I felt 0 sympathy or validation, like I was just another $. The only people who were nice to me were his PA, and the assistants. They were kind and actually listened. They validated my concerns. People are waiting three days to get a room out of emergency. In the meantime the hospital tried to hide it and keep offering different procedures to keep the patients hoping they would get seen. I know every patient does not need bloodwork , iv port, ekg , X-ray or cat scan but yet each of us no matter our illness was offered that protocol followed by hours and hours of waiting to see a doctor. Occasionally the security guard tries to get family out of waiting room literally living patients to care for themselves alone. Some way too sick for that. One man fell and busted his head on the hand sanitizer stand causing him to bleed and projectile vomit. The front desk didn't know what to do. Er staff to busy to attend to him. Patients helped him up. Patients who left AMA were literally Dis missed at the counter after they removed the iv port that they never needed anyway. Just a bandaid and sign here. Scam to book insurance money and extend the expected wait time. Please do my take your family to this ER ever. The care didn't improve after much complaining we got a hospital bed over 12 hrs later. The hospital doesn't communicate within departments and cannot give true answers on when you will see a doctor , get transferred or dismissed.

I asked him flat out if he was going to have his knee done who would he use and he instantly said, " That's easy. It's Stephan Kreuzer '. I've operated with so many Doctors that you learn who is good, great, and excellent and he is the best". My experience with every touch was unlike other practices. He has built his own ecosystem, and everyone there, from the top down knows why you are there and why they are two. I was an out of town patient and they make it so easy that other people should know about it. After surgery at his own surgical center, you drive 800 yards and stay at a nice Holiday Inn Express and see his PA two days later and head home. He allowed me to use telemedicine appoints on the front and backend which literally saved my 12 hours of driving and a hotel each time. I abandoned my walker as soon as I got home and have been getting better and better ever since. I had absolutely zero pain from the knee although the incision itselt felt very tight and at four weeks is much better.That was the only limiting part of the procedure. Ultimately when I met with Dr. Gregory for an elbow replacement and shoulder surgery, I was three weeks behind when I 'should' have had the two surgeries. The Elbow surgeon at Methodist in the Medical Center Houston, declined the surgery because he only does that elbow surgery under General anesthesia. Dr. Gregory said although it's easier and ideal to do it under General anesthesia he can and has done it under Regional block. Dr Gregory did the surgery via regional block with zero problems! He also made sure we had an experienced anesthesiologist due to his extensive medical history. The surgery went smoothly, he had no pain, recovered quickly, and he regained full function to all of his fingers. Dr James Gregory has the compassion, experience, attention to detail, and confidence to get the job done right!

I pulled right up to the door and went in to inform them what was going on. Within a minute someone was at the care with a wheelchair for my mom. We were quickly registered and she was taken in for an assessment. After a couple hours she was better and we were able to continue home. But, the care and attentiveness we received from the time I entered to the time I left was excellent! Thank you Dr. Lin and the rest of the staff for caring for my mom. I really loved that there is a Pearland location! So convenient for us!! They are only in this office on Tuesdays, I believe. Before jumping in with all the good, the main reason for the negative was getting our initial visit. Both my husband and I spoke to the same woman at this office and her first concern was financial. No concern for how the patient was, she was only focused on insurance. Both of us got off the phone saying how rude she she was. Oddly enough, even with insurance we paid $250 for the initial visit... which wasn't *that* much less than if we had to pay the full out of pocket cost. So WHY be so rude about insurance and payment???? It just rubbed us the wrong way. Despite the sourness of the initial interaction, we went ahead with the appointment and we LOVED everyone in the office: from the guy who would bring us back to the room (sorry, I forgot his name but he was always so happy and friendly), to the techs who would do the X-rays, to John (who always did the splints/cast) and of course Dr. Siff. I felt that this office doesn't deal with children A LOT but everyone was so loving and friendly to our child. Dr. Siff was so gentle and patient, answering all questions we had. Another little snag-a-roo we had was when our visit got cancelled by the office. When I called them to reschedule (instead of them calling US to reschedule), they wouldn't be able to get us into this location for another few WEEKS!!!! In another few weeks, our daughter's arm would be healed so we took an appointment in the Houston location. We did NOT like having to drive into the city, park in a garage, navigate up a million floors, etc. It worked out fine but it was still annoying, wish they could have fit us in at the Pearland location since they cancelled the appointment. All in all, we really did love the treatment we were provided by Dr. Siff and Houston Methodist Orthopedics.
