That's not common.

At the Gessner location it's unclear where it's at and you may have to walk a long way through an office building to get there. I brought a Senior here who wasn't having a great day and they were very patient and took care of him and let him feel ok before leaving so I'm very appreciative of their compassion.

This is probably the only place I'd happily be walking into, screaming out SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS…read moreSHOTS!! I came in for my hep b titer, later followed by the hep b fast track vaccination. Office is small, but kept nice and tidy. It is very quiet, and the receptionist is incredibly friendly. She answered all of my annoying questions, and even laughed at my repetitive joke. LOL. Pricing is very affordable - much better compared to other immunization clinics. Shameka is bomb. Like, I want to be like her. She was responsible for my titer and vaccinations - and let me say, I'm always hated by every phlebotomist I meet, because my veins are tiny.. and annoyingly hard to draw blood from. I warned Shameka, and instead, she was confident and made sure I was at ease and comfortable while she did it. She located my vein IMMEDIATELY and I didn't even feel any discomfort at all! Shameka made me laugh instead, making me less nervous and scared. Results came in the next business day via email and phone call - she helped set up my vaccination appointment and even provided alternatives since I was in a time crunch. From the past two times I've been here, I've been seen like 5-10 min right before my appointment time - which I greatly appreciate! When I came in for my first series, Shameka administered the vaccination and I was literally in and out. They welcomed me with a big smile, and remembered my name! Seriously, this is an amazing clinic with SUPERB customer service and incredibly affordable prices. Is it weird that I'm already looking forward to my second series?

I was seen by Senthil and Lani, and I have nothing but great things to say about them! After hearing about my lingering cough and wheezing, we decided to delay my wellness visit blood work and focus more on identifying the cause of these issues and treating it. They were very thorough in their exams and tests, and did a great job of explaining the medications that they would be prescribing. I left the clinic feeling better than I arrived thanks to the breathing treatment I received, and now have some prescriptions that will help me if a coughing / wheezing fit comes on that keeps me up at night. I have definitely found my new primary care physicians!

How no one has reviewed this office before is beyond me!! I have to preface this by saying that…read morethis review is strictly for the Ob/Gyn office of Houston Methodist-Willowbrook and for Dr. Traci DeSplinter. There are 2 other doctors in this practice, Dr. Lee and Dr. Heiman, which I have not seen personally but my friend sees Dr. Heiman and loves her. I first found out about Dr. DeSplinter by a coworker who said she had a good experience with her, and she wasn't lying! I have been seeing Dr. DeSplinter for about 5 years now and although I have moved further away from her office, I will gladly make the drive out to 249 to see her. The office is very clean and the entire staff is very friendly, professional and they believe in their patient's privacy. It's pretty easy to schedule appointments. You can call the office or you can request one online at their website. The only downside is that the schedule becomes full quickly, so I suggest to make appointments at least a few weeks in advance if possible. The wait time in the lobby isn't bad. Most times I've gotten called within 5-10 minutes after sitting down. All women know, that it's a very sensitive area of practice but Dr. DeSplinter is great. She's always been very professional and has excellent bedside manner. I can truly say that she makes me feel comfortable and I trust going to her. She makes an uneasy time bearable. The office isn't hard to find either. It's inside the main building of Houston Methodist Willowbrook (the building that faces the feeder road of 249) in Suite 100. When you first walk in, it's the first office on your left. Parking can be tricky sometimes since you're sharing the parking lot with other patients and visitors of the hospital but I've always had luck finding a spot not too far from the building. And the hospital also offers valet parking but I've yet to try it out. Overall, this is a wonderful office. I was hesitant to share about this doctor since I don't want her schedule to become even busier (lol) but I wanted to help out anyone who is currently looking for a caring ob/gyn. As I mentioned before, I live a good distance from the office now but I will gladly make the drive to see her since good, caring doctors are hard to come by. 5/5!

She tells us to send the sleep study results that was a home study and gives us her email address. We verify the address twice. I emailed the study yesterday. Not only did I not get acknowledgement but when I tried to call, no one answers any of the extensions except for billing. (no surprise there). It's an independent billing place but I told her that I'm having a problem reaching Texas Sleep Docs (the actual agency Cinco Ranch Sleep Center uses) she replies that she's had this complaint several times. She tried to help but she only had the number I have. So, fortunately, there are other sleep centers in the Katy, Cypress, Houston area and we will now go elsewhere. Three weeks just to hear from someone is ridiculous.
