need to find somewhere to take her to get contacts and pay for another appointment.

As soon as I checked in, the receptionist reviewed my insurance and explained how it would apply and what's covered, etc. before we even started my appointment. This is super helpful because some places you don't find out how much you're going to pay until AFTER everything is already done. So I appreciated how clear and concise they were. Super clean and organized office, and it's a bonus that it's so close to my home! Overall, I'm glad I discovered Peak Optometry and would highly recommend them!
