They told me that I was possibly dehydrated and I should have been drinking water. Are you kidding me? Oh, and they charged my credit card for a procedure they could not do! A few min later, a Dr walks in and they look and whisper and he walks out. She tells us to wait a minute. Dr comes back and asks who is my dad's PCP, so I gave him the name and number. 5 min later he walks back in and says, my dad's Dr wants me to take my dad to the emergency right away and he was going to contact the them. My dad had a aneurysm in his aorta and had to have a stent out in. He was 83 at the time so it was an emergent situation. Thankfully, it was detected in time. We have been here a few times before this and they were always very pleasant. Sometimes there was a short wait but the workers were always nice. I only have praise for them.

Patients deserve respect and basic courtesy when calling for medical help. I truly hope the owner or management sees this review and takes serious action to improve their customer service before more patients decide to go elsewhere. Which is more than I can currently afford to pay. I was referred to go to Green Imaging who found an affordable MRI location. With my insurance it was still going to be a pretty penny but after receiving the doctors order they said they could do it without insurance for $250 (left knee only without contrast. It is very no frills but in no way lacks professionalism and good service. I was treated with respect and dignity and care. The MRI is located in a trailer behind the building. It's is cold to prepare yourself. I only had to remove my shoes, my watch, and my jacket due to the metal zipper. They gave me a blanket to make me comfortable but it was still cold. The imaging took about 30-35 minutes. After I was given a cd of the images to take to my doctor. A report will be sent directly to them in 2-3 business days. A great experience and I am grateful that it was within my budget!

They are very friendly, and care about their patients. For outpatient procedures, they have people in and out in a matter of a few hours. I don't think we've ever been there longer than 4 hours. They have free coffee for people while you wait. I've never had any, but they're k-cups, so you can choose what you want. If my mom has to go back for anything else, I will know she's in great hands!

There was light coming from the sides, but I had to face the dark ceiling three inches from my face. I had to lay still for 30 minutes. I started to freak out and hyperventilate. Thanks to Steven for immediate response after I called out. The lower back was easy peasy. My head wasn't as deep into the machine and it was okay to move my upper body. Steven came back into the room each time to check on me. He also calmed my nerves by talking to me. I agreed to try scanning my neck again. Steven was very patient. He let me walk around and relax before trying again. He didn't rush me. I also got to call my friend, who suggested I stretch out my arms if I can. It helped knowing that the edges of the machine were less than an arm's length away. Steven also held my hand during the scan, which made me feel a lot better. The scan wasn't as scary as I thought it was. Thanks Steven! Also, I learned it's very common to be claustrophobic. Don't beat yourself up over it. Try to relax and calm down on your own pace.

They were sooo super patient with me even though I was really nervous, they really helped keep me calm through the entire process. They do offer a sedative if you have anxiety or claustrophobia. After driving 40 minutes I was in some pain, I took some meds and thought I could make it through the 30 minute MRI. I did not . First, the office staff was so helpful and accommodating , they agreed to make payment arrangement because my co pay was so high , I could not afford to pay the entire amount up front . They were really accommodating . Awesome staff!!! And the technician who did the MRI was very kind, helpful, and understanding after 10 minutes I couldn't take the pain and had to reschedule . The morning of my rescheduled appointment I realized that the drive would be too much ,again , and I just needed to find a place closer to where I lived . Now I will have to save the money to pay the outrageous co pay I have . Nancy and her supervisor were so nice they refunded my money ( the portion I had already paid)and wished me well . Incompetent front staff. Alliance MRI Katy cancelled my appointment twice without notification…read more(April 2026 and May 2026). I arrived on the day of the appointment (twice) and was told they couldn't execute the scan that day. And "oops, sorry we forgot to notify you". If you need to use this facility, call 30 minutes before your appointment to verify it's still happening. A confirmation text means nothing. Ultimately I went to a different provider - they did great.
