He reminded me to pick up my CD to take with me as ordered by my doctor. You will be lucky if you get him as your technician. The next day I had two MRIs. This technician didn't do any of the things that Earnest did. So my experience was completely different and not in a good way . I had to return to the office to get the CD Which was a waste of my precious energy and time. So 5 stars for Earnest.

This is not just a clerical issue--it is actively delaying my medical diagnosis and treatment. My referring physician cannot proceed without these records, yet the facility continues to block access to my own health data. If you value your health and want a provider that respects your legal right to your medical records, go elsewhere. Their refusal to provide results is unprofessional and dangerous to patient care.
