Juanita was so informative about ordering tests for myself without a doctor's orders, and this was VERY helpful and important to me as a new patient with no insurance. More than a week no test results. No simple way to follow up with them. Talk to a human phone option tells you to go online and hangs up. Online you get robohelp that's no help at all. I could go to the location in person I suppose but the check-in window is taped shut. The people drawing blood are quite nice but that doesn't do me much good when results don't come. read more

I've been here twice and both times Juanita has blown my vein causing severe bruising and pain. I have big veins and have never in my life had someone blow a vein much less two times. Will not be back to this location. read more

I had to take my son to get his one year lab work done and so I called to make an appointment through the automated system. I got an appointment the same day and was pleasantly surprised how easy everything went. I got to the lab and was a little early so I spent some time in the waiting room which was clean and tidy. When my appointment time came, I was pretty much called back right on time. The technician who greeted me was very friendly and informative and showed me how to hold my son for his blood work (first baby for me). Putting the needle in my sons arm was effortless for her and he didn't even cry. I was in and out in ten minutes with no problems. I would come back to this location for any future tests. read more

Went in for some blood work and it was very fast and easy! The lady that took my blood was very nice and we had a great conversation.

I have taken my elderly mother in for blood work at this facility a number of times and have found them to be prompt, efficient and professional. I read Melissa B's review and I can understand how upsetting this must have been for her; especially dealing with her baby and staff with an attitude. I usually go in about mid-afternoon and have had reasonably short waits; never over 15 minutes. I prefer this lab over the competitive lab in the same building. They definitely do not have a receptionist, and neither does the other. In my experience that hasn't delayed the process. read more

My Dr ordered lipid panel along with other tests for my yearly physical. Quest lab at this location did not do my lipid panel. I went in the middle of the day thinking this place wouldn't be too busy since most people should be at work at that time. WRONG! I walked in to a unkept waiting room, signed in at a reception desk where there is no receptionist to greet you, answer questions, etc. then I took the last seat available. As I sat down the gentleman beside me went to wait at the desk for the nurse/phlebotomist? to come back to the desk. He told her he had been waiting an hour and asked how much longer it would be. He was very rudely told that it would be at least another hour. Then the nurse told him she was supposed to be on her lunch break but was having to work through it. That man and a few others got up and left at that point. I needed to get my drug screen done so that I could begin my new job the next week. After waiting about an hour my name was called. The nurse was very ruin and short with everyone. Wen I got up to go back she asked what I needed. I told her a drug screen and she rudely told me she was already doings one on someone else, like I should know that and should have known I couldn't do mine at the same time. Then she informed me that I could not take my baby back with me and would have to come back when I had someone to watch her. I told her that I had nobody to watch the baby as my husband works and we are new to the area and don't now anyone. She sent me away and I ended up going to s much nicer facility. I am a nurse and understand that we do often work through our lunch breaks with no chance to eat, get a sip of water, or pee all day. But, I don't take that out on my patients or vent to them about it. I do feel bad for her because she is obviously over worked, burnt out, and needs help. I just wish she vented her frustrations at the batting cages or something after work instead of on her innocent patients. read more
