I had a new phone that was broken and I had no choice but to get an exchange on it since Samsung wouldn't help me. Francisco and Chris were inside the store and they were so helpful. They helped me put through a warranty exchange for a replacement device and my cost was only $5.43 and they were also very friendly. My device was ready on Tuesday so I went back in for it. I forgot the name of the girl who helped me but she was also very nice as well. My phone was transferred in a fairly short amount of time and I had my replacement phone ready to go.
