After the test was completed, she ignored me and went to her computer working on the report. I was laying there like, what now. My chest was full of lubricant. She drew blood from my arm and stuck the needle in a smaller vein instead of the bigger vein I usually get blood drawn from, and then moved the needle while it was already in so blood wasn't going into the vial efficiently, and it REALLY hurt. She didn't apply pressure right away after removing the needle. My veins in my arm are bruised and it's been a week and it still hurts. I would not recommend her. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but did provide some visuals. I called to complain and I'm pretty sure it was the same lady who took my blood. She told me there was nothing they can do about it. I am very upset. And I will NOT be coming back to this location. Be careful with this location, I do not know the experience of the phlebotomists they've hired. Unfortunately She ruined my experience of this place.
