They told me that I was possibly dehydrated and I should have been drinking water. Are you kidding me? Oh, and they charged my credit card for a procedure they could not do! The radiologists are easily accessible when I have questions or concerns. I get imaging reports back very quickly, and I know their radiologists are very experienced, so I trust their interpretations. As a patient I thought it was very easy to schedule--I got in quickly and had a CD-ROM of the MRI in hand when I left. She made me nervous because she acted so strange! After she finished with her procedure she did not wipe off the gel she used for the procedure. This is the 1st time in 10 or more ultrasounds that have had that the tech didn't do this which further added it to my concerns! This is the first negative experienceI have had at Herman Memorial imaging center, and truly, I could've done without it! If it were possible, this experience would rate zero stars!
